15/04/2026: We were there at Easter, we chose it because they didn't impose a fixed menu but the daily menu had very little choice of first and second courses... The food was nothing spectacular but still good.

Pleasant atmosphere, courteous and helpful staff.
The busecca is excellent, the nervetti are delicious, as are the other appetizers we tried.
The risotto with kidneys... spectacular!
Prices are reasonable for the quality of the dishes.
Highly recommended!

Exceptional meat; I've never tasted such tender and flavorful meat. The staff welcomes you and makes you feel at ease right away. The location is unique, out of the ordinary.
We'll definitely be back.

17/05/2026: Last night we celebrated our son Alessandro's Confirmation. The dinner was perfect, with delicate and delicious flavors and excellent presentation. Kudos to the very kind and attentive staff. The location was atmospheric; I can't wait to see it at Christmas. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon.

19/05/2026: This will be my twentieth time back at Oasi Rosa, and there must be a reason. Sure, quality comes at a price, but so does quantity.
A platter of cured meats, mozzarella, and fried gnocco for two, eaten without any compromises by three. The Calabrian sausage was absolutely amazing, with fire inside!
A 1,400kg Irish ribeye steak, a 400g ribeye, accompanied by baked potatoes, a breaded cutlet with chips for the youngest, beer, water, tiramisu, coffee, and a complimentary house liqueur... friendly, quick enough (considering it's always busy here), and the fact that it's always busy speaks volumes.
The kindness even at the cashier, where they solved a small problem with exchanging money...
Cheap? No. Will I go back? Definitely!!

02/05/2026: Don't go when it's too crowded and if you get a table position near the door that goes out to the outside tables, it's better if it's already summer because if it happens to be cold in the evening, you'll eat with your coat on because they have to leave it open😳😞😞 and the draft is deadly.

19/04/2026: Definitely high if we think of an osteria as a place of conviviality and chaos. Everything here is well-ordered, beautifully presented, and the staff was truly accommodating. Furthermore, the dishes surprised me, especially the blueberry risotto. The only downside is that for a provincial osteria, the prices are significantly higher than average: two first courses, two second courses, and two waters came to almost €100. For the record, it's fair to rectify this if you're considering a visit.

18/01/2026: I celebrated my 30th birthday at the agriturismo restaurant! What can I say, everything was wonderful! Starting with Liviana's support, who helped me organize the party flawlessly and was always so kind and available to accommodate my needs. I chose a buffet dinner with an evening in their jungle greenhouse, which I fell in love with at first sight. Everything was spectacular, from the food to the service (even the entire wait staff was always ready and willing to accommodate my every request—a huge round of applause goes to them too!), and the DJ set where all the guests let loose and had fun.
Congratulations to all the staff and thank you for making the celebration so beautiful and special!
