23/08/2024: Bravi, consigliato x chi vuole e può capire una cucina e una ristorazione di livello superiore alla solita proposta di fritto misto o Spaghetto ai frutti di mare con prodotti congelati. Un ristorante di pesce di qualità con pesce freschissimo di giornata. Crudo di alto livello servito anche con la maestria di offrire delle tartare di pagello frugolino sfilettato in modo perfetto e servito con chicchi di melograno. Ostriche freschissime e di qualità’. I proprietari, marito e moglie sono molto professionali ma allo stesso tempo gentili e disponibili a proporre quanto disponibile con suggerimenti in base al periodo. Un menu’ che in alcuni periodi dell’anno risulta ridotto, ma giustificato dall’ offrire solo il pesce e i crostacei pescati nel mediterraneo quotidianamente e arrivati in giornata. Non esiste una lista dei piatti ma ci si deve far suggerire e condurre da loro nelle scelte. Prezzo correlato alla qualità del prodotto e del servizio ovviamente

27/02/2025: Everything was good, the only problem was the steak with red onions and spek, the steak was almost cold, otherwise everything was fine, the wait staff was very friendly

17/03/2025: Good food, kind waitresses, one thing on the receipt was that the pizza was without mozzarella, but they were charged the same: I would have deducted 50 cents. For the rest everything is fine.

16/03/2025: I ate a white pizza this evening. I asked for it with the classic Neapolitan cornice. They told me that to get it I had to pay for double dough and when it arrived it didn't have a spent edge but was at least 5 centimeters thick even in the center. The cheese was rubber and didn't stretch but above all it was very heavy to eat. Needless to say, I won't be going back

09/03/2025: I've been to Operetta 3 times, nice places with lots of choice and excellent prices. However, the service needs to be reviewed and let me explain… The first time everything goes well, but I ask for a beer that would never have arrived and I find a waitress who was unable to tell me what type of meat was in the burrito (understood as pork, beef, etc.) Second time everything ok, we get to the dessert and I ask the same waitress for information on what was in the Oreo dessert... I'll limit myself to that. She arrives and brings me the sweet Oreo, which I hadn't ordered, I tell her and instead of bringing it back she tells me that I ordered it, so I get it right, I eat a little and pay for it (you make no mistakes in life). Tonight I come back, and the same waitress voluntarily avoids us, I look at her to get her attention without raising my hand or anything else so as not to cause annoyance or anything, she looks at me but doesn't come... then I see that she says something to her colleague and they both look at me. At this point, thinking that maybe he wasn't understanding that I needed a waiter, I raised my hand to avoid misunderstandings, he nodded to me that he understood, he approached the table 3 times in the following 15 minutes and never asked us what we wanted. I hope that it improves in this aspect because the place deserves…

11/10/2024: We ate at this restaurant on a Monday evening and did not need to book, very varied menu offering classic pub food such as burgers but also bruschetta, first and second courses. Very good and elaborate bruschetta, as for the rest we got we had to wait 45 minutes before it arrived, my plate of sausage, egg and hamburger was good except for the hamburger which was the driest thing I have ever eaten, I don't think it's an experience I can recommend to others.

28/01/2024: Excellent restaurant, the location is very beautiful and well looked after. Excellent food and very well presented.

24/01/2024: The venue is beautiful. The food is good, but not excellent (so the prices are perhaps a little high). The service was cold and lacked a bit of attention (we took the menu and the waitress left the plates for us without a word, when it was time to pay we had to go to the kitchen because no one had been there for more than 10 minutes in the room). Plus they put us at a table at the back of a completely empty room.

20/03/2025: Excellent buffet aperitif on the weekend, highly recommended. Great drinks. Meeting point for young people on weekends in Casale Monferrato.

02/12/2024: Locale dove spesso ci fermiamo per un aperitivo o cena, d'estate all'esterno o in inverno in una delle sale interne. Per questa cena una piacevole sorpresa è stato il piatto degustazione, ottimo in tutto. Anche la scelta del vino, molto apprezzato il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Prezzi in generale allineati, ottima la materia prima. Ci si torna sempre con piacere

15/02/2025: Valentine's evening with good expectations, but not to be repeated... The room with fireplace was very nice, we were in the living room which looked like a warehouse, even though we had asked to stay in that room. Table set with glasses for cocktail water, without a minimum of atmosphere... even a heart-shaped chocolate would have been appreciated... We hoped at least on the menu... some items on the menu were not served as written... the first appetizer was cupid salad... it had nothing of cupid, it was just salad, cold cuts mixed with pineapple, there was only a slice of raw salami and one of cooked salami... heart of raw meat with truffle... obviously the truffle wasn't there, but no one expects the truffle flakes... but the oil is... The first ones were good but here too the panzerotti with truffles, the agnolotti with butter arrived, the second one was good but we asked if we could have another taste and the answer was that everything was counted... But not even in a €20/25 restaurant have we experienced such poor service. We had good memories of this place, but we were disappointed.

16/10/2024: Posto eccezionale! grande accoglienza e ospitalità. Per impegni ci siamo attardati e ci hanno accolti a braccia aperte anche dopo le 22.00 di sera. Il menù consiste in diverse portate che ti vengono servite nel piatto con tanto di bis. Qualità del cibo e della carne massima. Ottimo vino. Se siete dei grandi mangiatori e vi piace la qualità non potete mancare all'appuntamento con questo locale. Veramente eccezionale! bravi davvero! complimenti
