18/02/2024: Stumbled across this place by chance. Glad we did. The owner was multilingual & attentive. The prices were surprisingly affordable and very reasonable for the area, the food was delicious, arrives at table once freshly prepared, not necessarily in the order expected in UK, but this was perfectly acceptable for us as we like to share as a family. Background music was great (80s) and we were made to feel very very welcome and not rushed even though the restaurant closed a half hour before we all finished eating. The fried calamari/ sardines/ anchovies in oil were delicious and the Aperol spritz were enormous! Great value, would absolutely return. Thank you for accommodating us.

09/09/2023: The hotel is ideally located. In a few minutes by car in Portofino. The hotel has a car park (charges apply). Using the private beach is rather expensive at €50 per day, but there are no alternatives/public beaches available nearby. Staff super friendly. The hotel is definitely recommended.

30/08/2023: Our biggest mistake was discovering this gem only on our 4th day as we were completely unimpressed with the neighboring restaurants where the service was poor, the temperature was hot and other patrons were smoking cigarettes in the presence of children. Denis and the staff were terrific providing a warm, home-style atmosphere to enjoy dinner. The restaurant service was spectacular and the cuisine was even better and priced better with larger plates. The restaurant doesn’t charge cover charges like the city restaurants. I highly recommend the seafood risotto as it was both mine & my wife’s favorite dish,
