01/11/2024: Das war einmal schön! Ein Kurzurlaub, der sich gelohnt hat. Das Abendessen im Olimp einfach erstklassig in jeder Hinsicht. Hoch oben über Sestri Levante mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Da setzt die Bar Zeus noch einen drauf. So etwas Schönes! Man kommt nicht aus dem Staunen raus. Der Blick über den gesamten Golf von Genua, einen leckeren Sundowner und die dazu gereichten Snacks. Begeisterung pur❤️

13/01/2025: I got married here in July 2024, everything was fantastic starting from the magical location, up to the welcome from Giuseppe and all the staff, really friendly and extremely professional. It is a vineyard right behind the sea, it seems to be in Tuscany but instead you are in Riva Trigoso, a truly unique thing! I couldn't have made a better choice.

02/01/2025: Festa di capodanno impeccabile… ottimo mangiare, vino all’altezza del nome che porta.. la scelta della musica con Angelo Minoli azzeccata conoscendo l’artista in questione… unica pecca che alcuni dei clienti non avevano forse idea di chi fosse l’artista in questione richiedendo balletti da discoteca… Comunque Angelo Minoli ha chiuso alla grande con la sua musica… da ritornare… il posto è consigliatissimo…il servizio e lo staff davvero molto professionale e gentile… ci torneremo… 🎤🎸🎤🎸🎤🎸🎤🎸🎸🎤🎹🎸🎤🎸🎹

Compliments to the chef for the care of the dishes, and to the pleasant and welcoming managers who gave us the pleasure of introducing us to excellent wines. Fun evening and satisfied with the choice of place to end 2024 in the best possible way

Soft environment, cuisine that does not follow fashions and without worries, solid and safe. Impeccable dishes and adequate service, as are the prices (the cover charge is not applied, see attached receipt, which is more than included in the cost of the dishes). The wine list is excellent.

31/12/2024: Cena di coppia in questo ristorante nel centro di Sestri. Locale e menu classici, ma con materie prime di ottima qualità. Cantina ben fornita e servizio ottimo, con attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari. Prezzi medio/alti ma adeguati al locale e alla qualità dei piatti. Consigliato.

10/12/2024: Il Delfino Bianco is an authentic jewel in Sestri Levante. I have been to this restaurant several times and each time the experience has been impeccable. The quality of the food, the atmosphere and the service make this place an absolute point of reference. The mixed fried food is simply perfect: crunchy, light and never greasy. The cod croquettes are a delight and the pizza is a real surprise, with soft dough and top quality ingredients. The real apotheosis, however, was a meat-based dinner: cuts such as Tomahawk, Denver, Ribeye, fillet and Tuscan sausage skewers, Fiorentina and even wagyu were served to perfection. Each piece of meat was cooked exactly as requested, enhancing the flavors and quality of the raw material. The accompaniment of baked and grilled vegetables was the finishing touch for a perfect balance of flavors. The selection of wines, proposed with great expertise, completed the meal impeccably. The staff, always friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant, contributes to making the experience even more pleasant. I recommend Delfino Bianco to anyone looking for a mix of quality, authentic flavors and excellent service. I can't wait to return!

16/01/2025: I loved it, as always Italian food occupies a prominent place in my life and in my culinary knowledge, every time I pass through Italy and I often do it with my truck, I give myself a Space to enjoy Italy . I hope to work there again soon, I need to work on an Italian truck.

19/09/2024: We had an amazing experience at Balin. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the very end. This is exactly what you expect when booking a fusion-style dinner. The veranda was beautifully decorated, with cozy lighting, lovely wooden tables, small lights, and plants, which made us feel comfortable right away. The food was well-balanced, using fresh local ingredients with an Italian touch and a lot of Japanese influence in many of the dishes we tried, like dashi broth, gyoza, nori flakes, and bonito sashimi. The chef’s background, with pop-ups in Seoul and Bangkok, was clearly reflected in the food. Each dish was presented beautifully, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. They offer a selection of natural wines, both local and international, all of which were delicious and paired perfectly with each course. The service was friendly, professional, and made us feel at ease throughout the evening. We highly recommend this hidden gem in Sestri Levante!

06/09/2024: Great food but think it’s worth mentioning I left hungry. I never left hungry after having a 6 course tasting menu, usually that is too much. Here the portions are really tiny. So perhaps worth seeing this meal as a treat and not so much as actual dinner.
