A somewhat out-of-date place, a quaint venue with a retro feel. Service is efficient, perhaps a little too efficient. Excellent food, portions are average but definitely good. Prices are moderately high.

I was here for a business lunch. The first course was delicious. The second course, the parmigiana, had almost raw eggplant and not enough sauce and mozzarella, and no parmesan.

Historic location in the center of Rovato. Typical Brescian cuisine. We ordered a gourmet appetizer, a boiled meat, and the legendary beef in Rovato oil with Storo polenta. Very friendly staff and fast service. Definitely worth a visit.

Very good food, the beef in olive oil melted in your mouth, the tagliata was also excellent, the polenta gnocchi were excellent, the classic parcels with tomato were good, the desserts, although for the tiramisu (personal opinion) I would avoid the chocolate drizzle, it hides the flavor of the inside of the sphere, and the coffees were a bit too long 😅. The price was quite fair in my opinion. The service was a bit poor. But I would still go back.

23/03/2025: We went to dinner a la carte with my partner. Joana's attention was spectacular! Very attentive and willing to please the diner throughout the entire dinner. The food was delicious. It is expensive, but highly recommended. Without a doubt we will return!!
