I went to [restaurant name] and had a unique experience! 😍 The setting is simply enchanting, with medieval arches and stonework that transport you back in time. The service was impeccable, the staff was courteous and friendly, always ready to offer advice and accommodate our requests.
And then, the food... oh, the food! 😋 The pinza was simply divine, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I also tried other dishes and I must say, everything was excellent.
If you're looking for a place to eat well and enjoy a unique atmosphere, this is the place! 🌟

08/03/2026: I'd like to talk to whoever wrote "the pizza is excellent" or "the ingredients are top-notch."
Have you ever eaten a pizza other than this?
Thin pizza, burnt edges, dough like bricks, raw in the center.
The porcini mushrooms didn't even taste of water, the capricciosa with sausage was undetectable, no artichokes, full of green olives, the prosciutto was like wood.
We asked for fried foods as an appetizer, and they were nothing short of appalling, cooked in very old oil. Served without sauce, without salt, without anything.
We sat down after booking, and they didn't bring us cutlery, menus, or napkins. After about 20 minutes, I had to ask to take our order; no one bothered to come to the table and take care of us.
The pizza was served on a paper plate, and when you cut it, the pieces of paper end up in the pizza you eat.
As for the quality of the ingredients, I'll just say that my partner had to rush to the hotel because she felt sick after eating less than half a pizza, and she was sick all night. I'm still struggling to digest.
We spent €28 for two, which is perhaps the only positive thing about this place for those who are watching their wallets, but I wouldn't have given them even €5.
I won't come back here even under torture.
I don't understand who released those headlines on the wall. I sincerely hope it was a bad night, but I doubt it.
28/02/2026: Passing through Soriano, we stopped at Gigi's. A simple and authentic little restaurant/cafe, in the best sense of the word.
The place is traditional and rustic, an experience for non-locals.
The menu is dictated verbally; you choose, and then they serve you at your table.
We had a gricia, a strozzaprete with creamed artichokes and pancetta for our first course. Generous portions and very tasty pasta, I suspect homemade.
We continued with an osso buco and spare ribs/sausage accompanied by turnip greens. Everything was good, simple, and well-made.
I also recommend the accompanying focaccia.
Very fair price. We'll be back!

05/01/2026: Yesterday, January 4th, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very good, but the cacio e pepe was truly amazing, one of the best I've ever eaten.
Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: Spending an evening at Hans's Garden was the best choice we could have made. The hostess is a true force of nature, kind and thoughtful like few others I've met in my entire life. The location is unforgettable, as is the interior. The food is excellent, and the service impeccable. The fact that between courses, rather than resting a bit, she took the time to light the wood-burning stove behind us even though it wasn't really necessary, was truly appreciated. Everything was wonderful, and the value for money is truly excellent. If I could, I'd return every day. Go as soon as you can, and I assure you, you'll want to return whenever you can. 10 out of 5 stars
26/02/2026: A positive experience, characterized by the property's excellent location, absolute tranquility, especially at night, and an excellent breakfast with locally sourced products, including cakes and pastries baked on-site. The only criticism that led me to give the service only 3 stars is the timed heating in the room, which only works from 8:30 PM to 11:30 AM and from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM (approximately, I hope I remembered correctly). In the cold season, at least a minimally comfortable temperature should be guaranteed at night. Luckily, at least there were more blankets on the bed.

16/11/2025: We had dinner at this beautiful restaurant nestled in a stunning cave. Stunning location, the addition of the heaters was great because it's cool inside.
Quality food. The strozzapreti with chestnuts was delicious. The ribs were super good. The desserts were impeccable.
Fair prices for such a unique location.
Highly recommended!

10/05/2025: Per il mio compleanno di 50 anni ho scelto il Parco dei Cimini Bio Resorr.
È stata una giornata meravigliosa!
Un pranzo organizzato alla perfezione... cibo di qualità, servizio impeccabile con camerieri professionali,disponibili e sempre pronti per le richieste più particolari.
La torta Moretta eccezionale...gli ospiti hanno preso il bis come per tutti i piatti del pranzo.
E poi... il Salotto artistico presente all’interno del ristorante è stato una meraviglia ed ha incantato tutti gli invitati. Il Salotto artistico è stato personalizzato con tavoli apparecchiati con runner avorio, composizioni di fiori di campo, sottopiatti in argento e dischi a tema per indicare il nome del tavolo. Il tableau è stato una sorpresa che ci ha lasciato senza parole... tema CANZONI DI VASCO ROSSI... è stato realizzato con dischi di Vasco applicati ad un separé in legno accanto ad un pianoforte ed una chitarra...meraviglioso!!!
Le due sale riservate alla mia festa sono state curate con raffinatezza ed accuratezza, tanto da ricevere continui complimenti dagli invitati.Abbiamo ballato e cantato, accompagnati da due musicisti.
Avevamo già festeggiato al Parco dei Cimini la comunione di mio figlio e questa volta è stata solamente una conferma.
Ringrazio di cuore Lorella, Simona, Isabella, lo Chef e tutto il personale attento e professionale.

20/04/2025: Oggi giorno di Pasqua su consiglio di una amica siamo andati a pranzo in 12 persone, tutto ok antipasto la lasagna però il decantato agnello porchettato è stato un fallimento, 1 fettina diciamo di agnello con scorse di carciofi 4 patate al forno e una fetta d'arancia buttata nel piatto nemmeno a Rebibbia l'ho visto, pane inesistente... Location e personale super...

01/09/2024: Servizio impeccabile, cibo ottimo, tutto lo staff mette a proprio agio, sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
29/08/2024: Ospitalità nulla, quasi infastiditi dalla nostra presenza, scortesia, neanche un sorriso. Per pranzo metà delle cose non erano a disposizione. Né un sorriso né un grazie, quando siamo andati via non hanno risposto neanche al nostro saluto. Siamo stati obbligati a prendere il lettino aggiuntivo, con 3 ombrelloni, anche se in altri stabilimenti abbiamo sempre preso 2 ombrelloni e 5/6 lettini, avendo comunque 4 ragazzi di 12/13 anni che stanno sempre in acqua. Da evitare.
