13/08/2025: Villa Cocca is a culinary experience not to be missed. Located on the lakeshore, it offers a magnificent view and excellent service. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. I had the fish and it was excellent. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: Graziano and his wife, the owners, are professional, friendly, and helpful. Nothing is left to chance...the freshness and composition of the dishes, along with the stunning view of Lake Varese and the swimming pool, create a relaxed and cutting-edge setting. Compliments to all the staff.

23/07/2025: I ordered takeout and got a sandwich and fries. The quality of the food (and fries) wasn't great, but the service was very friendly, punctual, and organized. Next time I'll try the pizza.

16/04/2025: Excellent..... Very vintage atmosphere Elegant, you can find very good and well-presented artisanal products. The owners are very kind. The breakfast is exceptional, with their own croissants.

26/07/2025: A place with a lake view, but the food was seriously lacking. The baby pasta with sauce was undercooked, the linguine with clams was small, and the clams smelled bad. The pizza was decent. I wouldn't go back.

02/08/2025: I don't understand how it's in the Top 50 Pizzas. A well-known pizzeria chain with locations throughout Italy, its menu also includes restaurant and Neapolitan street food dishes, like paccheri with fish, fried zucchini flowers, fried cuoppo, and more. Interesting pizzas, but not very well presented. I had the three-tomato pizza, with a stuffed crust (badly sealed, so much so that the little filling there was leaked out); the tomato was slightly acidic and even a bit undercooked (I'm talking about the classic tomato on pizza that's added during cooking), and the pizza itself wasn't cooked through; in fact, it had raw parts (in the second photo, that's not mozzarella, but a nice chunk of raw dough). The other pizzas had a similar flaw, and they all felt very, very heavy; you left the table feeling bloated, as if you'd eaten 10. The quality/price ratio was high, because for a pizza with those characteristics and a Coke, I can't spend almost €20 and then be completely unsatisfied. These chains need to be managed a little better, otherwise we might as well consider them like the Mc Donald's of pizza.

22/07/2025: Una location che nelle mani giuste avrebbe un buon potenziale ma con questa gestione e questa cucina si avvicina all'incubo. Tutto nei locali interni ha idea di vecchio stantio e non troppo pulito ma il peggio è proprio la cucina. Non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una portata mangiabile mentre i prezzi sono totalmente fuori mercato. Zanzare puzza di fumo e tutto gestito a caso

19/07/2025: Cena pessima: bastoni con carne fredda , poco cotta senza pancetta come invece descritto sul menù, contorno richiesto mancante , servizio : tempi lunghissimi .
