20/05/2026: We often go there for our birthdays or anniversaries because the atmosphere is beautiful, the staff are very kind, and the food is delicious; you can tell the ingredients are of the highest quality. It's the only restaurant where you can eat without feeling heavy in your stomach, even if you eat a lot.

05/06/2026: A hidden gem in Sarnico, tucked away in a quiet private courtyard. We came for our last evening on Lake Iseo and it turned out to be the highlight of the trip. Everything is made in-house and you can taste it. We started with the venison tartare with mustard gelato, cocoa nibs and raspberry — a bold, surprising combination that absolutely works. The handmade casoncelli on Grana Padano fondue with crispy pancetta and white-wine pears were exceptional, the kind of dish you simply can’t recreate at home. For mains we had the Manzo all’olio di Rovato, a beautifully slow-cooked beef with porcini and soft polenta — rich, tender and full of flavour. We paired it all with a local Franciacorta, which was the perfect match. The staff were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Highly recommended.
27/05/2026: Really amazing food and exceptional service too. Our first experience of authentic Italian cuisine was perfect from start to finish. Lovely restaurant and incredibly friendly conversation. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning in the future.

08/06/2026: Thanks Fabio for the embarrassment yesterday... you gave our parents a free lunch... telling us that if they didn't eat everything you would give them a bottle and instead they had to pay the difference... the wife was very rude about it... never again... we gave them a full lunch without limits... the lady was really rude... never again

04/06/2026: Da Riccardo is one of those places you'll want to write down and remember. Everything, from the ambiance to the food, is thoughtfully designed. We were greeted warmly, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even accommodating our toddler's requests (thanks, Silvia!). The cuisine was top-notch. Congratulations, Riccardo, see you next time!

02/06/2026: The wine shop's wine selection is truly exceptional, extensive, and well-curated. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food: the menu is very limited, with limited choices and little consideration for those with specific dietary needs.
If you're looking for a place to drink good wine, it's fine. However, if you're looking for an aperitif or dinner, I wouldn't recommend it. The eggplant was overly elaborate and lacked balanced flavors. Even more disappointing was the tartare, which didn't seem fresh and caused severe discomfort, ruining the entire weekend.
It's a shame, because the quality of the wine list deserves a worthy culinary offering.
02/06/2026: An intimate, welcoming, and refined atmosphere, where you're always greeted with a smile and attentive service.
An excellent and carefully selected selection of both local and international wines, accompanied by expertise and passion in recommending the perfect bottle for every occasion. The menu, updated frequently, features charcuterie and cheese platters, bruschetta, focaccia/sandwiches, and cold dishes. A special mention goes to the Chianti tuna, a dish that has truly won my heart. 🫶🏻

05/10/2025: What a beautiful place! I’ve never seen such a charming flower shop before. There is a bistro in the same building. Lovely coffee, pastries and cakes, outstanding deco topped with smiley and friendly staff. We ended up going there few times a day. No doubt our favorite place for a coffee stop.
29/09/2025: A truly breathtaking venue: a renovated former train station, nestled between Lake Iseo and the Franciacorta vineyards. An elegant concept encompassing a flower boutique, a confectionery shop, a café-bar, and a bistro. The postcard-perfect atmosphere is perfect for an aperitif, brunch, or simply a relaxing break in a special place.
It's a bit pricey compared to a regular café, and the selection of snacks isn't extensive, but the ambiance, atmosphere, and service make for an absolutely delightful experience.

25/04/2025: Siamo capitati col menù fisso, ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi. Porzioni giuste e sapori genuini, personale gentile, location incantevole. Tutto giusto, ci torneremo
22/04/2025: Pranzo di Pasqua, antipasti con affettati di qualità e secondi piuttosto buoni ma in quantità molto scarse. Primi piatti molto insipidi e senza sapore.
Abbiamo anche fatto richiesta al momento della prenotazione di essere posizionati al piano terra essendo con una persona disabile in carrozzina in modo da poter fare delle pause all’aperto tra un pasto e l’altro ma così non è stato dato che ci hanno posizionato al primo piano rendendo difficile la movimentazione.
Spazio esterno nulla di che.
A parità di prezzo c’è molto meglio in giro.
Sconsiglio non ci torneremo.
