15/08/2025: Bàrbara has treated us wonderfully.

14/08/2025: Good gelato, but terrible service. Three employees were present, all extremely slow. With only one register open and a line of about 10 people, the wait was interminable. A real shame, because the quality of the gelato doesn't make up for such poor organization.

19/08/2025: Discovered thanks to the annual Mxp Spotters dinner, then returned with others on other occasions, as the food is excellent, as is the service, courtesy, and speed of service. It's my base camp when I go to take photos at Mxp. I mostly have lunch and dinner there based on pizza (which, by the way, is delicious, so much so that my nephew complimented the pizza chef), but also have the workers' menus, which are plentiful and good. Thanks.

10/08/2025: We needed an early dinner because we had to be at the airport at 8:00 PM. We tried this pizzeria to avoid the ridiculously expensive airport food, and we weren't disappointed. The pizzas were delicious (we ordered the whole-wheat dough, which I digested very well) and the price was truly fair.

09/07/2025: Overall, the dining experience offered a mix of fresh elements and areas for improvement. The salad was a highlight, praised for its freshness and use of quality ingredients, with the notable exception of the black olives, which appeared to be canned and not organic. The pizza, a potato and tuna option, was rated 5/10. While not poor, it lacked depth in flavor, and the use of potato chips as an ingredient was a detractor. Desserts received mixed reviews. The tiramisu scored 5/10, indicating it didn't meet expectations compared to other experiences. The profiteroles fared slightly better at 6/10, appreciated for their soft texture.

15/07/2025: Very convenient for early/late flights as it’s inside the airport. Service was TOO SLOW!! Hotel is HUGE and they only had ONE PORTER!!!!!! Poor porter.. we felt bad for him, but we needed a big trolley. We had to wait more than an hour to get our luggage and barely made it in time for check-in. Also, the floors upstairs are all carpet and it’s a long walk to the room, so the trolley becomes even heavierrr!!!!

15/07/2025: The location is definitely the strongest point of this hotel - it’s directly connected to Malpensa Airport, just a few minutes’ walk from the terminals, which is incredibly convenient for early flights or late arrivals. The room I stayed in felt refreshed and clean, with modern touches that made it comfortable for a short stay. The swimming pool area also looked pleasant and, to my surprise, wasn’t crowded at all - a rare bonus in airport hotels. Breakfast was another highlight: very well stocked, with a wide variety of fresh items. Despite that, it felt a bit industrial in style and presentation. However, the breakfast staff were cool, positive, and created a welcoming atmosphere. On the downside, the common areas of the hotel are showing their age - outdated decor and lack of proper maintenance give an impression of a once-grand space now out of touch, especially disappointing considering this is in the fashion capital, Milan. Overall, while the convenience and select features were appreciated, the dated ambiance in shared spaces and the industrial feel of some services.
