Terra Nostra is a true gem. The location exudes authentic warmth: between the simple furnishings and the blazing fireplace in the center of the room, it almost feels like being at your grandparents' house. Special thanks to the woman who served us, who was truly kind and knowledgeable.
A precious tip: the portions are enormous, so order in moderation to avoid waste! The prices are definitely below average, making the value unbeatable. If you can, go during the week: Saturdays are very crowded and the wait can be longer. Definitely worth a try.

Discovered by chance while visiting the village of Fornelli. A time-honored inn, excellent and plentiful food. Spectacular fettuccine with venison. Very friendly staff, unmatched value for money. Highly recommended.

Home-style cooking, prompt table service, and everyone's courtesy and helpfulness.
The restrooms are consistently clean (though it depends largely on who uses them), reasonable prices, and generous portions.

Rustic atmosphere on the border between Molise and Abruzzo. Bring company, because the dishes are overwhelming. A single first course can feed almost three people. In the fall and winter, don't miss the polenta. The price is excellent for the quantity served; I recommend booking a few days in advance if you want to secure a seat.

A truly wonderful experience! Rustic and welcoming restaurant with a lovely fireplace... staff, mostly female, extremely kind and helpful, fantastic first courses (mushroom and venison fettuccine, never eaten before), delicious meats, side dishes, wine... everything cooked with love despite every table being full. Exceptional prices, especially considering the quality and flavor... I love the villages of Molise and Abruzzo, and Terra Nostra will surely become a favorite place of mine.

A traditional inn in the heart of Isernia, very close to the Mainarde Oasis! You can choose between the €30 fixed menu, which includes a wide variety of food, or the à la carte option, which is still very generous! The staff is truly friendly; there were 15 of us, and the waiter who served us was able to accommodate our many individual needs! Finally, complimentary coffee! Everything was delicious and clean. ☺️
