12/01/2026: Historic local trattoria in a central alley. We celebrated two birthdays with a lovely table of 23 people. The room was reserved just for us. We chose the menu based on their suggestions. Everything was excellent, including the very attentive and courteous service. To finish, a cake from the Roberto pastry shop in Erbusco. Truly a beautiful and delicious celebration. Thank you, Osteria Quattro Rose.

08/03/2026: A traditional restaurant in an old building, with many internal stairs and terrible acoustics. The service and wait suffer, making our stay longer.
The boiled meat was not good (undercooked), even when served in a light broth in a striking tureen.
The fresh pasta was good, with thin pastry.
The fried brains and snails were unmemorable. The carpaccio with blended giardiniera: an excellent idea, very pleasant, a starter-sized portion.
We didn't spend much, but it was too much for the wait and the inaccurate service.

The meat dishes are excellent!

21/02/2026: Two huge "screens" and there's no game on.
I waited an hour to order and still no one has arrived.
It's too hot.
They don't make Americano, and if you ask, they'll tell you it's off the menu, but they have the ingredients.
I asked at the counter for my order, but they never came.
Limited selection of beers, and none of them are quality.
Now they've come to take my order, but I'm wondering whether to order a second round already; I might not get a second chance.

18/01/2026: Very good food, courteous waiters. The only thing I'd say is that there wasn't a dedicated waiter, so everyone was asking for the same things. They told us half the menu verbally (a seafood menu, and without knowing the price).
We asked for wine, and they also listed it verbally without knowing the price.
They have everything they need to do better.

22/01/2026: A 1990s-style location with two small rooms and a large hall with a wooden ceiling. Excellent service with friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the fixed business menu. €12.50, including drinks and coffee. I had orecchiette with tomato sauce, beef bites and peas, and meatballs with tomato sauce and a side of boiled vegetables. Everything was delicious and plentiful. I'd like to return for dinner to try their very inviting fish menu.
Highly recommended.

Poor food, poor service, everything microwaved... unfortunately, I won't be back...
I even liked the owner.

We're in Castrezzato to visit a music store and decide to have lunch nearby.
Google suggests the closest restaurants, and we choose the only one open.
Without a reservation, we're seated, and the hostess offers us the specials of the day, a slew of first and second courses.
Tagliatette with wild boar ragù, pennette with scamorza and speck, and casoncelli bresciani.
Very courteous, attentive, and quick service. The food is truly delicious, and the portions are generous.

We went there because of the social media ads; the Instagram reels DON'T show the actual dishes.
The appetizers were dry and almost flavorless.
The first courses were awful: the pasta wasn't fresh (as described), the wild boar or venison ragù was nonexistent, and the pasta was completely bland and watery.
For the second courses, we had their beef, which was inedible and extremely salty, and the pork with mushrooms, which couldn't even be cut with a knife.
The final bitter note: the dessert was microwaved, truly embarrassing.
The bathroom was dirty, and not even the toilet worked.

An evening to forget.
