14/08/2025: The food was incredible. Without a doubt, one of the best places I've tried in Italy. Quiet atmosphere and close to the beach boulevard.

24/07/2025: A must-see place! Famous Santa Margarita deep-sea shrimp, lemons and oranges from their own garden, frito-misto "the best in the area" :) - soft seafood, quite salty and fresh. These guys know a lot about seafood. My respects.

22/08/2025: Went there for a few cocktails and ice cream. The staff is super friendly and very funny. Prices are reasonable. I would come again!

19/08/2025: The staff is not at all pleasant. We waited a good twenty minutes for our food, even though I only ordered bruschetta. The bruschetta is quite expensive for its very disappointing quality: three slices of bread that aren't crispy at all, with a few tomatoes that don't even cover the entire surface. The dishes in general are far too expensive for what they offer. Another very disappointing point: we paid €3.50 per carafe of water, without this being specified. We had indicated that we wouldn't have a drink, and were simply told that water would be brought back. We were then brought two carafes, then a third, thinking it was a free service. At the checkout, a surprise: €3.50 per carafe, or more than €10 just for water. Frankly, we are very disappointed by this experience and will not be returning.

23/07/2025: Великолепный ресторан . Впервые побывали в нем в 2018 году , остались очень довольны. И вот вернулись снова . Были компанией . Обслуживание отличное . Блюда у всех были приготовлены вкусно , подача красивая, порции большие . Посещали как в обед , так и на ужин , все безупречно . Ценник приемлемый.

28/07/2025: cons: For cool evenings, they don't have blankets. my tuna pasta was dry, no sauce to make it nice, absolutely not worth the money. my friend's shrimp pasta looked good, but there were only 2 teaspoons of meat in the shrimp, so in fact, it was just pasta and shrimp heads. for bread Restaurant could at least give a small bowl with olive oil, not just like that, it us to dry. just a tourist place and nothing more. pros: nice atmosphere. service was ok. Rosemary grissini were tasty.

26/07/2025: Con mia moglie siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante di cucina tipica ligure elegante raffinato ubicato in pieno centro a Santa Margherita Ligure nella zona pedonale. Ci siamo accomodati in uno dei vari tavoli all’aperto con vista sulla via e ci sono anche tavoli interni. Abbiamo ordinato come antipasti: una insalata caprese con mozzarella di bufala dop pomodoro perle di basilico e verdure grigliate Come secondi abbiamo optato per il pesce con dei calamari fritti ed una orata alla ligure. Ottimo il pane portato a tavola. Ottima la qualità degli antipasti e del pesce porzioni giuste squsito. Personale accogliehte sorridente competente cordiale e disponibile. Servizio attentissimo e veloce e prezzi cari ma giusti per la qualità dei piatti. My wife and I had dinner at this elegant and refined restaurant serving traditional Ligurian cuisine, located in the pedestrian area of Santa Margherita Ligure. We sat at one of the several outdoor tables overlooking the street, and there are also indoor tables. For appetizers, we ordered: a Caprese salad with DOP buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil pearls and grilled vegetables. For main courses, we opted for fish with fried calamari and Ligurian-style sea bream. The bread served was excellent. The quality of the appetizers was excellent, and the fish was delicious, with generous portions. The staff was welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, and helpful. The service was very attentive and fast, and the prices were expensive but fair for the quality of the dishes.

26/07/2025: Cené en Angolo 48 recientemente y tuve sentimientos encontrados sobre la experiencia. La comida era buena, con sabores decentes, pero el tamaño de las porciones era decepcionantemente pequeño para el precio. Lamentablemente, el personal fue bastante antipático, lo que restó valor a la experiencia general. Si bien el qual ITy de los platos era sólido, las porciones pequeñas y el mal servicio hacen que sea difícil de recomendar.

23/06/2025: Antica trattoria con tavolini all'aperto e vista porticciolo. Anche in questo caso con la qualità del cibo abbiamo fatto bingo. Personale giovane ma gentilissimo. Prezzi medio alti ma ne vale la pena.

23/07/2025: Very nice and small beach club! Utilities all available. We did the reservation online, prior to our vacation. The staff at the Bar could be a little bit more gentle, As for overall, recommend!

01/08/2025: The food was really good. The service however not. Long waiting times. The food was not served together for a party of 6 people. We claimed twice that the spaghetti vongole were too small (just three forks). We asked to get another plate. No reactions at all. We had a Branzino for 4 people. Far too small. Would have been OK for 2 max 3 people. Every request took long waiting times. Espresso as well. The seating is on this metal chairs, which for sure is not comfortable. Overall apart form the food itself, which was good, not a good impression. Would not consider to go there again.

