You often hear this phrase when you feel particularly comfortable in a place. 4 friends for an excursion around Lake San Vincenzo, we choose this place without too much information about it. Nice location, in the middle of nowhere with a unique view. The smell of wood, a warm fireplace and a truly welcoming dining room. Excellent food, superlative wine. Rosa and Livio always available. 19/03/2025: Mi Nonno (Pasqualino) nos trae a mí y a mi hermano aquí cada vez que lo visitamos en Isenria. Las pizzas son increíbles y una gran relación calidad-precio. El personal aquí también es súper amable y te hace sentir muy bienvenido.

02/07/2025: Even though I have not had the “pleasure” of staying at this masseria, I still want to leave a review… unfortunately absolutely negative! I found the masseria by chance on the internet and decided to write an email to find out about availability for me, my partner and our daughter (who is less than 1 year old) in August. Given the delay in responses, I decided to call and ask about the availability of a room with a kitchen since I have to prepare lunch and dinner for the child and I told them that my partner is lactose intolerant since we had opted for the half-board option. In addition to the fact that the lady said that it was not possible to prepare anything separately for him, neither the desserts for dinner nor breakfast, she even “advised” us to go to the B&B in the center of town or to stay with them in another period. In the end, after several email exchanges to try to understand how to accommodate us, to which they always responded late, they told me that the room with the kitchen is no longer available. I reply that I need to cook for the baby and therefore ask how it can be done. I am told again that the room has neither a kitchen nor a fridge. For me all this is absurd: - First of all I find it absurd that they cannot prepare or think of solutions for a person who is lactose intolerant and who, among other things, they still charge full price for half board without any discount. - I find it absurd that when faced with requests or alternative solutions the answers are to stay somewhere else or in another period (maybe people work and ask for holidays on those days and choose this structure for what it offers?!?) - It is absurd that if it is all family-run and I say that I need to feed a 7-month-old baby, the response is not one of kindness and courtesy in suggesting maybe even cooking there, but that the remaining room has no kitchen and fridge. - Finally I find it unfair that if I write and call for several days, the room I should take is given to others. I must say that initially I was also sorry that there was no possibility of being able to book, but then honestly I analyzed everything that happened and although the place seems very beautiful from the photos, I found a lack of correctness and kindness on the part of those who manage it. Too bad!!

18/06/2025: We happened to be here with friends, yes we looked for a pizzeria and found the right one. We ate a really good pizza, thin, tasty and very digestible. Prices more than normal. Highly recommended.

19/05/2025: Excellent well-kept place in terms of cleanliness and product arrangement, very courteous, kind, prepared staff. Very good coffee and a wide assortment of croissants and various breakfast specialties. Also available tobacco and smoking items. Parking available on site. Worth stopping by. Good selection of desserts.

06/06/2025: bel posto per mangiare all'aperto, con carrellata di antipasti senza fine, primi e secondi da provare. Buono e cordiale anche il servizio . Prezzi ragionevoli calcolando che dopo l'antipasto, si opta per un primo o un secondo spendendo 25/ 30 euro compreso vino acqua e caffè. Da ritornare

31/05/2025: Este restaurante es el mejor para la semana que estamos en Italia: Roma, Piscara, Termoli y ahora aquí, Santa María del Molise. La comida era muy fresca, deliciosa, muchas opciones de antipasto, varias opciones para el plato principal, fabulosa polenta con salchichas caseras y salsa de tomate; 6 varios postres. Pedimos tiramisú limone - fresco y delicioso.
