26/11/2024: A pleasant discovery. Regular customers of the agricultural market, of which we know the quality of the products, being almost on the street we decided to stop for lunch in their restaurant, driven by curiosity about how excellent raw materials would be transformed in the kitchen. And we are very happy we did. From the appetizers, to the first courses, to the desserts, every single proposal was made with care and with interesting combinations of flavors, always pleasant on the palate and never predictable, which enhance the quality of the raw materials used. The onion soup and the basil and ricotta gnocchi are sublime. Level above all expectations. Friendly staff available to satisfy any changes based on personal needs. Definitely positive experience. Well done

28/01/2025: Pleasant discovery! A simple, refined and enveloping environment, decidedly relaxing and certainly romantic. Few tables, about a dozen or so! Soft lights... Well selected background music, minimal furnishings but with the inclusion of some effective elements. The icing on the cake is the "commis di sala"! With his kindness in presenting the menu with courses with original names and his elegant and attentive manner to the needs of the diners he made the evening even more special. Particular attention is paid to the plating of the dishes presented as small masterpieces. Masterpieces in every sense, both for the sight and for the tastes, albeit delicate, decisive but well blended together, I would dare to define the portions as "aphrodisiac", they leave you with that desire to want more to savor them better, to retain the taste for longer. All this reminded me of "nouvelle cuisine" which I hadn't tasted for a while. More romantic evening than usual! Highly recommended restaurant.

08/02/2025: Stopped by yesterday morning for a refreshment stop after a walk in the cold. We were a group of nine people "a little bizarre" (with special needs)... as soon as we crossed the threshold we found ourselves immersed in a very welcoming and elegant environment. The food lived up to the context and the manager, to whom we renew our warm thanks, proved to be a true gentleman, attentive and generous.

07/02/2025: I went to Festina Lente for the €20 brunch formula, which included a savory dish chosen from 4 options (we chose a croque monsieur and an avocado toast), a mini yogurt with granola and berries, a mini cocoa muffin, American coffee or hot tea and a fruit juice. The food didn't impress us. The toasts were made with industrial bread, the muffin was packaged (Tre Marie brand), the portion of yogurt was small. Furthermore, by ordering avocado toast, we didn't expect to receive avocado toast but also salmon (which hadn't been mentioned)... luckily I didn't order it, as I don't eat fish. The choice between just two hot drinks is a bit limited; I would have preferred to drink a cappuccino. Teapots and cups should be washed better, as they are stained with tea/coffee. The environment is welcoming and characteristic, a bit in English style. At the entrance there is a very nice corner with books for sale.

16/11/2024: We ordered some piadinas for home delivery... there was an initial problem because they hadn't updated the price list on their website... they sweetly made it up to us by offering us a dessert and french fries...

E' stata un'ottima esperienza, veramente di alto livello come qualità e presentazione del cibo in un ambiente piacevole e caldo, grazie anche alla presenza dello chef Giancarlo Morelli, molto simpatico, di grande esperienza e disponibilità. 12/11/2024: I am not able to evaluate the quality of the flours, but the leavening, fragrance and flavor are 6 stars. Both the bread and the croissants are good. With bread like this you don't need salami.

02/02/2025: Perfect place for a quiet aperitif. Non-invasive background music, very good cocktails and platters. I haven't personally tried the hamburgers but my friends liked them a lot. Excellent quality/price ratio. Promoted with a thumbs up!

28/01/2025: Ottimo pub con cucina. Le birre accontentano tutti i gusti e sono spillate in maniera ottimale. Ampia scelta di piatti in menù, dalla carne (tagliate, ribs, tartare e hamburger di vario tipo) a pinse, sandwich e appetizers. Location particolare e di carattere, con molte decorazioni e soprammobili che rendono questo locale unico e divertente; carina l'idea dei tavoli con altalene al posto delle sedute. Personale gentile ed amichevole, solo un po' lento nel servizio (ciò anche in relazione all'altra affluenza nel weekend). Io ho ordinato un panino al lampredotto, da altre parti introvabile, molto gustoso e abbondante, e un secchiello -letteralmente- di machos con salse, il tutto accompagnato da un'ottima IPA. Consigliatissimo a chiunque ami la birra e cerchi un locale alla mano per mangiare e bere bene, in un ambiente informale e amichevole.

05/08/2024: Vi ventede 45 minutter på første ret og 15-30 min på næste. De skriver deres mad ikke er fra mikroovn eller Frost, men hjemmelavet. Jeg tvivler stærkt på at det bliver lavet inden det kommer ud på bordet. Største skuffelse. Find et andet lækkert sted at spise i stedet. Bestilte deres bruschetta, tallerknen med italiensk salat og lasagne med aubergine og lasagnen med bologense. Intet prægende

28/09/2024: We had been to this restaurant previously, when it was still the Barbisa trattoria. Now it's still them but with a different name, even if the name of the restaurant is unchanged on the internet and the old menu is still available. The first time we had a pretty good time, even if some dishes were absolutely not up to the price offered. When we returned the second time we discovered that the menu had been changed and that they no longer made pizza. In conclusion we ate an overcooked risotto with lots of cheese (it was requested not to cream the risotto with butter/cheese). The pappardelle with wild boar ragout was really heavy, it felt like I was eating mostly fat and oil. These last two dishes arrived 1 hour after ordering. Finally, the mixed fried food ordered was soft and salty. Personally we were very disappointed, also because the prices have increased a lot since the last time, without improving the cuisine and the experience it leaves for the customer.

09/02/2025: I wanted to reward the place even if we didn't physically go there. We booked and at the last minute we had a setback, we forgot to call back to cancel the reservation (a hateful and rude thing that unfortunately happened to us). We called back late and they understood and reiterated our apologies with uncommon kindness and understanding. Maybe not even due. They could have sent us to hell if they were right, and they didn't. On the contrary. Well, we'll go and eat there in the next few days because being empathetic and kind towards customers is an unobtainable characteristic that should be appreciated. Well, in the meantime, we take this opportunity to apologize again.
