10/04/2026: April 9, 2026, while passing through Lavagna, my wife and I wanted to have dinner, but not at a pizzeria.
We searched online and found "BarCelleria"...let's give it a try....
Welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff, and quick service.
We enjoyed some excellent grilled meats, including a pork Tomahawk with a side of fries, a very tender beef fillet (excellent), beer, dessert, and a liqueur.
While waiting, I couldn't help but notice the variety of sandwiches with mouth-watering fillings.
Next time I'll try those too. What can I say....The place gets top marks 😉.
07/04/2026: Found it by chance a few minutes off the highway at the Lavagna exit. Very, very nice place. Very friendly staff, but above all, a wide variety of menu items at various prices. Had the burger...excellent, truly tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

09/03/2026: Excellent experience at Boccon Divino in Chiavari. The complimentary appetizer and pre-dessert were very welcome. The raw fish was incredibly fresh and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the pasta with lobster, which was flavorful and well-balanced. Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere.

03/01/2026: A cozy and comfortable little place, slightly off the beaten path, with an intimate atmosphere that we truly appreciated. The service was impeccable, the owner is attentive and very kind, making you feel pampered, and this adds enormous value to the truly excellent food. I hope to return to the area and visit again!
14/12/2025: We returned for the second time with friends and once again we were satisfied. The place was quiet, the staff friendly, and the menu catered to all tastes, even those of two of our vegetarian friends. The food was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended, and worth returning every three or four months.
11/10/2025: For a €3 cover charge, I deserve a cloth tablecloth and napkin, not a paper placemat. Wine by the glass should be served from the bottle at the table, not from a filled glass. There's room for improvement. The food quality is good.

02/12/2025: Both the restaurant menu (with many delicious and carefully prepared daily specials) and the pizzeria menu (with excellent cheese focaccia and farinata) are excellent. The fresh pasta is homemade, and it shows! The desserts are excellent, and the service is friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. Highly recommended for any occasion!!!
And then... the view and easy parking, just minutes from Chiavari!

19/09/2025: The best pizza on vacation, super authentic, there's only one bench, so everyone sits together.
They also offer gluten-free pizza.
The prices are really cheap, crazy.

07/02/2026: Intimate, welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, attentive but not intrusive service, professionalism, expertise, and kindness. Excellent food: balanced flavors, fresh ingredients: spaghetti with local scampi, rossetti fritters, oysters... soft, fragrant homemade bread. Excellent wines. Amazing desserts... excellent value: worth every penny!
30/12/2025: We chose to dine here, choosing among the various options in Chiavari, and we were very satisfied. The pasta was cooked to perfection (with scampi and rossetti), and the zuppa inglese was fantastic. The owners were very welcoming, and the prices were average.

28/02/2026: Lovely and authentic family hotel in the historic part of Chiavari. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool area is nice and the restaurant has some good local options. The staff is of high level of hospitality, shoutout to Rebecca and Aaron. I was there almost an year ago in May 2025 but keep recalling the nice stay and good time I had in Monte Rossa.
05/12/2025: First and foremost, the wonderful staff deserves a mention. Everyone was attentive to the guests' well-being and very friendly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which, while not very large, was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was wonderful, and the bathroom was also very nice. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food, and the breakfast buffet is very appealing and well-stocked, even in the off-season. We would definitely choose this hotel again in Chiavari.

28/03/2026: A well-kept place, but that's the only saving grace. The service is unprofessional; you can sense the embarrassment and confusion of someone who's never worked in this profession. The dishes were just okay, except that my wife's first course, a €35 pasta with shrimp, was a mess. We sent it back for a replacement, but it was re-served after rinsing the pasta under running water. NOT EVEN IN THE WORST RESTAURANTS. The dish was unimaginable. To recap: a beautiful place, but a disaster in the service and food.
22/10/2025: The welcome, atmosphere, and quality of the products are excellent. The porcelain is beautiful!
