18/05/2026: I'm giving it 2 stars because giving it 1 would penalize the quality of the food.
Although the food is generally good, I honestly think the relationship with the wait staff needs reconsidering, not so much because of the young people, but because we found ourselves with a manager who, when we pointed out some shortcomings like a dirty glass, wasn't particularly courteous.
I don't think I'll ever go back!
We paid the same as everyone else! And honestly, the treatment we received wasn't the best!
16/05/2026: Excellent food and thin, well-topped pizza, fast and attentive table service, all at still reasonable prices.

Highly recommended: so many delicious choices (even desserts).
12/12/2025: The HUG Bistro restaurant in Monza is one of the vegan restaurants in Brianza that absolutely must be tried. Here you can enjoy burgers, focaccia, meatballs, arancini, mozzarella, falafel, desserts, and much more, all purely vegan and truly delicious.
The atmosphere is refined, bright, and the service is friendly.

The restaurant is now located on Via Bergamo, still in Monza, in a busier area, inside the Turnè restaurant.
The menu is more varied, including a business lunch, and they have added delicious vegan pizzas, large ones with crispy crusts, salads, and plant-based dishes, such as seitan and vegan burgers.
Quiet, family-friendly atmosphere.
The vegan Margherita pizza is very good.

03/05/2026: I returned yesterday for lunch after almost twenty years and found the same atmosphere as back then.
The meat is a sure thing. The location is unique, with a beautiful wooden slatted floor, plenty of space (being a skillfully restored and renovated mill, the warehouse has a very high ceiling), attentive service, and reasonable prices.

01/03/2026: Bad evening. Burnt pizza. There were 5 of us and we told the waiter about it. His response was: if you had told us beforehand we would have changed it. At the cashier, not even a pretence of a discount for the uneaten pizza still on the plate. What a shame!!!
04/01/2026: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. Seven of us ordered takeaway and nobody liked it.

11/09/2025: THIS MORNING FOR BREAKFAST WITH THREE FRIENDS, A DECK MACCHIATO, A LATTE MACCHIATO, A CAFFE MACCHIATO + 2 BRIOSCHS. WE WAITED 12 MINUTES AT THE TABLE. NOTE THAT THERE WERE ONLY 7 PEOPLE INSIDE, TWO OF THEM AT THE COUNTER... IN ADDITION TO THE NOISE OF THE CUSTOMERS WITH THE MANAGER, IT LOOKED LIKE A FISH MARKET. WE AT THE TABLE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND OUR WORDS AND AT 09:40 THERE WAS NO CHOICE OF BRIOSCHS... FOR A TOTAL OF 08.50 EUROS....🤣

08/05/2026: If you're looking for a properly prepared kebab, this place is a guarantee! Flavorful, perfectly cooked meat, warm, crispy bread, super-fresh ingredients, and generous portions. You can really taste the quality and care put into the preparation.
The staff is super friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming, perfect for both a quick dinner and a leisurely meal. Also, try their homemade sauces: spectacular!
One of the best kebabs I've had in the area, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🔥
03/05/2026: I called him right now and asked him if he could make the delivery. He said no and hung up on me without even letting me finish speaking. The staff is very rude if I were to eat there. I don't recommend him because he's very rude.

24/05/2026: A beautiful place, and the literary café concept is truly original, with books and flowers that make the place very welcoming and unique.
Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations: the food was disappointing, especially considering the value for money. The selection was very limited, and even though the place was packed and it was only 9:30 on a Sunday morning, the pastries were already sold out. So we settled for the sweets available, which, however, were expensive for the quality.
08/05/2026: A charming place with truly special decor. It's a shame the welcome and service were disappointing, to say the least.
Simply...never again!!

19/03/2026: I bought San Giuseppe zeppole today.
I was convinced I'd gotten zeppole instead...!!! Full of cream and chocolate chips.
I wasn't warned that they weren't classic zeppole and that in hell they had cream and chocolate chips instead of cream.
10/02/2026: Definitely the best pastry shop in Lissone.
Well-made desserts and high-quality ingredients.
Elegant pastry shop, also great for a tea or coffee at the table.

15/04/2026: Hi, today I had breakfast here, I won't tell you what embarrassing and absurd prices I got a juice for 4 euros and they gave me half a glass, a cream doughnut for 2.40€ EMPTY, a chocolate brioche for 1.80 EMPTY, since I'm forced to give one star I wouldn't even give that

05/07/2026: I had pizza by the slice last night and it was very good, you can tell they use quality ingredients, and the staff was also very kind and helpful.
05/07/2026: We ordered a half pan of Margherita pizza and picked it up at the pizzeria, which was ready right on time. We returned home and served it about 10 minutes after it came out of the oven. Surprise: the pizza was dry, the crust stale, and the taste was far from real pizza. The quality would have been better at a service station. I don't know what to say; in the past, the pizza was good, or at least acceptable, although years ago, under the previous management, the pizza was much better.
If this is the quality, it's best to stay away.

08/03/2026: Sunday lunch with my husband, unnecessary waiting times for what they served us, 2 plates of pasta with clams that were hard and with more shells than clams, 1 fried fish with calamari and shrimp where the courgettes and potatoes predominated, flower sellers and beggars came and went asking for money (at least more than 7 people) and no one helped them out... I definitely won't be returning again.
08/03/2026: The worst place I've ever had lunch: Sunday. We had two first courses, spaghetti with clams. The pasta was served cold and undercooked. My plate only had the shells... 3 clams out of 11. The mixed fried fish was average, service times were insane, and the staff were unprofessional. The best part is that places like this are always packed.

22/01/2026: Twice in a row, I ordered a pizza with olives and capers (no capers), and another time, a pizza with garlic and tomatoes (no garlic and tomatoes), and paid extra!
I'll try it again this evening, December 14, 2025, with a marinara.
Too much tomato. No garlic!
I'm a repeat offender. I tried again, but it failed! Maybe he doesn't know garlic?

21/12/2025: Delicious pizza, starting with the very light dough. The filling was really rich, and arugula was served separately to add to the pizza (very appreciated). The service was direct to the table, and the entire staff was incredibly kind! Where were you hiding? Keep up the good work! ❤️❤️❤️

10/12/2025: Surreal experience. We sat down at 12:30 to eat two toasted sandwiches and a sandwich. We ordered and were told there would be a wait because there was a table of about a dozen people ahead of us. I thought, "Okay, we'll have to wait half an hour... 40 minutes..." So we ordered two toasted sandwiches and a sandwich at 12:30. At 1:50, they asked us if we needed to order. We got up and left. Too bad you can't give a 0. Waiting an hour and a half for two toasted sandwiches and not receiving them is surreal.
