18/05/2025: What a nice surprise and what an excellent discovery this Kandinsky Caffè is! The originality of the cocktails and the mastery of Ago. Breaking away from the usual bubbles and letting yourself be tempted by a red wine spritz that turns out to be a delight for the palate is the sign of a successful experience. And what about the final judgment? "A guarantee", "the best cocktails in Busto", "super professional and very kind staff", "highly recommended"... well-deserved compliments!

29/06/2025: Nice place, in a nice open air setting. The food needs to be reviewed, abundant but qualitatively improvable. As for the service, probably the guy who served us is new to the experience... to be re-evaluated
20/06/2025: The food is always the same, but the quality is increasingly poor. If it's too crowded I strongly advise against it because instead of preparing with extra staff they make you wait 30 minutes or more and the excuse is that there are 300 people waiting. I also worked in a bar and for special occasions or holidays there was always extra staff. Here every year the situation is always the same or not worse.

07/05/2025: Colombo Caffè is an excellent place for an aperitif in the center of Busto, with very special gin and tonics and a gluten-free platter for lovers of gluten-free aperitifs. The atmosphere can be a bit "tamarra" at times, but the outdoor area makes it perfect for the summer, with the possibility of enjoying the beautiful weather outdoors. The central location is convenient for a break during the day or for an outing with friends.

15/03/2025: Un sabato pomeriggio sono andata con mia figlia per una merenda. Ci accomodiamo e decidiamo cosa ordinare, dopo un po' mi reco alla cassa per l'ordinazione con la mia carta di credito. La barista mi dice in modo indispettito che il pagamento tramite bancomat non era effettuabile dal mattino, purtroppo non avevo contante. Mi rivolgo alla ragazza facendo presente un disservizio. Di rimando con toni alti e poco garbati mi risponde che erano stati messi dei cartelli fuori, come se la responsabilità fosse stata la nostra che non abbiamo guardato prima di entrare...ma stiamo scherzando? É un problema del cliente che deve sentirsi imbarazzato di fronte agli altri clienti? Doveva essere comunicato subito appena ci eravamo sedute al tavolo. La ragazza avrebbe solo dovuto scusarsi per il disservizio e non far sentire in colpa il cliente. (Il "cartello" era un foglietto appeso alla porta). Da rivedere l'educazione del personale.
09/03/2025: Very nice bar/pastry shop in Busto Arisizio, wide choice of desserts for breakfast and very well furnished place. A little crowded on Sunday morning but we immediately found a table to sit at.

15/05/2025: Agrees to make birthday tables and then make the customer pay for filling the place, thus making it a loss (the place was half empty at the time, by the way). Rude owner, he shouldered me for who knows what reason (according to him, I was occupying a passage, simply sitting in a spot where they had put a chair).
ANSWER:
Dear owner, I was not occupying any passage, I was exactly where you had left a chair. You grabbed me with a lot of force, you didn't simply touch me inside, and you are aware of this too since you apparently remember it. Do you also remember that you didn't even bother to apologize and kindly tell me to move? Maybe because I would have had to sit in someone's arms to get a seat? Not to mention the fact that immediately after you, 5 customers passed behind me and, without any effort, managed to pass without having to shoulder me! Just think about it! The place is half empty, it's objective, but surely I'll be the one who has to shoot from the hip to favor the competition. And to think that in the first part of the comment I also avoided mentioning the 40 minutes that passed between the first drinks brought and the moment in which the last ones arrived. The place is also beautiful, the problem is the owner (something confirmed by the waiters themselves who advised us not to give him weight).
