11/04/2026: It's a shame we found worms in the mushroom pasta (they weren't the kind that come from mushrooms), and you can't even tell they're cooked. The waitress didn't apologize, she said they're the kind that come from mushrooms.

22/05/2026: A small restaurant where you can enjoy typical local and Molise dishes, featuring local cheeses and cured meats. The chocolate dessert is also excellent. I recommend calling to reserve, especially if you're with a group.

29/06/2025: Unfortunately I am forced to change my review. This evening I waited about an hour and a half to get the pizzas, the justification after I got furious, since the tables after us were eating was that they had the wrong clerk, forty minutes before they had told me they were busy with the takeaway service. Something has changed and in a negative but very negative way. I don't think you will see me again after the impression I made with friends who came from out of town on purpose. Something spectacular with a unique taste.

Special mention goes to Mr. Biagio, the night porter and breakfast attendant: he is kind and helpful beyond his duties, and his attention to detail in resolving some issues related to a very late arrival made my stay even more pleasant.

31/08/2025: A place to forget, for the food and the service. From the little we managed to eat, even trying, our digestions were blocked that afternoon. My partner and I, on August 28th, ordered a beef tagliata and a plate of tagliolini with mushrooms. The tagliata, in our opinion, was mutton and was overcooked. When we mentioned this to the owner, he told us it was a special Argentine meat, and regarding the cooking, he said they no longer knew how to regulate it because the place was frequented by Belgians and French, who wanted it rare. We were speechless. The meat left on the plate, even though we love eating it, out of curiosity, we took it to a trusted butcher, who jokingly told us it could have been 'dog'... but then assured us it was mutton. No comment. As for the tagliolini with mushrooms, they were floating in half a plate of raw oil, which created a nasty, tasteless white mush with the flour from the mushrooms themselves. The mushrooms were inedible! This is what two gourmets wrote. Despite our complaints, the owner made no attempt to make amends.

20/08/2025: I come to the Marche region a few times a year, and ever since I discovered you, I can't help but think about when I'll try your pizza. I've tried so many, but I can say it's perhaps the best I've ever eaten. Light and thin, but it doesn't break despite the delicious filling, the high, soft crust (try pressing it and it comes back because the dough is so soft and well-made). Made to perfection, the quality of the raw materials is super. Very easy to digest, in fact, after one pizza you'd eat another. We also had our beloved Mexican potatoes (light and delicious), a crouton/roll, and the inevitable dessert (last year I remember the delicious Pan di Stelle cake and Kinder cheesecake).

02/04/2026: Good evening, Hotel Dora is a retro hotel, rooms are 1980s-style, and the restaurant service is terrible. While we were having dinner, the chef came out to sit at a table with friends, so cleanliness, hygiene, etc. are a concern. Not to mention that the waiter comes out for a smoke between courses and then brings your food. In addition to the menu, we asked for another course, and he promptly replied: "It costs you €20 more per person." Speechless.

10/11/2025: We stopped by for lunch following our experience on the Trans-Siberian Railway in Abruzzo and found this simple-looking restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the owner, who informed us that there was a fixed menu for 25 euros that day. Although I'm not a fan of fixed menus, I was glad we stayed. The food was good, not overdone with oils or spices like many others. We had delicious handmade potato gnocchi! The meat, scamorza, and everything else were delicious. But the real difference is undoubtedly Adriano, always with a word or a joke to make guests feel at home, but without ever being intrusive. Fantastic! Thank you, Adriano, and we hope to return to your restaurant soon.
