29/03/2024: Wide choice on the menu, including Thai which I personally appreciate. Availability of some menus for both lunch and dinner, which are offered quickly. They also offer pizza and typical oriental desserts. Everything is well done and the flavor of the dishes is noticeable, so even the products that may not be the top choice are well prepared. The environment perhaps needs to be modernized a little, you can see that it needs to be modernised. The staff is friendly and the service is good, in line with the type of place, and the preparation is undoubtedly quick.

23/01/2024: Locale storico della città, pochissimo spazio, frequentato per lo più da affezionati. I cocktail vengono fatti con competenza e passione. Un demerito va al servizio: mi sono stati rovesciati 2 cocktail addosso e li ho dovuto pagare. Mi è stato offerto di portare eventuale conto lavanderia ma fortunatamente ho potuto lavare tutto a casa (vestiti, piumino, borsa, tutto). Per il disagio creato sarebbe stato carino mostrarsi un po' più empatici. Non tornerò

05/04/2024: Comfortable environment with a family welcome, we followed Lucia's advice (dishes not on the menu) and the choice was excellent: paccheri with pistachio pesto and prawns, scorpion fish with cherry tomatoes and olives. Must try! We will definitely be back

03/04/2024: It is called Buar Bistrot but it is akin to a low quality canteen. The starter was a tasteless biscuit the size of my finger nail with mayonnaise on top. My reflex response was to check the calendar to see if this was an April fool's prank. The wine 🍷was ok (nothing to write home about). The white rubbery bread was popped into the microwave and is to be 'enjoyed' dry (was it frozen)? The lasagna was heated in the microwave. It tasted a little better than a frozen lasagna from lidl or maybe the same because I didn't eat a frozen lasagna for more than two decades. The entire menu is limited to 12 - 13 dishes that are either pasta (with cheese) or beef or fish - not great in terms of variety (de facto 3 base dishes with slight variations). The fillet was tender and was the only item on the menu that was not heated in the microwave. Alas, It was too salty as was the green edible 'lid' over it that literally fell off and crumbled when touched because it was also too dry. It came with an uneventful industrial tasting sauce and some bland greens (both were precooked and heated in the microwave). If Buar Bistrot was located in the heart of Venice or at the foot of the Colloseum I would call it a tourist trap. That it operates in a non touristic town and caters mainly to locals is what surprises me.

03/04/2024: My favorite bistro! Small and welcoming place, traditional cuisine studied ad hoc by the two chefs Manuel and Daniele. The search for raw materials and the care they put into creating the menu can be savored with every course!! Let Manuel advise you on the constantly changing proposals of the day!! Highly recommended!!

04/02/2024: Positive, very clean and bright room. The professional staff puts the customer first. Exquisite food, first choice ingredients. The wait between the various courses is minimal. Price more than fair. I would happily stay here again.

31/03/2024: Good cappuccino, but too expensive, a zeppola 5 euros..., it seems a bit exaggerated to me, even the pastries are a little too expensive, it has a lot of potential but the atmosphere remains too dull

14/12/2023: Unfortunately I was disappointed, criticism is always constructive, if you enter a pub like this, you expect to find a warm and welcoming place, it can't be 13 degrees in a pub, it was necessary to stay seated with a jacket and hat on due to the cold. Furthermore, if you are home to an inter club and you base everything on showing the matches on TV, you cannot have just one screen plus a tiny one placed in a corner, it becomes impossible to see the match from various points of the venue, you need at least 3 screens to guarantee everyone to watch the matches in a decent way.
