09/12/2024: Ristorante ospitato al primo piano di antico palazzo in centro storico a Casale Monferrato. si pranza in alcune sale antiche ristrutturate con tavoli e sedie in stile . Iniziamo con un vitello tonnato rivisitato di ottima qualità e presentazione, poi i primi ei dolci magnifici veramente. Il servizio è gentile e ogni piatto viene spiegato con dovizia di dettagli da giovani camerieri mentre il proprietario gira tra i tavoli per accertarsi della Vostra soddisfazione. Che dire un pranzo di gran livello. I prezzi sono in linea con la location e la qualità dei piatti presentati.

02/11/2024: Truly remarkable Piedmontese cuisine. Excellent breaded porcini mushrooms, really good Albese and excellent agnolotti. An exquisite dinner in the best tradition. Excellent quality/price ratio. Well done!

27/10/2024: Poor food and very slow service, between the starter and the first course we waited 45 minutes; they refused the card payment and we had to go and collect. To top it off they didn't give us the receipt due to a problem they say... Highly not recommended!!!!!

29/11/2024: Modern atmosphere with a retro pop touch. Friendly, smiling and quick staff. High quality raw materials. I tasted the Castelmagno and hazelnut gnocchi, fantastic seasoning, gnocchi that are guilty of being overcooked and which disturb the sensorial experience. Classic cutting board but with very high quality cured meats. Boiled meat with various sauces made as per tradition. Sweet potato fries, wonderful. Ultimately, a good evening, to be repeated if possible.

Piatti TOP: peperoni alla bagnacauda, tagliolini salsiccia e grignolino, brasato e soprattutto Galletto alla senape. Inaspettato, ma delizioso il semifreddo ai datteri di Israele. Ci torneremo per assaggiare il tortino di zucchine e il coccio di carne e funghi. GRAZIE

03/08/2024: ANSWER: Happy that a negative review is a blessing for you! Cake without warning? Maybe communication isn't the best then within your team, given that you knew that we would bring the cake and also where it came from (and not "from home"😉), but perhaps you preferred to have exclusivity? Never seen anyone bring cakes to a place actually! As regards this elusive "restricting consumption", perhaps we were not informed that there was a minimum order? Did we miss something? And then come on, heat up some "unknown content" which was nothing more than water for the baby's bottle? If you can't bring it into the kitchen, at least suggest bringing some hot water from the coffee machine? No right? Don't waste your precious time asking questions to which you already know the answers, the restaurant was half empty regardless of us, I'm sorry, but getting an extra table together seems to have been a feat, so much so that (the girl's words), " IF SOMEONE ARRIVES, I'LL TAKE THEM BACK." Oh and I forgot! Of course, the bitter moment, the only moment in which we saw the waitress smile! Unfortunately, if you don't feel like working it's better to do something else, on the evening of the white night we called to find out if there was room, the guy on the phone said he was fully booked, but, coincidentally, passing in front of the THREE TABLES OCCUPIED restaurant, Maybe only you see all these customers! I repeat, the food is good but the service was also good until some time ago, your experience should make you understand that a good dish is not enough to make people come back, you need a smile, an extra thought to meet the customer's needs even when we don't feel like it, don't make people worry about being there at that moment and having chosen your venue. And then, tell customers to leave? But where are the three stars?😅 —————————— Service completely to be reviewed, waitress annoyed to the max, we didn't see her smile half a time, every little request was rejected with a lot of rudeness, even the simplest ones like adding a table (with the place half empty), heating the water in the baby bottle or a simple variation on a dish. Plus, as if that wasn't enough, we were also told to hurry up and leave. I'm sorry because the food is fantastic and we have been loyal customers for years now but if you decide to work in contact with the public you have to know how to do it, smile, be polite and if some requests cannot be satisfied there is a way and way to say so , otherwise I recommend working in a factory.

24/11/2024: An experience that I will not repeat, although during the booking phase it was pointed out that there were some vegetarians, in addition to the apple risotto, a Jerusalem artichoke together with a small cylinder of pumpkin flan, as a second course these people were offered: boiled potatoes with possible fried egg or tomato and salad. I overlook the waiting times for 4 of us to have the apple risotto (which also tasted good) because it was finished and had to be cooked again. Maybe we were just unlucky, too bad, the service was terrible, the quality of the food was overall average but the prices of the drinks, including water, were certainly above average.
