15/07/2025: This is my first time here, and I was amazed by both the cleanliness of the place and the excellent breakfast. Politeness and friendliness are paramount, something that's lacking in this company. This should be normal, but it's becoming rare. Kudos to the owner and all the staff.

05/08/2025: The restaurant is the epitome of traditional Marche cuisine. Being a place run by the same family for decades, it encompasses the culinary experience of several generations. The fried tagliatelle would wake a dead man, the vincisgrassi are sublime, the Ascoli olives are spectacular, and the cremini pasta is delicious, as are any other dish. For my taste, I'd stop here, but I've tried other dishes and they were all well-made. The value for money is perfect! If I may make a veiled criticism: - I'd say that given the high customer base, I think the place is too noisy. - The table setting is outdated and needs updating. The service is very quick but a bit unpretentious. In any case, these are details that can be overlooked given the quality of the food.

03/08/2025: Excellent lunch and very friendly staff. Open fireplace for cooking the main courses. Amazing tagliata, paired with an excellent Piceno red wine. The tagliatelle with white ragù was delicious and homemade. The ingredients are all excellent and high-quality. The mixed grill was also delicious. I would love to return!

20/07/2025: Located a few steps from the Peace Park, where many concerts are held. From the outside, it looks a bit retro, even when entering the lobby. It has ample space for stairs and an elevator. The rooms have been renovated, and the bathroom is comfortable, fresh, and clean. The staff is attentive and very, very kind; they found us a room despite it being packed. For breakfast, they helped us and seated us in the spacious dining room. Everything is meticulously clean and smells fresh. I give it a 4.5 with great pleasure.

27/07/2025: Found by chance, a very nice place both inside and out. Chef Dalmazio, a very friendly and approachable person, treated us to authentic and delicious dishes cooked with passion and in the old-fashioned way. A superb dinner. We'll be back.

28/04/2025: For April 25th, we decide with some friends to have lunch in this place with a vast and very beautiful panorama. The place is nice and the staff are quite friendly and the food is average. We were only a little surprised that when booking we were not told that the mixed roast had to be ordered in advance. We didn't make a real choice of the menu (the menu itself was not given to us) but we were guided by the owner who gave us the impression of being in a hurry. Still recommended.

09/08/2025: The outside of the restaurant doesn't do justice to the experience inside, which is well-kept, renovated, and clean (including the bathrooms). The staff is welcoming and friendly. And then there's the food... The house appetizers are FANTASTIC, the first courses are inexplicable, and I barely managed to touch the tagliata (a sliced main course) because I was so full. Everything was delicious and plentiful. Wine, plenty of water, dessert, and coffee, €20 per person. It's been years since I've been so amazed by a meal at a restaurant. Congratulations, highly recommended, and I'll be back as soon as I can!

03/08/2025: Truly excellent food!! Everything was delicious, we had a huge feast of arrosticini, and I have to say, eating them all was a real treat, as the quality was excellent! If we're here again, we'll definitely eat at Arrosticiamo 😋

28/08/2025: A hotel and restaurant converted from an ancient convent is already unusual, but if you visit, you'll realize the owners are serious people who know how to do their job with passion and professionalism. We only went for dinner (but if that's the case, the rooms must be just as excellent). Very local appetizer: Galantine, Ascoli olives (the best I've ever tasted), Russian salad and giardiniera (pickled vegetables) grown in the restaurant. Grilled vegetables First course: Pappardelle with rabbit ragù. Extremely delicate, and the egg pasta is also homemade. Second course: Beef fillet in green pepper sauce. Crostone with fossa cheese and red onion jam! For dessert, Cantuccini biscuits and a glass of Vino Cotto. The final bill was very fair, especially considering the bottle of Rosso Conero Riserva AGONTANO. BRAVI. You're our new favorite restaurant in the Marche region. We'll definitely be back.

25/06/2025: We had dinner in the village of Altidona. In a small square, Amaca is located, a family-run restaurant where you can rediscover the flavors of the Marche region. On the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and hills, we sampled the tasting menu of local dishes, including Ascoli olives and cremini, local cured meats and cheeses, fried tagliatelle, and much more. The Barbula di Altidona wine was truly delicious and fragrant. Everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and welcoming. Impeccable service. Absolutely fair pricing. Highly recommended!

27/05/2025: Despite being closed we were welcomed with good wine and antipasti. The warmth is great, the bistro is atmospheric. A year later we were surprised again by a delicious dinner, wine and home-made limoncello. 5 stars are very well deserved. We will definitely come back.
