11/11/2025: They cancel an order made through the app and when I arrive to collect it they tell me that nothing has arrived and that it is better for me to reorder there directly... It is not done like this, it is unfair to the consumer who wastes time. They will never see me but not even on Saturday evening did they see me, I went elsewhere

14/10/2025: The pizza was dry, only the color of the tomato was there, with a sweetish aftertaste. The end.

12/02/2026: I ate here very quickly on a business trip, and I have to say it's a great spot on the city's charming, brightly lit main street, crowded with tourists. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return.

01/02/2026: A nice place for lunch, with really good food and a pleasant open kitchen. It's a shame the owner (I think) turns the dining room into a local market. We would have liked a calmer, less chaotic atmosphere. Prices are moderately high. Recommended for the carefully prepared dishes.

10/01/2026: This restaurant felt racially discriminatory and was completely unfriendly to Chinese people. At first, I thought they were just too busy and forgot, but it turned out to be blatant racial discrimination. From the moment they led us to our seats, they completely forgot about us. We waited for almost half an hour without receiving a menu; we had to ask for it ourselves! Bread and other dishes also took an incredibly long time, even after we reminded them. We ended up having to go to the counter to get them. Meanwhile, other tables received everything they wanted, and the staff clearly came to check on things, yet we didn't even get a menu? The most baffling thing was that I ordered Moscardini in umido con riso, but what arrived was just random octopus and potatoes? (The next table clearly had small octopus and rice.) When we complained to the staff, she told us it was a translation problem, and that's how rice is supposed to look. But we were so hungry we didn't want to argue anymore, so we finished eating in About ten minutes later, we arrived. Attached was the restaurant's menu in three languages. Was I mistaken, or was my Google search wrong? Are they riso and riz potatoes? Why is there a translation problem when it comes to us? 09/01/2026: This was an extremely disappointing dining experience. From the beginning, the staff showed a clear lack of effort—pretending not to understand us, delaying our order, and taking an unreasonable amount of time to serve our food. Their attitude toward us was noticeably different from how they treated other customers, which raised serious concerns about unfair treatment. More importantly, the dish we received did NOT match the menu description. To be absolutely clear: the menu translation was correct and clearly written. There was no translation mistake. The problem was that the staff prepared a dish that did not match the menu, and when we pointed this out, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they shifted the blame to a so-called “menu translation error.” This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Throughout the entire experience, there was no accountability, no respect, and no attempt to resolve the situation. This went beyond poor service—it left us feeling dismissed and unfairly treated. I will not return and strongly do not recommend this restaurant.

12/09/2025: When I ask if the shrimp are with their shell the waitress tell me 2 times “no shell no shell” , finally 3 fried shrimp with their shell …. Very disappointed. for 10euro that was a mixt with squid and octopus which were ok. I should have pick the store just next to it, 1 more euro but the shrimp were without theirs shell What is even the point of fried shrimp with theirs shell beside needing a hand wash and eating a cooked shrimp with no fried dough on it … At least the squid/octopus get some fried dough on it …

12/10/2025: There is not much to say, the food is delicious and the place is charming, just a must try.

18/09/2025: A "historic" place, with a very simple, no-frills atmosphere, but there's been a big change lately! Crazy prices, small portions, and little friendliness... We were a group of friends, we drank little and ate even less, the quality was very poor, with only the tortelli being a saving grace. Everything else was a disaster: the appetizers were skimpy and poorly presented, the grilled meat was supposed to be enough for two, but one could barely eat it (if they could, since it was inedible). Extremely high prices for the service, the quality of the food, and the location. The receipt was unclear (at least the few they issued at our table!). Reluctantly... never again!

08/12/2025: Emanuele is a great professional, Daria and Roberto are friendly and helpful. Open until late, it's become our favorite place!

18/11/2025: Botteghin is a place you'll always want to return to! Not only because it's open late and the atmosphere is truly pleasant (soft lighting and bottles everywhere), but also because the food is truly delicious! The cured meats, unique in their kind, are truly excellent, as are the cheeses! The focaccias in various flavors are delicious, and so are the desserts! I recommend the platter: for €18, you get a large plate of excellent cured meats, two varieties of cheese, and two pieces of vegetable tart, all accompanied by focaccia! The wine cellar is very well-stocked. Since 2025, they've been stocking a selection of French cheeses, which, paired with fruit compotes, are unmissable. Botteghin is also the only place in the area that stays open late, so you'll find it open even if you get hungry late at night! I recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends, as seating is limited!

16/02/2026: Cozy little place in Monterosso. We came with a tour group and had a set menu. The food was very good; from seafood salad, to Trofie Al Pesto pasta, to tiramisu with a rich coffee flavor for dessert. Wine and a bottle of water naturale was included. We also shared an order of calamari that was lightly battered, tender and tasty. Service was prompt and courteous.

03/10/2025: I didn't eat here, but getting on in age I found myself in the embarrassing situation of a desperate need to use a toilet. The restaurant was virtually empty when I made my request. A young girl turned me down , three times despite my pleas . 🥺 . Luckily I managed to get to the next restaurant. A very bad experience

27/10/2025: A wonderful time! The service was truly impeccable, attentive, and warm. The wine was excellent, and what can I say about the tomato bruschetta? Simply exceptional! A place to recommend🍷🍅

20/09/2025: Not sure how they are a wine bar with only 1 white and 1 red to choose from by the glass, but a €6 glass of wine with some olives, chips and bread is a good deal
