It will take you inside its world, with the discovery of each product and each producer behind the preparation of each dish. Nothing is left to chance, and the search for raw materials is nothing short of exemplary, if everyone worked like this, IT WOULD BE A BETTER WORLD! Simply a beautiful experience, pampering for the customer and delights for the palate. I highly recommend it to those who appreciate the good behind things, and have a palate trained to recognize valid products from less so, for all the others who write that the menu has two courses, are used to classic tourist menus with 300 dishes and not even one of them is eatable. Not to mention his bread!!! I personally requested that it be brought back to me due to its great goodness! Thanks Sigismondo, keep it up!

17/05/2025: For a short vacation and arriving from Rome we stopped to eat in this very cute restaurant. The food is divine..as is the service and the welcome with a smile among vintage records. The tiramisu is then crazy, I have never eaten anything better. Highly recommended...Marco and Lory

22/05/2025: Fried mixed seafood with a side of vegetables for 10, slightly crunchy, finished dinner accompanied by a very good traditional Paoletti foam of the place, practically zero oil residues on the fingers I highly recommend it both to eat on the spot, napkins are available, some tables to lean on and sit on and definitely also highly recommended Takeaway. I will definitely go back when I am in these parts or during my travels, an experience to repeat I highly recommend it. Be careful, the oil practically does not change it often more, so much so that the frying in addition to being crunchy delicate with the oil that is changed often is a spectacle.

22/06/2025: I have been to Trattoria Il Pipistrello and I was really satisfied. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a dinner with family or friends. The menu offers typical dishes of local cuisine, prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. I particularly appreciated the homemade pasta and the meat second courses, tasty and well cooked. The staff is very courteous and attentive, always ready to recommend the right dish or a good wine to match. The prices are fair considering the quality offered. I highly recommend this trattoria to those who want to enjoy genuine dishes in a simple but refined environment.

15/06/2025: We had dinner this evening, everything was great. Cold and hot appetizer, carbonara and pasta with rib sauce, everything very good. Dessert, coffee and liqueur. Super bill. I highly recommend it

25/06/2025: We went to eat at this steak house for dinner, during a holiday in this splendid and welcoming region; the fried Ascoli olives were so good that we had seconds, the meat was excellent; the service was fast, the price affordable and the staff very kind, recommended! We will definitely return.

02/06/2025: How sad that my husband had to pay €8 for a glass of wine (half a glass at the beginning, I had stand up and draw attention on that to have a proper quantity) priced at € 6 on the menu. The problem is not € 2. The problem is a different one: one mistake can be accepted, not two. And, in reply to your answer: my husband never asked for a “ Trento doc 60 months, year 2019”, he asked for a “white frizzantino wine”, exactly the same that we have always been asking for. And, in any case, no indication of a different price for a glass of wine is present in your menu: only one, at € 6. It is a matter of transparency and, above all, honesty.

From the tartar with stracciatella and pistachio to the homemade first course with spaghetti and pistachio pesto, stracciatella and tartar... not to mention the great griffin they brought... what can I say! 12/06/2025: I have been going there for years. Fish is always fresh and well prepared with high professionalism. There are various menus and I always take the tasting one with raw, cooked and mini fish burgers with house wine, sweets and sailor's coffee at a cost of €25 per person. Excellent value for money
