30/03/2026: We booked a table for 6 (4 adults and 2 children). 3 pizzas, 1 chicken, 2 steaks (the stated 500g weight was less than 300g, due to the fact that it was cooked completely incorrectly). The kitchen and pizzeria are not coordinated. One pizza, for a child, arrived just as we'd all finished dinner. We pointed this out at the cashier, but the cashier didn't think it was out of the ordinary. We won't be returning.

24/03/2026: We arrived just now and they told us "they've closed the kitchen." Why do they close an hour early? Question for the manager

02/06/2026: Crazy prices for a low-end place! €24 for a lemon tea and a Coke, not even in a five-star luxury hotel. Aperitivo was very poor! I advise you to stay away.

03/10/2025: Hi, my name is Monica. I usually go to the pizzeria near Hula Hop, but sometimes I don't feel like going that far, so I come here. A few days ago, I witnessed an episode of rude jokes and conflicting opinions, which really pissed me off, to the point of snapping back and being kicked out. I wouldn't recommend coming here; there are better pizzerias nearby. You can't even eat inside. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

28/12/2025: Poorly organized and extremely slow in service. It took an hour to receive our order, and it was wrong at that. We asked several waiters where our order had gone, and no one bothered to check if everything was going as expected... only to find out (in person at the counter) that the order had been lost. If a place with a large number of seats isn't well organized to handle them, the result is an unhappy customer.

I was literally verbally assaulted for a couple of inches of water that, according to the man at the bar, I should have paid for because "that would make it an Americano." Being in that surreal scene with my young son present was already embarrassing. But the serious thing is the absurdity of the logic used to justify such behavior. Objective premise: – The ristretto is less coffee, but I paid for it like a regular one. So, following his distorted logic, I'd say we were already even. – Furthermore, water is not denied to anyone, not even by law: business owners are obligated to provide it if a customer asks for it. Once I realized I was facing a person with obvious emotional management issues, I simply walked out. Despite everything, he continued to insult me ​​and tell me to go to hell as I walked away. I repeat: all this for "scrounging" a lot of hot water. And no, I didn't exaggerate one iota. I usually avoid giving negative reviews because mistakes happen to everyone. But this isn't about mistakes: it's about people who shouldn't be in contact with the public, because they've already failed as human beings, even before failing as businesses.

12/12/2025: I usually try to highlight at least some positive aspects, but unfortunately I didn't find any this time. The quality of the croissant was truly poor: as you can see in the photo, the cream had completely curdled and was practically inedible. I really hope they can improve in the future.

22/11/2025: The waiter was very rude and offensive towards me. I strongly advise against coming to this bar. I had a very unpleasant experience, not to mention the fingers in the glasses. In response to your reply, I'm sorry to contradict you, but he wasn't rude in asking for my ID, but rather in his subsequent responses. As a waiter, did he feel freer to be rude? As you say, he's there to work, not to talk back or act superior. That said, we won't be coming back because of this attitude. Have a good day.

28/07/2025: Dispiace che questo bar storico, sfrutti la posizione ottimale in cui è a discapito dei clienti… Prezzi altissimi con un servizio davvero minimo. Allego lo scontrino giusto per capire… Senza nulla togliere a Monza e alla struttura in sé …sinceramente prezzi del genere probabilmente neanche vicino al Duomo di Milano… Sinceramente, un cappuccino servito su un tavolino traballante col cucchiaino sporco… 5€ mi sembra davvero una rapina.. Per non parlare del caffè più che ristretto…2,5€.. Credo sinceramente ci sia un limite ad ogni cosa..

27/07/2025: Una può capitare, ma ridando un’occasione a questo bar devo confermare che è terribile il modo in cui si viene trattati. Noi e le persone dei tavoli vicini. All’ingresso non c’è accoglienza, rispondono come se fossero lì a fare un favore, nessuno accompagna ai tavoli. Scortesia dei camerieri non comune, da record. Prezzi folli per qualità nella media. Bocciato per aperitivo, bocciato come caffetteria. Mai più
