24/11/2024: Close to home, excellent pizza, reasonable prices, guys who know how to do their job well. Unfortunately I will be leaving Busto but I'm thinking of traveling a few more kilometers to come back and pick her up here.

Let's start with the table assignments, first, I don't understand, they always assign us the same table, one of the worst, obviously attached to a table, so you can only hope for leftovers.... the waiters, either they go straight ahead and don't serve you, or they throw the slice on your plate, or they suggest you turn to yellow, because according to them we are full!? But full of things, on average a slice of pizza passes every 5/10 minutes, then not all flavors are liked... so you wait again, waiters fixed on the tables, 3/4 at a time, they remember you at the end of the evening, staff that changes constantly, waitress who serves drinks, annoyed because you stop her, the pizzas are once raw, once coal, sausage and broccoli, but the sausage isn't there, the ask for pizza with chips and they'll bring it plain, okay? Terrible staff, pizzas 🍕 without ingredients, poorly made, absent manager who doesn't control, they only think about cashing in, if you want to spend an evening drinking there it's fine, but if you hope to eat a good pizza, with various flavors forget it... it's getting much worse, and the result is the room half empty, I'll never go back, obviously I expect the usual answer, but nothing will change anyway... that's the organization...... and the fault lies with the poor staff......

12/03/2025: I had a very bad time in this restaurant...tasteless pizzas, sadder starters than in a company canteen, very little courtesy and flexibility on the part of the managers. Unsmiling, unprofessional and very inattentive waiters. If you don't know what you're good at, either in the kitchen or with people, change jobs!! Furthermore, I read that the owner "threatens" to sue customers who leave negative reviews... places like this can only make customers run away and remain increasingly empty. I reply to the manager...we didn't carry out any revenge, we simply ate badly and were treated even worse, so you should just take note of our legitimate judgement. 29/03/2025: The service is extremely slow and the staff is understaffed. We waited 45 minutes for a fried appetizer that arrived cold, the same story was repeated with the hamburgers that arrived 1 hour after the fried foods, also cold. As if that were not enough, the sandwiches had no flavor and some did not even have all the ingredients. I give two stars to the service only because I empathize with the waiters and I understand that it is not easy to serve two floors with two people.

24/02/2025: good pastry shop right in the center of bust in a practically pedestrian area. there is always a bit of a queue and a lot of movement, you can clearly see historic customers crowding the place and testifying to the good work of the property. The staff were friendly, the wait was a little too long but manageable, the pasta was especially very fresh and fragrant. a sore point is the parking, there is practically nothing in the area, my personal advice is to look for parking in the surrounding areas to avoid unnecessary anger
