Definitely high if we think of an osteria as a place of conviviality and chaos. Everything here is well-ordered, beautifully presented, and the staff was truly accommodating. Furthermore, the dishes surprised me, especially the blueberry risotto. The only downside is that for a provincial osteria, the prices are significantly higher than average: two first courses, two second courses, and two waters came to almost €100. For the record, it's fair to rectify this if you're considering a visit.
Family lunch on a Sunday, 10 people.
Food.
The braised beef had too much fat, a shame we had to discard some.
Excellent flavor.
Mashed potatoes were not very hot and bland. I would have preferred polenta.
The fresh pasta was excellent, both the lupini and porcini ones.
Risotto was practically perfect.
Gourmet portions.
The wine list was extensive but expensive, with no problem with corkage fees.
Service. Quick and impeccable in both manner and demeanor. If they had stopped by to collect the empties and offer full bottles, it would have been excellent. Same goes for the bread.
Ambience.
Ample and very close parking. The place is a bit overstocked, but it's clean and comfortable.

We dined at Osteria delle Rane Rosse and the experience was overall very pleasant.
The food is of a good standard: carefully prepared dishes, well-balanced flavors, and a truly appreciable quality of ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive; the dedication of the waitress in the dining room deserves special mention. Despite being alone, she handled the service with great dedication and professionalism.
The menu, while original, is perhaps a bit confusing: the particularly creative names of the dishes can make choosing a dish a little confusing.
Overall, a restaurant definitely worth a visit and one we will gladly return to.

We had dinner with friends. The place looks nice. The appetizers were nothing to write home about, but the main courses weren't exactly thrilling. There's room for improvement; let's just say it wasn't a WOW dinner. The prices are high for the dishes offered.

We ate well, the atmosphere was excellent (we ate on the veranda, which I prefer to the main dining room). The service was fast and very professional. Perfect for both an intimate dinner and a family dinner. The carbonara with black truffle from Norcia deserved top marks. We'll be back with our daughters!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a veranda as well. The site is accessed through a shared gate with another sports hall. Service is fast, and the staff is friendly. You can customize some dishes with truffles for an additional fee. The food is beautifully presented. The gnocchi with fish are a real treat. The tiramisu is also good.
