Let's return to the restaurant, because without quality, even the best setting would be cloying. Innovation, tradition, and expertise combine to create a truly remarkable offering. Even the classic ravioli del plin excites new sensations, but the highlight was the pigeon, a very difficult dish and therefore rare to find on a menu: the result was simply extraordinary. A must-try.

04/06/2026: We went there to see the building but were quite impressed with the food! The octopus dish was the best we've ever had in Europe! From the bread to the desserts, everything was beautifully presented and quite tasty. Not expensive for what you get.

01/04/2026: A charming madam serves us. Apparently, her husband does the cooking in the kitchen. The madam doesn't speak English, but she asked a young couple nearby to translate for us, and they did their best to communicate with us. When we ordered the local fritto misto, we were surprised to find fried brains, hearts, and livers among the items. We wouldn't have known what they were without the interpreter. At the end, the madam asked us, "How did you find this restaurant?" and when we replied, "Google Maps," she looked confused. Our interaction with the madam made our time at this restaurant very memorable.

24/04/2026: A restaurant near the center, very neat and clean, with a casual atmosphere and friendly, approachable staff. You can tell they pay attention to detail. I had lunch with my wife, sharing dishes: fried zucchini flowers, truly light and excellent (no photos, they were eaten immediately); agnolotti with white ragù, very good and perfectly flavorful; cabbage with bagna cauda, ​​truly delicious and very flavorful; traditional veal with tuna sauce, delicious; and for dessert, the bonet, truly delicious. Having a daughter who's a pastry chef, I'm always hesitant to order desserts, but this one was truly top-notch. If I were to pass through Casale Monferrato again, I'd definitely stop by.

Upon entry, a well-stocked bar welcomes you for a delicious aperitif, flanked by a lounge with colorful sofas where you can enjoy it before dining in one of the dining rooms. Simple, comfortable furnishings. Reservations are recommended and appreciated.

15/06/2026: A traditional restaurant just steps from the main square in the historic center of Casale Monferrato. A charming, quaint atmosphere invites you in. A fairly extensive menu with options for à la carte or a few tasting menus. Two of us opted for the latter, while the ladies tried other dishes. All the dishes were truly excellent, plentiful, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the service was subpar; after more than a half-hour of waiting, we had to call someone to order, even though two tables who arrived after us had already done so. Furthermore, the waiters moved around the tables agitatedly, especially one man in shorts with large pockets, who looked visibly nervous and inappropriately dressed. Nevertheless, we ate very well, with a more than fair bill.

We were finishing a game of pool, and the bartender, Mattia, who works there, was incredibly kind: instead of sending us away, he waited until we were done, with great availability and courtesy. A simple gesture that speaks volumes about the attention they pay to their customers. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a lot of friendliness. 14/03/2026: A lovely discovery on the outskirts of Casale's city center! A fairly spacious place with two dining rooms, very friendly staff, fresh and well-cooked food (the burger is amazing!), and reasonable prices. The underground cellar (infernot) is also beautiful, a must-see!

26/04/2026: The first courses were good and well-balanced in flavor (gnocchi and tagliatelle); unfortunately, the breaded mushrooms were soaked in oil. The bunet was good, even if served a little cold.
