Dieci è il numero di questo fine anno 2024.
Infatti, sono dieci anni, e dico dieci, che ci facciamo oltre 300 km per trascorrere il 31 dicembre in questo stupendo posto con lo scopo di deliziare il nostro palato gustando le prelibatezze dello chef Stefano Rufo.
Sono dieci le portate che vedete elencate nel menù.
E’ dieci il voto che merita questo locale: 10 per le pietanze, 10 per il servizio, 10 per l’ospitalità, 10 per la puntualità, 10 per l’intrattenimento della “Strana Coppia”, 10 per l’ambiente familiare che si crea ogni volta. Insomma dieci in tutto.
Anche quest’anno abbiamo degustato le portate sapientemente abbinate con degli ottimi vini scelti per le singole portate. A mezzanotte ogni tavolo ha avuto la sua bottiglia di spumante da stappare tutti insieme.
Insomma un modo eccellente di coniugare divertimento e ottima cucina.
Nelle foto potete vedere il menù ed i piatti eccellenti per il palato e sapientemente presentati.
Non ci resta che dire un grazie a coloro che, sacrificando le loro festività, fanno del loro lavoro il divertimento per gli altri.

12/01/2025: A discovery that made our stay perfect! The place is very welcoming and comfortable! The rich and particular menu makes you want to try everything! The service is excellent and the possibility of having a small aperitif in the cellar is offered which is an experience that we greatly appreciated. All very good! The finishing touch: the house liqueurs and desserts! If we were to return to the area we will definitely stop here!

22/12/2024: Regardless of the inevitable professionalism, atmosphere and service, Don Giovanni is the best STEAKHOUSE in Termoli and, in fact, also in Molise.
Don't get it wrong: there are some exceptional places to eat good meat, of any kind, throughout Molise.
But I'm talking about STEAK=STEAK=BEEF.
Mainly, because even the first courses and all the highly sought-after products of the appetizers are exceptional.
THE STEAK HOUSE, in Molise, is Don Giovanni.
19/12/2024: Historic place in Termoli, always very high quality, we went yesterday for a dinner with colleagues and it was yet another confirmation, from ham to dessert passing through a double choice of American Spanish meat all at the top, finally particular cheeses with a truly intense, very varied wine list which includes wines from every Italian region. Owner of an incredible culinary culture, he perfectly knows the origin and processing of his entire menu, he makes you want to taste everything just for the detailed explanation he provides of the product, congratulations indeed!

10/12/2024: After visiting the beautiful historic center of Campobasso, we went for lunch in this excellent trattoria to taste traditional Molise dishes. Here the portions are truly generous and tasty, the grilled meat is excellent as are the desserts, delicious. A special mention for the surprising Tintilia of the house. The final bill surprised us in a positive way. We left satisfied and with a full stomach!

17/12/2024: Kind from the moment we booked... we ate everything based on cod. Good and fresh food. Courteous and quick service. The dishes were all good, a little sweet with salt, but either I had too many expectations, or there was something missing that turns good into exceptional. I don't want to be misunderstood. The food is good and tasty, but they should look for that extra something to make you come back.
Nb: dogs are not allowed inside.
10/12/2024: Excellent cod-based dishes, beautiful to look at but, above all, delicious in taste (the semi-sweet final cod is mouth-watering). We paired the dishes with an excellent Tintilia rosé. The staff is friendly, helpful and never intrusive. We felt like at home. We highly recommend it, we hope to return!

02/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve 2024 2025 in this magnificent family-run property. Breathtaking view that extends to the sea. Very large and comfortable rooms. Not to mention the very kind staff always ready to satisfy our every wish. A special thank you to CATIA and Andrea for their exquisite kindness and availability. Excellent eating. I highly recommend trying to stay at Parco delle Stelle and you certainly won't be disappointed.

