17/05/2026: My friends and I went to this place last night. We booked in advance, and despite the temperature being unsuitable for outdoor dining, they sat us outside, telling us it wasn't possible to sit inside because they didn't want to open the dining room due to the small number of people (not true, we were already 10 people). The heaters weren't working, and the temperature was really low. We asked for something hot, but they didn't have anything. When it came to the bill, another surprise: a Coke cost 8 euros. I wonder if a place wants to keep its prices moderate to high, shouldn't it at least ensure customer comfort? It goes without saying that we won't be returning, and we won't recommend it to anyone else. Disappointing.

17/05/2026: I've been to this place several times and have always had a good time, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning. Although the staff (the girls) are truly courteous, I find it unacceptable that with 13 degrees Celsius outside, my friends and I were forced to spend the evening outside in the cold. We complained several times upon arrival, as the interior was completely empty, but for some unknown reason, we couldn't stay inside. We asked to light the oven to warm up and were told it wasn't possible. We decided to ask for hot drinks (on the menu) and were told they only serve them in the winter. There were 9 of us, and it seemed the least we could do to seat us inside after we'd complained several times (the amount we'd spent on our drinks certainly wasn't a small sum). We considered changing locations without consuming anything, but since WE are polite and respectful people, we didn't. I'm sorry to have to write this review, but the customer's lack of concern and disinterest in accommodating us have made me feel Really annoyed I hope this gives some food for thought (even though I'll probably get attacked), otherwise I'll have helped the readers of this post.
