29/01/2026: At this trattoria, the attention to detail and the deliciousness of its dishes make it a must-visit when passing through Arquata. The menu changes every time, and each time is a pleasant surprise. The staff is cheerful and friendly. Highly recommended.
24/01/2026: A charming and welcoming little place. Exceptional food. My husband and I had an excellent Fassina appetizer with mushrooms and parmesan, followed by pork shank and sliced beef (also Fassina), both with potatoes. Truly excellent.
The final dessert: buckwheat cake with blueberry jam. Truly fabulous!
We'll definitely be back.

23/12/2025: Excellent service for large groups (there were about 70 of us). The interior is charming, with the added bonus of ample parking. The €40 fixed menu is comprehensive and well-structured: appetizer, two first courses, choice of two second courses, dessert, and coffee.
12/12/2025: A genuine and truly delicious trattoria.
The food is refined and delicate, and the service is excellent and informal.
We'll definitely be back.

04/10/2025: Good food, good service, excellent prices. In my opinion, the place needs some soundproofing; when it's full (or nearly full), it's sometimes difficult to talk to the people sitting across from you.

15/09/2025: I had a great time; the atmosphere was welcoming, young, and well-attended. The service was prompt and very friendly.
I wouldn't order the off-the-rack sauce again; it's not my personal taste.

02/02/2026: What can I say... Excellent pizza.
Friendliness and courtesy from the staff.
White pizza with mortadella, chopped pistachios, and white mozzarella.
Everything was good... light dough.
The pizza chef here came in third at the World Pizza Championships.
For those in the area visiting the castles, this is a special place to stop.
We saw a very inviting fritto misto.

26/10/2025: I went to Dely (Arquata Scrivia) for lunch on Saturday, October 11, 2025: minestrone soup, cod fritters, baked potatoes, tiramisu, water, wine, coffee, courtesy, speed = €15. Yes, I recommend it! 😉
11/10/2025: Even worse. They also don't take into account that if you don't take the full meal... you don't pay the same amount.

Found by chance years ago, little publicized, Kapuziner offers quality food, both on the regular menu and in various off-menu options, especially the meats, which are delicious and perfectly cooked. Excellent cocktails and beers. The friendly and welcoming manager offers interesting advice and always makes us feel at home, even though we only see each other every few months. Highly recommended!
01/01/2026: Historic local spot. Good food. Kind and friendly service. The atmosphere? It's a reminder of my youth.
