12/07/2025: I booked at 3 PM for the evening arrival, and they couldn't find the reservation... the pizza was anything but pizza. It tasted like chewing gum. I digested it after 2 days... I advise anyone who selects pizza chefs to try the pizza he makes before hiring him. However, since it's the only pizzeria in San Domenico, you have to enjoy it.

21/04/2025: Lunedì di Pasqua, una buona cucina, tanti commensali e possibili disguidi da mettere in conto però l’aspetto fastidioso è stato la leggerezza con cui hanno cucinato per una persona vegana del nostro gruppo edella cui presenza erano stati informati con largo anticipo. In sostanza vuol semplicemente dire cucina a base vegetale, niente di più e nulla di complicato per uno chef esperto Avevo telefonato 10 giorni prima x prenotare e avvisare della richiesta particolare, 4 giorni prima ho richiamato x accertarmi e sono stata rassicurata in entrambi i casi che ci sarebbero stati piatti adeguati alla giornata e al locale. Siamo arrivati tranquilli ma i piatti annunciati sono stati solo gnocchi alla salsa di pomodoro, insalata o verdure grigliate. Abbiamo avuto altre esperienze in ristoranti di uguale livello con cucina tradizionale e, chiedendo, abbiamo sempre avuto un menù vegetale completo di tutte le portate, antipasto, primo e secondo con contorno di qualità gustosa e varia. Alle nostre obiezioni non abbiamo avuto grande accoglienza se non dire che, in questi casi, hanno sempre agito cosi. Non dubito ma questo non vuol dire che sia soddisfacente. Hanno poi recuperato una ratatuolle di verdure ma sinceramente non ha risolto granché la situazione. Avrei preferito che mi dicessero telefonicamente il brevissimo menù cosi avremmo potuto in tutta serenità decidere diversamente. Non era nostra intenzione mettere in difficoltà nessuno ma solo poter scegliere liberamente. A questo si è aggiunta una lentezza che non è stata uguale per altri tavoli che, arrivati contemporaneamente, sono stati serviti con notevole tempestività rispetto al nostro. Mi spiace per l’accaduto perché il posto è gradevole e la cucina buona.

14/04/2025: Ottima sorpresa, ci siamo recati dopo una gara di pattinaggio e siamo stati accolti alle ore 14.00 senza alcun problema. Cibo ottimo e prezzi buoni, super consigliato!

03/03/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. We ate fish, of excellent quality, but we also saw the pizzas being baked and they were very inviting. There are also off-menu items that caught our attention. The wine selection is also very varied and the staff is attentive, kind and professional. Truly a beautiful discovery. 31/05/2025: Restaurant animé, bon rapport qualité/prix, personnel sympathique. Carte variée, certains plats sont plus réussis que d'autres (si vous aimez la truffe, prenez les pâtes, pas le porc), mais dans l'ensemble, c'est bien. Nous avons eu une focaccia offerte, en mise en bouche. Attention, les jeudis soirs il y a karaoké à la terrasse voisine, c'est bruyant.

11/05/2025: Osteria nel centro di Asti, menù fissi disponibili con rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile! Ottimo cibo e con buona quantità di porzioni. Sono stato a pranzo con amici ed abbiamo opzionato il menù pranzo del sabato a 12€ ciascuno ed era tutto una meraviglia! super consigliato anche per gentilezza e cortesia! Complimenti davvero! Rapporto qualità prezzo SUPER!

21/01/2025: Servizio e proposta non sono minimamente all’altezza di una location elegante e ben curata. Menu da metropoli con 15 primi e altrettanti secondi e già mi sorgono dubbi..la carbonara che dovrebbe essere la loro specialità è liquida. Chiedo il tonno molto poco cotto e arriva una suola alta mezzo cm completamente cotta. Per finire i broccoli di contorno diventano spinaci arrivando 10 minuti dopo il secondo. giustificazione? dalle loro parti (Roma?) si chiamano broccoletti…bah

02/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve at Tenuta Valdorso. We had a wonderful time, with a warm welcome and good food. We loved the superior Rubino room with its double shower. The entire property is very clean, and the staff is welcoming. We had a wonderful evening with the musical entertainment.

30/03/2025: I've been living in Galliate for a year, and I was depressed because no pizzeria satisfied me in the slightest. Then I went to this place to get take-away pizzas to eat together with a group of elderly people with reduced mobility. I was really satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and the imagination of the pizzas. Excellent vegetables, fresh ingredients, Neapolitan pasta, well-leavened dough doesn't make you thirsty. Finally a good pizza in Galliate. EDIT: Unfortunately I have to change my review because, a year later, we returned with the whole family - 6 people -. The pizzas were all very burnt, the only one that survived was the fried pizza, which was excellent. Sin! I'll come back only when I want to eat fried food, but for wood-fired pizzas I'll look elsewhere.

Oh no, two spritz + 2 “coperti” (covered with what…??) but it’s not worth it, three tastings… BUT WHY DON’T YOU OFFER US WHAT YOU ADVERTISE ON THE STREET?!?! Why do you only have to offer us dinner (at 6:00 pm…??). Sorry, we won’t be back.

25/07/2025: Sono tornato con mia moglie dopo qualche anno, a pranzare in questa semplice ma accogliente osteria. I ricordi sono rimasti immutati, come immutata l'atmosfera che si respirava allora...locale pulito, tavoli ben distanziati e servizio al tavolo ineccepibile. Ci ha servito la signora Valeria, persona empatica e professionale. Eravamo orientati per un menù mare e non siamo rimasti delusi. Due antipasti di polpo con pistacchi, due fritture di paranza accompagnate dall'immancabile patata alla brace, due dessert, pizzicotti di pane fritto , acqua e un quartino di vino frizzante della casa e il pranzo è servito !!! La cantina vanta una discreta varietà di etichette, alcune per veri intenditori. La qualità del cibo è sempre eccellente, come il rapporto qualità/prezzo, corretto. La possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno del cortile con posti riservati, è sempre un plus gradito. Ritorneremo appena possibile.
