25/05/2025: We came across it a bit by chance for lunch this weekend, a place with a unique atmosphere, wonderful paintings on all the walls and spectacular antique-style furnishings, the menu really unexpected, in step with the times and really well-finished, the risotto with shrimp and courgettes really special as the appetizer of cured meats and homemade giardiniera so abundant that it could be a second course. Really rich and quality wine cellar. Really friendly and attentive service with a lot of attention to the customer. I highly recommend the place.

11/05/2025: Dopo qualche anno siam tornati qui e che dire… piacevole riscoperta!! Servizio eccellente, vino proposto in abbinamento direi perfetto, ma il top sono stati i piatti, tutti fantastici! Come dolce noi avevamo richiesto una torta particolare, fatta da una nota pasticceria della zona e anche quella eccellente, ma non avevamo dubbi! Secondo me ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliato! Io sicuramente tornerò!

11/04/2025: One of the few places where quality and price are on the same level. The food and fish are super and the pizzas are really good too. Their limoncello deserves lunch!!! The only flaw, the place is really dated, with a nice refresh it would be the restaurant in the list of the best in the area!

07/03/2025: Ho sempre adorato le loro piadine, sono andata una sera di queste , dopo un bel po’ che non ci andavo e ho trovato una piadina immangiabile, vuota , senza insalata e la poca che c’era era appassita e cotta. Pure il panettone gastronomico di capodanno 2024 non era buono come al solito, spero sia stato solo per Rovato, perché lo ho consigliato ad amico di Brescia spacciandolo per buonissimo.

03/05/2025: The location and the room were beautiful, but unfortunately the service left something to be desired. Breakfast is pre-packaged and can already be found in the room. For coffee you have to use a machine that doesn't work well and doesn't have any indications. The worst thing was finding a pear juice in the mini bar already opened by the last guests. When I pointed out the mix-up at reception I was told 'it must have been an oversight', without trying to remedy the problem (for example by at least replacing the already opened juicer) nor offering any apologies. It's a shame because the place is nice but breakfast and service need to be reviewed.

27/04/2025: Very welcoming and kind staff! Truly delightful family reality! Excellent food and very nice and relaxing location. Despite being in the center of the town you find yourself immersed in nature and tranquility! A thousand more points for the friendliness and sweetness of Lena, Briciola and the blowing geese! We will definitely be back....

21/05/2025: Excellent historic restaurant. Maybe some traditional dishes of Gina have been lost, such as the famous rib eye steak grilled in the fireplace, replaced by Florentine steak etc. However excellent traditional, boiled meat, tripe, beef in oil. Thanks.

11/05/2025: Attesa di 90 minuti per una grigliata di pesce. Abbiamo chieste più volte se avessero perso la comanda, ci è stato riferito che ci vuole tempo per farla 😩 , e un'altro cameriere ci ha detto ci sono stati problemi in cucina 🤔 ...La titolare alla cassa che sempre chiede a tutti : È andato tutto bene? non la chiesto a nessuno dei paganti, eravamo in fila pure per Pagare e abbiamo visto questo comportamento anomalo. Gli inconvenienti possono sempre succedere, ma in questi casi è importante la verità. Se ci avessero detto guardate che c’è un problema in cucina e i tempi di attesa sono lunghi , sarebbe stato più corretto e giusto. Dispiace. Avete perso due clienti e credo poco vi importa vista la mole di gente che c'era. Comunque così non si fa. Buon e serio lavoro. Auguri
