I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Macerata

27/05/2025: Mi è stato difficile trovare una nota insufficiente, che cito alla fine. Seppur con un leggero scetticismo ma sempre con lo spirito della scoperta e dell'adattamento, abbiamo prenotato in questo locale a noi nuovo. Nonostante alcune cerimonie presenti, abbiamo trovato un clima di familiarità, qualità del menù, giusta ironia e delicata attenzione alle nostre eventuali esigenze da parte dei camerieri (professionali ed eccezionali). Da tempo che non provavo queste sensazioni. Unica nota (per me) da migliorare, a cui pochi però prestano attenzione: l'acustica del locale. In caso di sala affollata, non ti mette a tuo agio ma provoca un senso di fastidio. Rimedio semplicissimo: pannelli fonoassorbenti al soffitto e il gioco è fatto, a poco prezzo. E allora sarei ben lieto di rifare 150 km per tornare di nuovo (ma tanto tornerò lo stesso). Ah, dimenticavo: le tagliatelle al cinghiale veramente UNICHE.

02/03/2025: Un posto veramente speciale, come se ne trovano pochi. Altissima qualità delle materie prime e grande maestria in cucina. Attenzione al cliente e cortesia del personale in sala. Da apprezzare anche la scelta di creare qualcosa così in un piccolo centro e non in città. Bravi!

10/02/2025: Le foto che sono pubblicate qui non rendono giustizia a questo ristorante che vi sorprenderà davvero. È stata una bella scoperta. L’accoglienza e la gentilezza sono state davvero ammirevoli ed anche la cura con cui ci sono state illustrate le portate. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

18/05/2025: Con la primavera si predilige l'aria aperta e la passeggiata al mare dove si rimane catturati dal richiamo del nuovo menu stagionale dello chef patron Enzo Paolucci che delizia i suoi ospiti con un mirabolante primo piatto di spaghettoni che coniugano il mare e l'orto. Non si può resistere all'esaltazione dell'incontro tra il ragù bianco di ricciola e panocchie amalgamato dal delicato mix di pomodorini confit, olive taggiasche e finocchietto selvatico. Il tutto guarnito con croccante di pangrattato e una spruzzata di olio evo crudo. Il palato gioca sul velluto, si esalta e ringrazia per la sublime contaminazione di colori e sapori.

18/05/2025: "Il piatto di pesce al forno era semplicemente divino! Il pesce era fresco e tenero, cotto alla perfezione con un tocco di croccantezza esterna. Le verdure erano cotte al punto giusto e il sapore del forno era intenso e aromatico. Una vera delizia per il palato! Consiglio di provarlo assolutamente."

09/05/2025: L'ho trovata al di sotto delle mie aspettative, per come si presenta il locale e per il prezzo pagato, personalmente mi aspettavo più cura nei dettagli, dalle torte in vetrina poco rifinite, al personale poco disponibile verso il cliente, alle paste poco farcite. Potrebbe migliorare.
