01/01/2025: Siamo capitati casualmente in questa trattoria di lunedì, giornata nella quale sembrava che tutti i ristoranti della Franciacorta fossero chiusi! Invece qui ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità massime e il menù ci ha convinto poi completamente. Tanto che abbiamo prenotato per due giorni dopo nuovamente. Pasta fatta in casa ottima, antipasti molto appetitosi e ottimi secondi di carne e pesce. Tutto poi sostenuto da una cura cortese ed assidua del personale di servizio.

25/12/2024: Premetto che frequento l’Albereta da anni, dai tempi di Matteo direttore, Alessandro e Valerio solo per citare alcuni nomi, onestamente dopo la dipartita negli anni dei collaboratori storici ho visto uno snaturarsi del posto, sia dal punto di vista umano che per quanto riguarda il cibo, ricordo i fantastici brunch domenicali, e le serate cantando al pianoforte, purtroppo quell’atmosfera non c’è più e ci si è orientati su un altro genere di accoglienza a mio avviso più asettica e distaccata, detto questo, qualità del cibo senza dubbio ottima, prezzi proporzionati alle porzioni esagerati senza dubbio, 5 polpette con sugo rosso e un piattino di zucca non possono costare 30 euro cad. per non parlare del resto, anche il menù vuole essere originale ma senza quella spinta che ti fa dire wow….servizio come dicevo nella norma ma nulla di eccezionale, ci si potrebbe aspettare di meglio visto il livello e i prezzi appunto, peccato perché era davvero un punto di riferimento nella nn solo per turismo internazionale ma anche per gente del posto…. Alla prossima!

27/01/2025: Elegant, refined, welcoming, well-spaced tables. Attentive service, very professional, available, I would say impeccable. In relation to the fame of the place and the economic demand, the cuisine did not provide the "wow effect" hoped for and imagined. Good dishes, but not exciting.

12/12/2024: My recent experience at this restaurant was unfortunately disappointing in many respects. We had reported to the staff that one of the diners was lactose and gluten intolerant, but with great surprise and disappointment, the other diner was also forced to eat a meal cooked following the same restrictions, without being asked in the slightest. The risotto with mushrooms, which could have been the highlight of the evening, was a complete failure: the creaming with butter and cheese was missing, transforming it into a dish devoid of character and the creaminess expected from a good risotto. The disappointment continued with the second course: the meat served was leathery, tough and incredibly difficult to swallow. So much so that, despite our attempts, we were forced to leave most of it on the plate. To make matters worse, we weren't even asked if we liked that type of meat. Dessert also represented a reason for dissatisfaction. Although it wasn't bad, the other diner was forced, once again, to eat a dessert prepared according to intolerance criteria, certainly of lower quality than those served to the other customers of the restaurant. However, there was no shortage of positive notes. The quality of the wines offered in combination was excellent and particular care was shown in the choice of labels. Furthermore, the waiter who served us was impeccable: kind, professional and attentive to every detail, making the evening at least from a service point of view more pleasant. What made the experience overall unpleasant, however, was the observation of the difference in treatment: our neighbors at the table were served the same menu, but without any limitations, with a clearly superior quality, evident both in the presentation and taste of the food. In conclusion, despite the excellent wine selection and high level of service, the dining experience was not up to par. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to impose dietary restrictions on all diners without even consulting them, compromising the quality of the entire dinner. I don't think I will return.
