14/09/2025: We went for lunch on Saturday for the Crotti festival. The restaurant is very modern and has lost the authenticity of the crotto that once made it so characteristic. For food, we opted for the tasting menu, which included: - bresaola, salami, and cheeses (the bresaola was truly excellent) - sciatt (added separately), very flavorful and tasty - pizzocheri bianchi, very rich in cheese and butter (perhaps too much) - sausage and ribs accompanied by exceptional polenta taragna - homemade desserts All this cost about €45 per person, including drinks, but I should point out that you could ask for seconds of each dish. Overall, the experience was more than satisfactory.

06/10/2025: I definitely recommend making a reservation. The restaurant was fully booked even though it was a weekday, and if I hadn't made a reservation, my wife and I wouldn't have gotten a table. I highly recommend this place. If you have a dog, remember to muzzle it, otherwise it won't be allowed in.

02/09/2025: If you've just worked hard for eight hours in the canyon and are craving a culinary delight, then the PinkPanther is the place to go. I've been eating the calzone pizza here for 20 years. The best thing is that it always tastes the same. The service is super fast and, I think, incredibly friendly despite the stress. They're also pretty nice. I really hope I can come here for another 20 years.
