02/05/2025: They spoke very well to me about this place and after several attempts to be able to book, I succeeded! (the place is almost always full, I recommend booking a little in advance) Marche cuisine reigns here and if you like magna' I recommend this place!!! My group of 6 people was very, very satisfied, excellent and plentiful food with the true flavors of times gone by. Starter, Vincisgrassi, Norcina dumplings, Fried lamb with olives, fried crimes and chips, Grilled lamb and mixed grill, drinks, coffee and dessert at 40.00 per person. What was left over they made us bring home. I also post the photos and I also write that I reported a comment for false information....keep the malice inside gentlemen, as there are people out there who can verify it! Super recommended!!!!

23/03/2025: Despite being closed we were welcomed with good wine and antipasti. The hospitality is great, the bistro is atmospheric. We would like to come back to this place.

22/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo bistrot piccolino e di una raffinatezza unica, davvero curato in ogni minimo dettaglio....una location davvero accogliente e arredata con gusto !!! Piatti ben presentati ed un ottima qualità dei prodotti......parmigiana super e tagliata di manzo con riduzione al vino e cuore di carciofo davvero degna di lode.!! I ragazzi Paolo e Gelsomina davvero motivati da una grande passione ti fanno sentire come a casa !! Ottima selezioni di vini , ottimo il servizio ed ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo..... insomma una serata davvero piacevole in tutti i sensi, da ripetere al più presto !! E si vi capita di andare in bagno oltre alla pulizia, rimarrete meravigliati dall originalità!! Bravi davvero e continuate così! Credere sempre in ciò che si vuole e si ama fare, è solo così che il lavoro diventa un piacere!! Grazie di tutto ❤️

18/05/2025: Nice place, cared for in every detail, on two floors with a beautiful terrace. The guys are super helpful and kind. Very good hamburgers with quality meat and bread, delicious fried foods, excellent piadinas too. There is a wide choice on the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

They also have a gluten-free beer available that we recommend because it is really delicious. The service was excellent, with three super nice, friendly and helpful girls. You absolutely have to try their cheesecakes. If you are in the area and you have to eat a pizza I recommend this pizzeria because it is without a doubt the best

01/05/2025: On the recommendation of a friend, we had a perfect lunch. Eating with the sea next to you is the plus of this restaurant! Alessio gave us excellent advice on what to order and above all, he well listed the excellent and abundant wine list. This is our menu: Tagliatella with cuttlefish asparagus, half sleeves with shellfish sauce, mixed frying, Colle del Monteverde pecorino cheese. Excellent value for money, congratulations to everyone and see you soon!

10/02/2025: Nice atmosphere, but... The place is nice, the atmosphere pleasant and the staff friendly, but the final bill of 90 euros for two for an aperitif was truly a surprise. Let me start by saying that we had booked for aperitif time, in view of a trip to the theatre, and we just wanted to nibble on something and drink some wine. Not being from Fermo, the place was new to us. They seat us and bring us two welcome dishes. Then the waitress presents us with a wine list verbally, without a wine list with prices, and brings us water. Once the welcome dishes are finished, the service continues with the arrival of other dishes, not requested. Curious, we ask how the service worked and we are told that the aperitif is fixed, consisting of four courses: three starters and a first course, all served in a tasting version. After about an hour, we are about to pay, and that's where the surprise arrives. At the checkout, we find ourselves with a 40 euro bottle of wine, without ever having had the chance to see a menu with prices. This left us a little perplexed, especially considering that the food was brought without ever asking us what we preferred or if we had any dietary restrictions (25 euros each aperitif menu). It's as if customization and transparency aren't part of the experience. Although the atmosphere and company were pleasant, such a "surprise" at checkout inevitably left a bitter aftertaste. Next time, more clarity on pricing and more focus on customer needs would be much appreciated.

06/04/2025: Pranzo in famiglia molto buono, anche troppo abbondante in quanto hanno "esagerato" tra antipasti, due primi, due secondi, dolce e amari, peraltro passando più volte per i vari "bis". Ambiente accogliente e clima amichevole.

28/04/2025: For April 25th, we decide with some friends to have lunch in this place with a vast and very beautiful panorama. The place is nice and the staff are quite friendly and the food is average. We were only a little surprised that when booking we were not told that the mixed roast had to be ordered in advance. We didn't make a real choice of the menu (the menu itself was not given to us) but we were guided by the owner who gave us the impression of being in a hurry. Still recommended.

27/04/2025: We had lunch with friends today April 25th at the Sale Grosso restaurant. Mixed appetizers, two excellent first courses, sliced ​​meat and baked suckling pig. There was no shortage of good ice cream and the inevitable coffee and liqueur! Well done chef Dalmazio and his helpers, always kind and thoughtful!
