23/01/2025: Sono tornata ieri sera a cena in questo ristorante che ricordavo buono e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo in tutto. Bella la presentazione dei piatti, l' abbinamento del vino consigliato dal titolare perfetto. Il dolce delizioso. Un ristorante ottimo.

20/01/2025: Pranzo in questo piccolo e accogliente ristorante dove abbiamo trovato una cucina di alto livello ed un servizio da 10 e lode. I 2 camerieri sono ultra professionali e gentili, difficile trovare di meglio. La cucina è anch'essa di alto livello, i prezzi non sono dei più economici ma se si considera la qualità dei piatti e del servizio non c'è nulla di anomalo.

31/12/2024: When we come to Chiavari with our family (a few times a year) we always choose the Monte Rosa hotel! The hotel has modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, but the "old" service where the customer feels pampered and even spoiled! The staff never changes and I don't know who to thank more, they are exceptional people, helpful, professional, caring and very kind! Whenever there was an unexpected event (it happens with small children!) they always helped us and solved every problem for us. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice and everything is freshly cooked. We have had dinner several times and everything has always been excellent! In the summer we always used the swimming pool which is a real pearl considering that it is located in the center!

21/12/2024: I stayed for 3 days for a sports competition, very friendly staff, clean rooms, plentiful and excellent quality breakfast, a few steps from the centre. I recommend it

26/09/2024: Da anni frequentiamo La Vermuteria e non siamo mai rimasti delusi!! La gestione ha creato un ambiente piacevole, godibile in tutte le stagioni ed il locale è situato in pieno centro, in una delle zone più belle di Chiavari. I cocktails di Simone sono poesia, oltre a quelli in lista, ne prepara anche di personalizzati sul momento...si piazzano sul mio personale podio!! La cucina è sempre squisita, con prodotti freschissimi e proposte stuzzicanti, mai banali!! Si sta davvero bene in Vermuteria ❤️

The restaurant has both tables inside and others on the veranda overlooking Piazza Matteotti. The staff is professional and kind and offers a fast and precise service even in times of great crowds. 12/02/2025: And the art of making cappuccinos has been lost for some time now, I'm a retired man and I go around bars all day because I'm a coffee shop lover, and most of them serve you coffee and cappuccinos with boiled milk! But in this bar you can find a boy who froths milk in a sublime way, his is not simple foam but a real milk cream. I recommend it to all people who like me like to enjoy a good latte, this credit goes to Lorenzo who, in addition to knowing how to do his job, is also kind, friendly and charming! You will definitely notice it!

20/01/2025: Trovata per caso questa osteria nel centro di Chiavari avrebbe tutti i presupposti per essere un locale intimo ed accogliente . I piatti assaggiati buoni ed abbondanti , anche sé alcune proposte del menu erano esaurite . Scalderei un pochino di più l’ambiente, anche con un servizio in sala più attento . Nota dolente il caffè ! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

23/02/2025: I had a pizza that was originally tomato, stracchino and pesto; they managed to make it vegan by even making the pesto on the spot! The “mozzarella” was delicious, the thin pizza was crunchy and light, I would have eaten another! They also found a vegan dessert to offer me! In addition, we had dinner with the dog and, without us asking for anything, they brought us both the bowl of fresh water and a biscuit (this after asking). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
