29/10/2024: Almost no vegan options. When I asked the chef to make Orecchiette with vegetables (since both Orecchiette and Vegetables were on the menu), I was told that it was not possible to do so, that I could have the white Orecchiette dish, and the grilled vegetables. I tried to understand why it wasn't possible... These ways of doing things seem really absurd.

29/12/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il Natale con i famigliari. Nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessimo chiaramente indicato la presenza di due celiaci e una vegetariana, il personale di sala ha chiaramente dimostrato di essere all’oscuro dell’informazione. Come primo, è stato servito un risotto in bianco con piselli che uno dei celiaci ha definito “da Humanitas”. Come secondo, alla persona vegetariana, anziche l’arrosto con patate, è stato servito un piatto di….. patate. Ma il bello è stato che, mentre esponevamo gentilmente il nostro disappunto, la cuoca (nonché proprietaria), dopo avere risposto con giustificazioni confuse, ha girato le spalle ed è andata via senza dire una parola. Comportamento inqualificabile.

08/11/2024: A nice surprise to return after school... renovated, clean and welcoming place. Perfect toilets. Impeccable table service. I consumed a pizza that I found well cooked and with quality ingredients. Delicious homemade millefeuille dessert! 11/11/2024: Facile da raggiungere a pochi minuti dalla SP494, si trova presso il golf club San Vito. Struttura ben tenuta, curata e ordinata. Personale gentile e competente. Scelta dei piatti limitata ma ottima qualità dei prodotti e tempi di attesa giusti. Limitata anche la carta dei vini, comunque accettabile. Personalmente ho trovato ottimo il negramaro del Salento.

02/11/2024: Sono stato al Casale per cena con mia moglie. Avevamo già scelto questo posto per il battesimo e siamo tornati altre volte, ma devo dire che ora è meglio che mai! • Ambiente: 10/10 – Atmosfera accogliente e curata, perfetta per una serata piacevole. • Servizio: 10/10 – Staff attento e disponibile, ci hanno fatti sentire a casa anche senza uno dei soci, che però non mancherò di salutare la prossima volta! • Cibo: 10/10 – Il nuovo chef è eccezionale! Piatti sorprendenti, sapori autentici e ben bilanciati. • Qualità-Prezzo: 9/10 – Prezzi adeguati alla qualità dei piatti e al servizio. E con i soci presenti, è sempre un plus! 😜 È stata un’esperienza indimenticabile e sicuramente torneremo ancora! Grazie ai soci per aver creato un luogo così speciale. Consigliatissimo!

21/12/2024: The innkeeper makes the difference and he is No. 1, very knowledgeable and very friendly in describing the love he has for mushrooms, the stories about his experiences make the difference. Highly recommended!

05/12/2024: Exquisite food, delicious, tasty, I could go on forever...top raw materials, very nice environment...reminiscent of a mountain hut...excellent service, friendly owner, entertainer but not intrusive and above all very knowledgeable about mushrooms and available to explain and share his culture on the matter... his wife is the Chef and she is very sweet and very nice in addition to being a super Chef we will definitely be back.. super recommended..
