You can sense his love for his work, and he conveys it through his wine and food recommendations, explaining the journey the raw materials he purchases from small local producers take before finally arriving on your table, transformed into natural paintings by the chef's skilled hands. The menu features traditional dishes revisited while maintaining flavor and taste, playing with shapes and volumes... an alternative culinary philosophy that respects the raw ingredients while enhancing their simplicity and quality. 04/02/2026: Wonderful experience, excellent service that makes you feel at home, small place, limited seating but well distributed throughout the restaurant without feeling crowded. What I loved was the menu that changes daily, without too much choice—three starters, four main courses, and you're done! I can say I ate divinely! Good value for money; I can't say it's cheap, but it's worth it for what you get!

11/10/2025: It was so tangy and impregnated with oil right down to its DNA that I got up in the night and drank a diger seltzer to digest a "fried" fish dish that, more than fried, seemed boiled in oil of which the owner who "fries" to please the customer is a mystery as to what type or chemical compound he uses (certainly not peanut oil).

There are places where you go for food or a drink, and then there are places like this, where you return for the experience, the people, the atmosphere. This pub (which is much more than just a pub) is one of those rare places where you feel welcomed like an old friend, even if it's your first time. Every dish, served with surprising speed, spoke of the care and passion the staff puts into every detail. The flavors were authentic, bold but never banal, and accompanied by an excellent selection of drinks that demonstrates careful and thoughtful research. But what really makes this place special is the genuine kindness of those who work there. It's hard to find such a sincere welcome these days, made not just of smiles, but of small gestures that make you feel important, recognized, at home. A heartfelt thank you goes to all the staff, not only for the wonderful evening, but also for the gift they gave us: an unexpected and precious thought that we will carry with us. Every time I drink a beer with my wife, I can't help but think of you. You gave us so much more than a good dinner. You gave us a precious memory to cherish in our hearts. Tommaso (Rome)

25/12/2025: The food sucks!! Four pieces of fried calamari cost €20, and you also have to pay €3 per person for the service charge. And you use low-quality paper napkins. And the spaghetti with clams cost €18, using lupini beans, not real clams. This restaurant is a thief!!! I don't recommend this restaurant and I'll never go back!!!

11/11/2025: New management. Special raw fish, exquisite Brodetto. Friendly and helpful staff. And for dessert, a surprise... Torta Delle Rose with vanilla cream: sublime. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: Not recommend if you are not local. They try to look like Michelin star restaurant, but: Ask for reservation, find "1 free table", but at the end of evening still at least 3 tables free. Roof in the room? But not match other half of serving room. Plastic shelf under air condition. Atmospehere just cold. Service not so great they try to look like. Truly, food was good but all above spoil the impression.
