02/04/2024: Excellent selection of boiled meats and roasts between Montichiari and Lonato. The restaurant looks like a classic trattoria with ample parking. Inside the place is nice and clean. The house specialty is linked to an excellent selection of mixed boiled and roasted meats served with pearà alla Veronese or other sauces and, possibly, some side dishes. The cart of homemade desserts is also well stocked. Good value for money.

25/03/2024: At Folzone it's a guarantee. I saw an episode of truck drivers in a restaurant with chef Rubio and my mouth was immediately watering to try Stefano's cuisine, a very nice person who serves the cart to the various guests with technique and courtesy. When I can and I'm around here in Lonato I go to have dinner there. I recommend only taking the boiled or roasted dishes because it is a demanding dish. The desserts are also very good if you get to the end. To try

31/03/2024: Horrible place, I went to an Easter lunch, the restaurant decided to make the same menu for the whole room and each course arrived 1 hour apart, including appetizers. Poor quality food, I didn't eat anything. The children's menu was more inviting.

24/03/2024: We reserved a table for Saturday evening, the place was very busy. We started with the difficulty of finding a parking space, not only in the local car park but also in the neighboring ones. When we got to the table, we had to wait because they only had two menus available. Once we ordered we waited more than 40 minutes before we could eat. We ate both pizza and dishes from the restaurant. Pillow and flat fit, very good. For the pizzas... light (the possibility of choosing the dough was notable), but they arrived in different sizes and for a gourmet pizza (in addition to having waited almost an hour for it, while the others at the table ate) the anchovies were brought to part inside the aluminum box! (they explained to me that they usually do this) the desserts... better to leave it alone... the waiters, some very kind, others not.

01/05/2024: Visited for the first time with children, we were impressed by the place, very well organised. There is an elegant internal area with lots of wood and an external one with many tables where you can spend beautiful summer evenings. They also organize private parties with aperitif and music. As for dinner, we tried the starter with seasoned raw ham and burratina, accompanied by seasonal vegetables. Ideal for 2 people. There is a children's menu of both pasta and meat, also tried the grilled chicken, Salamina, ribs and buttered potatoes. The homemade desserts are also excellent. There were 2 things that most positively impressed us, the first was the lack of cover charge, the second was the kindness of the restaurant staff, when it was time to pay they gave bracelets to our children who were very happy. A truly place to return to in every season and which is worth a first visit to those who don't know it yet

24/02/2024: Terrible experience we booked for 8pm we had to leave the table at 9.30pm only they brought us the pizza which wasn't even that good, at 9.10pm at 9.30pm they kicked us out saying that the table was booked for 9.30pm. Rudeness and rudeness never again

08/04/2024: It is certainly not a TRATTORIA, indeed the type of courses and the price are of a starred restaurant, it's a shame that to get to be starred the Michelin sign outside the door is not enough. A dispassionate piece of advice, go back to being a TRATTORIA, it's better for you.

10/04/2024: I've been to this place 2 evenings in a row with my family, the first evening I tried the pizza and it was an excellent experience, the dough was fabulous, compliments to the pizza chef. On the second evening I had a salmon which is described on the menu as 'golden wild salmon with grilled vegetables'. Almost no grilled vegetables. To my absolute disappointment, the center of the salmon steak was raw, but not a little raw, 2 fingers raw in the centre. I immediately called the waitress, who in a somewhat rude manner replied 'it should be eaten like this, if he wanted it more cooked he should have said so initially, I didn't want to argue and it was brought back to me after a couple of minutes more cooked. I would have preferred a more appropriate response and tone, especially because it can happen. I think I'll come back just to get takeaway pizzas.

11/02/2024: Tornati dopo anni in questa perla agrituristica intinta tra le colline moreniche abbiamo potuto constatatare un eccellente rinnovamento e consumato una prelibata cena.Il nostro lauto desinare s'è svolto in una sala linda,luminosa e ben agghindata,il servizio curato egregiamente da Vera,amabile,attenta e brillante ed Andrea,garbato affabile e raffinato.Il nostro scilinguagnolo ha aperto la danza con un dovizioso tagliere vegetariano composto da un flan di verza con grana stagionato,caprino profumato al miele 🍯 d'acacia,quadrotto di zucca 🎃 caramellato gratinato al forno,crostini con crema di cavolo cappuccio e scamorza affumicata e tazza di polenta fritta con crema di Zola e noci.2 ottimi primi,tortelli di rapa rossa con ripieno di sabbio stagionato e maccheroncini con farina di tipo 2 saltati con ragù d'anatra.Un gustosissimo secondo,manzo all'olio con polenta.Come dessert abbiamo gradito una torta 🎂 di mele con crema chantilly ed un gelato 🍨 alla crema.La parte beverina è stata affidata ad un egregio chiaretto della cantina autoctona Rovere,una bottiglia d'acqua potabile e 2 caffè ☕️.Prima del commiato il cortese e simpatico titolare c'ha offerto dei liquorini di loro produzione.Conto totale e probo di 75 euro.A Dio piacendo arrivederci e grazie.

22/01/2024: Gustoso pranzo, mi è piaciuto tutto dall' antipasto casareccio, al vino locale, al dessert. Porzioni adeguate e abbinamenti riuscita. La sala del ristorante è davvero bellissima, unisce rustico al moderno, luminosa e in mezzo al verde. Torneremo!

09/04/2024: I went to dinner for my birthday and there were 10 of us. Everyone got different things from pizza to a first course. They were very good at bringing everything in the right time without making anyone wait despite the different types of dishes. Excellent food, perhaps if we really have to find the nitpick, I would have made the portions slightly larger. The waitress and waiter were super kind and helpful, they were really good at managing us and what's more, we missed closing time and yet they didn't make us get up in a bad way, they were really friendly! Small but comfortable environment, very intimate and welcoming. I would absolutely go back even if there is little parking it's really worth it! Thanks so much for everything!

01/04/2024: We were guests in the neighboring B&B and went there for dinner. The restaurant is friendly and bright. The staff (family) are very friendly and helpful. Our handbags got their own stool 🐻. The menu is unusual but good. Apart from us, there were only Italians in the restaurant. 👍🏼 We were completely satisfied, it tasted very good. The affogato was very fine. But maybe you should know before you go there to eat that they process donkey meat in Bolognese, for example. (Everyone who ate it enjoyed it 👍🏼) A real agritourismo.

30/03/2024: In the countryside of Lonato, near the hills there is this very nice farmhouse where you eat and drink very well. The staff is friendly and helpful.
