19/07/2025: Terrible experience They have gluten-free cones, but when I asked for a gluten-free cone and ice cream from the NON-contaminated side with a clean scoop, I was rudely told no because they didn't want to ruin the appearance of the ice cream tub. Having a daughter with celiac disease, we grabbed our cone and left despite having waited in line. Definitely a place to avoid.

02/03/2026: Neomelodic event on Sunday at lunch... Table booked for 4 and I found myself at a single table of twelve with strangers from two different families... As soon as I sat down... under the table there were dirty paper napkins... People blissfully smoking e-cigarettes at the table and in the room... people overheated in front of the small unsupervised stage who were fighting (no security personnel)... Zero safety standards... the first course was supposed to be pasta alla amatriciana and it was simple pasta with tomato sauce.... The bathrooms were extremely dirty and malfunctioning... I left the place perplexed and stunned... I couldn't believe my eyes.... Highly not recommended and an experience not to be repeated!

05/10/2025: We went to BV for an aperitif and, honestly, I expected much more from a place with such a refined image. The atmosphere is elegant and the service is friendly, but all of this is overshadowed by the lack of attention to cleanliness: there were numerous large and thick cobwebs, spiders, and even dead flies on our table. After reporting this to the staff, we were moved, but the situation deserved a more concrete apology—like offering a bottle or something to compensate for the inconvenience. It's a real shame, because the place has potential, but incidents like this completely ruin the experience and leave a feeling of neglect that's unexpected from such a place.

19/05/2025: Excellent pastry shop in Desio, can make gluten-free or normal cakes. We have a guest intolerant to gluten, we used the latter and I must say that it was really beautiful and good! The owner at first sight seemed very sure of herself and now we know why! Just look at what a beautiful cake she made, a few instructions were enough and the result was fully achieved!

11/05/2025: I purchased some pastries on May 10th for my birthday, thinking I would receive fresh produce of the day. After the purchase, upon my request, I was issued an indemnity to take to a place and only then, as written, did I discover that the desserts were not fresh and had been produced on 8-9 May (deadline reported as 13 May). Unfortunately, the quality confirmed my doubts: the pastries were not good, the creams were hard, the puff pastry was dry and the cannoncini were soft. It all felt stale. Obviously they advanced, it was awkward with the guests. In the photo you can notice the soft and stale appearance of the cannoncino that I tried to eat this morning, I'll let you imagine the flavour. All this for a good 40 euros (wasted) for just over 30 pastries. Bad experience, won't be back. I do not recommend.
