22/04/2024: I went to this pizzeria/restaurant and was disappointed. My wife has food intolerances and there was no menu indicating allergens. The staff was unable to give satisfactory information. There was only one sign positioned outside the restaurant, even at the top, listing allergens in general but there was no indication relating to the foods that contained them. Furthermore, she was told that she couldn't eat any sweets because they were all industrially produced (they showed her the boxes) and not homemade.

28/03/2024: A pizza with friends. We arrived and after a while they hastily took our orders, after waiting for an hour and a half nothing had been delivered. I called the staff and they tried to fix it even though they had lost my order, but the pizzas were very "rubbery". The place was quite noisy. In general, little attention to the customer even in the way the dishes are delivered. We appreciated the tasting of desserts offered by the place to make up for the delay, but the Neapolitan zeppo was with a very dry pastry and a hard cream, the caprese cake was good, but so were the rest of the desserts, dry and not very tasty. Sore point, the prices are identical to the Milan locations despite being in Busto Arsizio, therefore very expensive.

28/03/2024: Dinner with friends. With rude haste the waiters ask for orders which are placed without even having had time to read the menu. The wait for the dishes then lasts for almost two hours, at the end of 2 hours we ask how far along the dishes are and we are told to wait "because there are people". Only after another exhausting minute is it revealed that they had in fact lost the order. Finally the food arrives: rubbery pizzas and seafood pasta with side effects the next day. To make up for it, they offer a trio of desserts (there were 5 of us): a dry zeppola, a mediocre caprese cake and a third dessert left there because it was also dry. Nothing free, terrible experience

13/03/2024: I order by phone and collect directly. The pizzas are often oversized, and I say that with appreciation. Really tasty even if they stay in the carton for a few minutes longer until they get home, they don't become "rubbery" and if it happens (rarely!) that I don't consume it all, I freeze it and once I've heated up an oven, it's still good. My "good pizza test" is the margherita, simple and "clean" ingredients. I find that mozzarella and tomato sauce are very balanced and have a delicate taste. The dough too, rather thin and without excessive edges. Small flaw, it happens that you get your hands "too much" dirty with black because the edges or underneath are too burnt and this creates a "bitter" taste... Cooked is fine, but not burnt 😁🍀 maybe take better care of the times. However I highly recommend!

30/03/2024: Welcoming place, discreet staff and a square that is decidedly different from the ordinary. There are 4 choices of dough, my girlfriend and I tried the ORIGINAL house dough (without yeast) large pizza but too thin to cut, in our opinion it resembles a crunch, every now and then it is about to change a little we are had a good time! Recommended for an alternative evening to ordinary life. Price and quality normal

30/08/2023: First time and I think the last. €12 for poor food and not at all good, plastic cutlery. Poor hygiene in preparing the pizza, ladies with long beards up to the dough. €8 for tonic water 😳The icing on the cake... closed, served hot in small glasses of plastic to our protest the response was "I don't have any more, they need to be washed" and yet the place was half empty. Are you charging me €4 for a camping service??!! It's a shame that this place was once spoken of well.

28/03/2024: Unfortunately I can't recommend it. The restaurant itself is also nice in terms of location. The problem is that it has no customers even on Saturday evenings (and this is where the first questions arise). The dishes are reheated and of questionable quality. The bread they bring for example is heated so as not to make it clear that it is... The cold cuts platter (as other reviews also say) is simply terrible and bordering on decency (they are better than MD bags and I'm not exaggerating). The first courses, especially polenta and bruscitt, were poorly cooked (an insult to Bustocca cuisine). I don't recommend it at all.

30/03/2024: I had a really disappointing experience at the venue. The service was extremely slow and the waitress seemed totally incompetent (We asked if she could take our order after 30 minutes). After consuming two aperitifs my girlfriend ordered a simple gin and tonic without specifying any particular gin, I found myself paying €15 for a premium gin and tonic on the bill. The bartender decided to use the premium gin motivated by the fact that no request had been made. This is absolutely unacceptable! This type of attitude damages the restaurant's reputation and makes customers lose trust. I hope the problem is resolved and the staff receive the proper training to prevent this from happening again. Furthermore, it is not permitted to make separate accounts, which is unfortunately an illegal practice. I will stop here to avoid unnecessary allusions to the reasons for this practice. Unfortunately you have lost a customer

15/03/2024: Had an aperitif on Sunday evening with a friend. Well-kept place, excellent service with a friendly girl. Well-made cocktail and plentiful appetizers. We were largely satisfied!
