22/12/2024: Il ristorante dispone di una sala luminosa con grandi finestre, l'arredo è semplice ma di gusto, buona la spaziatura tra I tavoli, tutto ciò rende l'atmosfera piacevolmente tranquilla. Il menù comprende sia piatti di terra che di mare, seguendo principalmente le linee guida della cucina ligure, ma con alcune varianti od aggiunte che li rendono particolari e pertanto meritevoli d'attenzione. Al palato risulta chiaro l'uso, nella preparazione, di materie prime di qualità. I piatti poi hanno porzioni giuste e sono presentati con con gusto. Buona anche la qualità della cantina che propone ottime bottiglie. I dolci fatti in casa sono tradizionali, senza spunti particolari. Il personale gentilissimo è sempre attento alle richieste del cliente. Per finire, i prezzi sono corretti per quanto portato in tavola ed in linea con locali di pari livello. Sicuramente tornerò e magari assaggero le pizze gourmet.......ma questo è un'altro discorso, alla prossima.

26/09/2024: Da anni frequentiamo La Vermuteria e non siamo mai rimasti delusi!! La gestione ha creato un ambiente piacevole, godibile in tutte le stagioni ed il locale è situato in pieno centro, in una delle zone più belle di Chiavari. I cocktails di Simone sono poesia, oltre a quelli in lista, ne prepara anche di personalizzati sul momento...si piazzano sul mio personale podio!! La cucina è sempre squisita, con prodotti freschissimi e proposte stuzzicanti, mai banali!! Si sta davvero bene in Vermuteria ❤️

06/12/2024: One of the best pizzas I have ever had with my wife. We didn’t try other foods except pizzas, but I must say that the pizzas are great and you can try any of these. I also noticed they don’t use the special Neapol oven and it’s still one of the best ones. :)

03/10/2024: Do you want to eat an amazing pizza? Here they are! For my partner it was the best pizza in her life. I also found them very, very good. The pasta (on the left in the picture) with tuna was also very tasty. The prices were moderate. The service is very friendly. I would like it better there without a TV. I would recommend the restaurant again and again. Very good!

28/12/2024: Very popular place, full service from breakfast to midday snacks up to the evening aperitif with wine or cocktails accompanied by excellent appetizers, you can also buy bottles of branded wine. The restaurant has both tables inside and others on the veranda overlooking Piazza Matteotti. The staff is professional and kind and offers a fast and precise service even in times of great crowds. Try it.

23/12/2024: Siamo andati per un caffè tra amici. Il persone appena siamo arrivati non sembrava né attento né accogliente alla nostra presenza. La porzione dei pancake ordinati era scarsa come la loro qualità. Il personale ci chiede di pagare al tavolo in modo poco cordiale dicendo "vi arrangiate tra voi" probabilmente perché non aveva voglia di andare a prendere il pos. Si può dire che l'ambiente fosse accogliente con una bella atmosfera natalizia ma le lampade per il riscaldamento non emanavano calore.