13/11/2024: Per il nostro mini tour in Molise abbiamo scelto questo residence immerso nella natura.
Venivamo da Vasto pertanto il tom tom anziché farci salire da Castelmauro come sarebbe stato giusto ci ha fatto fare una strada sterrata in mezzo ai boschi🤷♀️comunque come siamo arrivati siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dalla bellezza di questo struttura immersa nel verde e ben curata.
Noi (due coppie di amici)abbiamo usufruito solo del pernottamento (2 notti)e prima colazione e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
La signora (penso la proprietaria)alla reception molto empatica .
Le camere ampie e pulite.
Colazione buona.
Prezzo giusto.
Consigliato....magari passando da Castelmauro😉

First of all I want to compliment the service to all the staff, especially the boy who took the questions: kind, prepared and fast, BRAVO!
Moving on to the food, all the dishes were excellent, from the starters, through the pasta with fresh truffle, to the second courses and finally the excellent homemade tiramisu which I recommend!
Only note: the first ones could be a little more abundant.
For the rest you feel at home, when the staff works with passion that's it.
We will definitely be back, see you next time!

31/12/2024: Siamo capitati a cena in concomitanza di un banchetto per un 50esimo, nella sala accanto dj set "caciarone" ma simpatico, direi in linea con lo stile del locale, del quale si apprezza comunque l'arredamento e il servizio ben curato.
Ci siamo lasciati consigliare dal cameriere e non poteva andare meglio. Dall'antipasto al dolce ingredienti freschi e cura nella presentazione.

01/10/2024: I was in Italy for almost a month and ate gelato everyday. Sometimes 2 times a day. This gelato was the best of all tasted on my trip. As a former icecream store owner I have tasted a lot. The black cherry was wonderful as well as the vanilla and Carmel flavors. He makes his own mix and his attention to detail is on point. Prices were very reasonable as well! Keep up the great work my friend!!

21/12/2024: Abbiamo provato questo ristorante seguendo le ottime recensioni e devo dire che abbiamo ritrovato molto del contenuto delle recensioni : ottime materie prime , antipasti caldi veramente squisiti a meno di alcune componenti ' fredde' ( vedi la polpa di pomodoro sotto le cozze ripiene eccellenti), razza mollicata deliziosa ,buono il polipo ( era un tentacolo di piovra ) ma su un letto di pure di ceci un po' freddo. La vera nota stonata la temperatura dell' ambiente ,un po' freddino di questa stagione ma per il resto tutto buono incluso il caffè , con buon rapporto qualità prezzo e gentilezza nel servizio

30/12/2024: In a perched village in a beautiful position you will find this welcoming tavern, which takes you back in time, when the cuisine had flavor and substance, true respect for local products, without cloying nods to current fashions. It's really good here. The dishes are all excellent, plentiful and of great quality: Molise at the table. And then the quality/price ratio is unique. Compliments to the chef and the hostess. A beautiful memory of a day with the family.
24/09/2024: Every time I come to Molise to visit my brother in CB, I have him take me to this welcoming trattoria to eat their excellent braised fettuccine. Small and welcoming environment, very pleasant family management and excellent dishes at a price that in Rome is science fiction...

08/01/2025: Few dishes, but certainly all very good and excellent. The staff in the room were very good, well-prepared and very friendly. Fresh fish, excellent, all really good. We had two grills and some grilled calamari, all excellent. Reachable as it is located on the road to Campomarino, few places but we confirm that the chef is really good. They indicated to us that they participated in Alessandro Borghese's 4 restaurants.
08/01/2025: Pochi piatti, ma sicuramente tutti molto buoni ed eccellenti. Personale in sala molto valido, preparato e molto simpatico. Pesce fresco, ottimo, tutto veramente buono. Abbiamo preso due grigliate e dei calamari alla brace, tutto eccellente. Raggiungibile in quanto si trova sulla strada per Campomarino, pochi posti ma confermiamo che il cuoco è veramente bravo. Ci hanno indicato che hanno partecipato ai 4 ristoranti di Alessandro Borghese.

25/12/2024: Christmas lunch. I hadn't booked, as I was passing through, but the owner found me a place (there were 3 of us) rating 10 for the welcome and the service. The food deserves praise, ravioli (with duck) excellent, lasagne and spectacular cheese and egg meatballs. Regular price considering the holiday....highly recommended
25/08/2024: Restaurant found by chance, adjacent to Petacciato beach. Wonderful kindness and hospitality, delicious traditional dishes and excellent prices. It was an oasis of peace before leaving for home. Thank you !