22/07/2025: Bordering on scammy. Almost all the fish in the main courses is priced by the kilo. It's a shame that no one shows it to you before or after cooking, much less weighs it when they offer it to you. So, if you don't notice, you magically end up spending 20, 30, or 40 euros more because the fish you eat has a different weight than what they advertised. Let's leave aside the description on the tray of stale bread that you have to mix with a good gulp of water to get it down. The Caraaccio isn't bad, it's a shame it's drowned in lemon, so much so that it covers the delicate fish... FOR GOODNESS...

10/08/2025: A beautiful place, but unfortunately, given the "standing" it aims to maintain, it falls short in some respects, specifically in the following areas: - Tables in the gazebos with rust spots - Side curtains on the gazebo partially missing. - Dirty/stained sun lounger mattress (we asked for it to be replaced, and it was promptly replaced with apologies for the inconvenience). - Bathroom hygiene needs updating (lack of toilet paper in the women's bathroom and cleanliness needs improving). In my opinion, the price paid doesn't match what's offered. Considering that the price for 5 hours (from 2 pm to 7 pm) is €137, I would have expected greater quality and attention to service. It wouldn't take much, especially considering the number of gazebos (28), to make this beach truly the "gem" and most exclusive beach in Santa Margherita, as advertised. I'd also like to point out that we purchased a thermal water bottle. It's very nice looking, with the bathroom logo on it, but it doesn't keep the water cold at all, even though it was guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase. (Please avoid making any comments without first having verified your claims, to avoid disappointment.) Regarding the restaurant, since we didn't eat there, I can't express any opinion, but having read the dishes offered and given the location, I feel compelled to give a positive assessment. Another positive note was the receptionist, who demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. P.S.: I've changed my rating from 3 to 1 star because I'd like to point out that after just 7 days, the thermal water bottle has rust spots on both the cap and the inside (as shown in the photo). This is absurd; it's unsafe to use, as you risk drinking rust. Any feedback is appreciated.

01/08/2025: This year, like last year, we chose this beach resort for its proximity to home and the gazebos, but we discovered at the start of the season that the management had changed. We immediately had problems with bookings: we therefore decided to start with a week, from Monday, June 30th to Sunday, and this already created problems because the weekly stay, for which we had been asked to pay €1,250 in advance, could not be made due to the different rates between the months of June and July. Therefore, we immediately paid €1,400 for the Monday of June and the week from Tuesday to the following Monday (July). Unfortunately, due to force majeure (bad weather), we lost three days of the booked period, so my husband asked the manager if we could make up the days on other days. He was told that we could only make up two, and although we didn't fully agree, we accepted (at €200 per day). When we rebooked for the two-day make-up session, we were told we were only booking one day, not two. At that point, we replied that we wouldn't be willing to negotiate like in a Marrakech souk, and that in a €200-a-day establishment, customers deserve a service that's proportionate and worthy of the price they pay. Bottom line: three paid days wasted and service subpar due to incompetence and a lack of professionalism, but above all, lost customers.

25/07/2025: La sorpresa di trovare un luogo unico ed accogliente in un carruggio vista mare sul porto di Santa è stata completata da un’esperienza gastronomica altrettanto sorprendente. Ricette non banali, qualità ineccepibile attenzione e cordialità nel servizio Il tutto ad un prezzo più che equo. Cosa chiedere di più? Bravi!!

06/08/2025: Great ice cream with a wide variety of flavours and fair prices. Surprised to see it so empty. It feels like a hidden gem that doesn’t get enough attention, probably because of its location. Definitely worth a visit!

12/07/2025: Tenía muchas ganas de comer en este lugar durante nuestra visita a Santa Margherita porque parecía súper lindo y el menú sonaba apetitoso. Revisé su horario tan temprano en el día para asegurarme de que llegaríamos a tiempo para la cena. Cuando llegamos pedí una mesa para dos en mi mejor Italiano. Una mujer de pelo corto nos ofreció una pequeña mesa en la parte trasera del restaurante, justo al lado de la ruidosa cocina, pero respetuosamente la rechacé y esperé unos minutos para ver si se liberaba otra mesa. Cuando una pareja se levantó y se fue, pregunté si podíamos tener esa mesa, en Italiano, e hice una señal por si acaso mi pronunciación no era clara. Las mujeres me dijeron: “no, estamos llenos”. Le reiteré que acababan de irse y que una mesa estaba vacía, y la mujer me gritó en Italiano “¡Estamos llenos!”, nos ahuyentó y me dio la espalda. Nunca he sido tan profundamente irrespetado por alguien en el sector de servicios, nunca ni en ningún país. Terminamos yendo al restaurante de fusión Japonés al otro lado de la calle, que era delicioso, asequible y tenía un excelente servicio al cliente. Te recomiendo ir allí en su lugar.

29/06/2025: Leckeres Essen in einem authentischen kleinen Restaurant, sehr freundlicher Service. Pasta wie wir sie uns wünschen, als ob die italienische Mamma am Herd steht. Tolles FRITTO MISTO!!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!
