24/12/2024: I have known this chalet/bathing establishment since 1984. The alternation of owners has never disappointed my expectations; very fresh fish, coming from the neighboring San Benedetto, enjoyed in the splendid marine setting. Currently, it is run by a welcoming Neapolitan family, with its "professional" cuisine. Open all year. Reservations recommended on weekends.

30/11/2024: Simple and welcoming place by the sea..... practically a postcard.....today with the rough sea..,....excellent and efficient service, food.....what can I say, as a former fisherman, for having eaten on Saturday for lunch, my modest opinion is excellent quality raw materials and perfect choices of cooking methods because when the fish is fresh it does not require manipulation, but a lot of simplicity in execution. Price in line with what they offer, honest! Congratulations for everything.

07/01/2025: The food here is buono! I especially love the olive oil here. I often eat bread with salt and olive oil. The steak, risotto, and pasta were also delicious and I ended up eating too much. After the meal, it was great to go outside and take a walk while looking at the view from the hill. There are carp in the pond and you can find lizard, and the grounds are fun. The hotel also has rooms with spa and sauna, so I recommend it to Japanese people like me. The staff are friendly and kindly, and I definitely want to come back!💖💖

13/02/2025: We celebrated our little Christian's birthday at Party Cool and we can only express our gratitude for the fantastic experience we had. The environment is beautiful, warm and welcoming, perfect for a special party. But what struck us most were the two guys who run the place: wonderful people, with a contagious enthusiasm, always ready to listen to our needs and propose creative solutions. For the occasion, they suggested an original menu different from the usual proposals, which proved to be a success. Every detail of the party was taken care of to perfection: the service was impeccable, the food excellent and the pizza truly delicious! The children had a lot of fun and we adults felt completely at ease. I highly recommend Party Cool to anyone who wants to organize an unforgettable event: not only for the quality of the venue, but above all for the passion and professionalism of the people who make it special. We can't wait to return🤩

05/01/2025: A small restaurant run entirely and exclusively by the family. When you enter you will be welcomed by the owner's sweet and friendly mother, who will always pamper you as if she has always known you, and then be accompanied to the table by his wife, always alert, quick and ready to fulfill your every request. Once you are seated, he will explain the menu to you verbally, just hearing it makes your mouth water, but you will never expect to really eat so well. Mixed house starter, which can be taken as a whole or in individual courses. Varied and abundant, high quality products and all local, chosen and artfully cooked by Federico, owner and chef, who moves with skill in a small kitchen managing to satisfy many people, who always remain happy and satisfied, so much so which, to be able to enjoy its cuisine on a Sunday for lunch, you will have to book well in advance, but don't be discouraged, it's really worth it. We periodically travel about 2 hours by car to enjoy his dishes. The starters vary based on seasonality or availability, so you will always find fresh and freshly cooked products. Usually the appetizer varies from local cured meats and cheeses, coratella with egg and lemon, tripe with sauce, omelette with porcini mushrooms, pork rinds and beans, bruschetta with real bacon, sometimes also with porcini mushrooms, ascolana olives, which in our opinion are the best I've ever eaten, and the highlight of the courses, grilled porcini mushroom caps, almost impossible not to take 2 portions. During truffle periods it will also delight you with various dishes based on it, and with a very large sleeve when grating it on top. As a first course you will always find an excellent carbonara and gricia, and then always vary according to availability to tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle, an excellent mutton sauce and more, all excellent and plentiful. Second courses based on local meat, always including mixed grill, seared lamb, sausage and more, all cooked to perfection and meat with a truly tasty flavour. You will be so happy to eat that you will wonder why you didn't discover it sooner. The bill is another pleasant surprise, almost unbelievable, and will be another reason why you will want to return. The 3 hosts are exquisite, friendly and kind people, they will make you feel at home, and you will leave with the melancholy of not having this small restaurant next to your house. Maybe it's my favorite place.

03/02/2025: La pecora nera è sempre una certezza...un connubio perfetto tra cucina tipica ascolana con olive di primissima qualità e cucina abruzzese con arrosticini di vario tipo tutti appetitosi. Lavorando nel settore del turismo lo consiglio spesso anche agli ospiti del villaggio in cui lavoro in estate perché sono certa che si troveranno bene ed i fatti ogni volta tornano soddisfatti. Da provare assolutamente se ci si trova in Ascoli

30/01/2025: Truly recommended restaurant… A place with great attention to the quality of the raw materials, hand-made arrosticini which cannot be found in Ascoli Piceno, delicious sheep n'callara. Let's talk about the Ascolana Olives, the best ones eaten so far... N.b. I have always lived in the Province of Ascoli Piceno and I can tell you that they are really very good.. I repeat, truly high quality raw materials on their entire menu.

16/01/2025: A successful venue by adapting a historic building. The fireplace is very homely. A young and enterprising chef who churns out traditional delicacies. The manager of the room knows how to welcome people and explain the menu in a way. Highly appreciated note for the Ascoli frying (...not just olives 😉). Try the homemade bread with good olive oil: a triumph of taste and simplicity! The sequel is gastronomic poetry…. Well done!

The structure, although apparently quite dated, is very well maintained and indicates that the business has been there for many years, a sign that the family that runs it works excellently. The interior is also well heated. 2 of us consumed 2 rounds of appetizers, 1 tempura, 1 first course and a second course which we didn't finish. The portions are generous. Good food and good value for money. The staff in the dining room are super courteous and attentive. Advise!

09/02/2025: I had the pleasure of dining in this place and I can say that the experience was truly unforgettable. The food was simply delicious, each dish prepared with care and with the freshest ingredients that enhance the typical flavors of tradition. The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes, but what really struck me was the selection of wines, all of high quality and coming from selected bottles, which were able to perfectly accompany each course. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a convivial atmosphere that makes it the ideal place for an evening with friends. The service was impeccable and made every moment of dinner even more pleasant. In short, a perfect dinner in every respect: excellent food, sublime wine and an environment that makes you feel at home. I will definitely come back!
