What can we say about the Colibrì Restaurant? Simply exceptional, a true pearl discovered almost by chance, in passing, but which left an indelible mark on our hearts. 5 stars are not enough to describe the experience we had!
Since our arrival, we have been enveloped in a hospitality that goes beyond all expectations. The Colibrì staff is not only professional, they are exquisitely friendly, genuinely loving and attentive to every little need. You can perceive an authentic passion in their work, a sincere desire to make every customer feel at home, indeed, pampered like family.
But the real magic happened in the way they took care of our 10-month-old baby. We have rarely found such care and delicacy. Each member of the staff showed touching attention: smiles, little attentions, even a moment to play and make her feel at ease. It wasn't just a service, but a real gesture of love that warmed our hearts and allowed us to enjoy the meal in total serenity. The feeling was that of entrusting our little girl to the care of loved ones, who take her well-being to heart with the same dedication as her parents.
And the food? Ah, the food! A delight for the palate, dishes prepared with care and excellent quality ingredients. Each course was a riot of flavors, a culinary experience that confirmed the high level of this restaurant. From appetizers to dessert, everything was impeccable and exquisitely good.
Ristorante Colibrì is not just a place where you eat well, it is a complete sensory and emotional experience. A place where the excellence of the food blends with a welcome that borders on perfection, making every moment spent unforgettable.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Colibrì for making our stop a moment of pure joy and relaxation. You were a very pleasant discovery, and we will definitely return, even if passing through, we will know where to find a hug and good food. We can't wait to see you again!

Quality cured meats as well as gnocco and tigelle. Very nice outdoor space for summer evenings. A discovery to keep in mind

08/03/2025: Il luogo è incantevole ! Il servizio eccellente e con il sorriso che non guasta mai. Ma il pesce è eccezionale cucinato con “maestria” dalla tartar al branzino una piacevole sorpresa e concludendo la meringata fatta in casa è TOP!
17/02/2025: Organizziamo 1 cena tra amiche e su consiglio di una di queste andiamo a cena a Osteria dal Toso a Viadana, in 4 ordiniamo 4 antipasti di polipo che non solo arriva duro come un sasso ma arriva anche bruciato! ( Ovviamente tutti 4) il titolare gentile si scusa e si propone di rifarci un altro antipasto senza metterlo in conto, così ci dice...ci fa una insalata di mare bollita mangiabile, poi prendiamo 4 secondi sempre di pesce, mangiabli! 2 bottiglie di vino passerina e 4 caffè con lo zabaione su richiesta di una amica! Non abbiamo ordinato primo e dolce, conto 65 euro a persona e il titolare ci fa notare che ( secondo lui ) non ci ha messo in conto gli antipasti bruciati! Morale della favola...mangiato malissimo e conto altissimo! ...Mai più! Lascio a altri questa esperienza che non consiglio di fare!

24/04/2025: I had lunch in this bar restaurant for lunch, for me a second course of water and coffee was 15 euros too expensive and the quality isn't that great... The story that left me perplexed however was that at the end of lunch the disposable tablecloth I had used was removed and folded... I wouldn't go back.

04/01/2025: Siamo stati qui di passaggio da Sabbioneta. Bellissimo locale, suggestivo, ordinato. Personale gentile. Ma piatti normali. Antipasto normale, qualche salume e qualche gnocco fritto con una piccola giardiniera. Crespelle e ravioli buoni ma non speciali. Lo stesso per i dolci.
24/11/2024: Porzioni abbondanti e buona cucina casalinga: torta fritta per nulla unta, salumi non speciali, crespelle sfiziosissime, bigoli piacevoli. Locale molto evocativo.

Osteria da Tasso - La Gatta Vecchia

20/02/2025: .. accade sempre cosi....arriva la popolarita ed ecco che il sign Tasso ti aumenta i prezzi fuori misura oramai si presenta con dei conti a voce da 40 € tortello e affettato .. se ne andata la vecchia cuoca e siamo in mano a raztdore moldave !!
si è persa la cucina della tradizione un vero peccato !!!!
15/12/2024: Conoscevo già il posto e il titolare, il mitico Tasso, fin dai tempi in cui la cena era accompagnata dalle musiche dal vivo di Pinon e Fernando.
Tutti piatti della tradizione mantovana: agnoli in brodo, tortelli d'erba, tortelli di spalla, tortelli di zucca (peccato non fossero conditi con il soffritto, come tradizione vorrebbe), culaccia, salame. cotechino, guancialini, stracotto, faraona, cipolline agrodolci, mostarda, patate al forno, giardiniera e torta sbrisolona. Poi acqua, lambrusco, frizzante bianco, nocino, sambuca, liquirizia e caffè.
E tutti piatti fatti in casa, di ottima qualità.
Prezzo non bassissimo (35 euro a cranio), ma se confrontato con qualità, quantità e varietà di ciò che abbiamo mangiato ci sta tutto.
Consigliatissimo.
