08/02/2026: My partner and I went there for lunch on Sunday. We sat down and noticed that the tablecloth was dirty and there were crumbs under the table. We pointed this out to the waitress who promptly changed it. As for the food, the first courses were good, but the pasticciata and the erba cotta were rather bland and flavorless. The bill, in our opinion, was a little above average. Honestly, we were a little disappointed.

15/01/2026: DIARY OF AN UNFAIR RELAXATION: Private spa with Finnish sauna never at the right temperature, no bucket or hourglass; Private pool water lukewarm, verging on cold, with pieces of "plaster" inside, dead bedbugs on the edge of the pool; Turkish bath OK; Exclusive spa area with no tools for staff calls; Large glass door separating the private indoor area from the private outdoor area where the sauna is located, half-open and locked; On the other hand, the non-exclusive sauna was OK, as was the water temperature in the non-exclusive indoor pool and the adjacent outdoor pool. All of the above was explained to the receptionist, who, it should be noted, gave us a badge upon arrival that allowed us to use the non-exclusive sauna and pool as well, which we subsequently did. When we complained, she jotted down notes in a notebook, apologizing, and adding that she had taken note and would take steps to resolve the issues. When I asked for a manager, the receptionist claimed to be the owner's daughter.

"Mise en place" essenziale, ma ben curata, su un tavolinetto ligneo ben pulito con accostato supporto di servizio, costituita da tovagliette-menù di carta con salviettina profumata in bustina di cortesia. Offerta invitante e generosa con portate di pesce, carne e altri vari stuzzichini, prezzi abbordabili. Avviso di potenziale utilizzo di prodotti surgelati, ma senza indicazione puntuale con asterisco. Abbiamo gustato: ravioli con ripieno e sugo di pesce, gustosissimi; grigliata e fritto di paranza, con apprezzabile assortimento di pesce e ben preparati; contorno di erbe lesse, saporite; pinzimonio con verdure tenute raffreddate con acqua e ghiaccio, veramente sfiziose; piadina; vino bianco fermo sfuso. Servizio puntuale e molto cortese. Merita una visita.

15/02/2026: We went for Valentine's Day dinner, and the place was packed. I understand the occasion, but an hour-long wait for each course seems excessive. Waiters were asking each other which table number they were supposed to serve. Terrible management. Everyone complained. We were getting up to leave (after two hours, we'd only eaten the appetizer) when Ferdinand, the waiter who was serving another room, came to "save" us. Given the shameful situation of ours, he started serving us. Was the wait worth it for the food? Not even. Everything was served lukewarm, poor quality, and terrible presentation. It's a real shame because the place is beautiful.
