13/07/2025: Fantastic location, right in the historic center of Orte. A magical place steeped in history. It feels like time stands still when you enjoy a wonderful pinsa like few in Italy can make. Not too thick, well cooked, and beautifully seasoned. Completing the magic are the courtesy and kindness of the staff, who, in a surprising way, demonstrate all the education that so many lack and would need.

04/08/2025: The estate is a timeless, enchanting village, complete with a 15th-century church! We truly disconnected. Everything was authentic, managed with love and passion, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.
31/07/2025: Secluded farmhouse nestled in the midst of nature, a place where time stands still. The welcome from the hosts, Barbara and Elisabetta, is reminiscent of the warmth of a grandmother's house. We stayed with our children to break up a long journey from south to north, and it was like being at home, chatting with two dear friends. The setting is extremely clean and well-kept, and the grandmother's cuisine is healthy and delicious. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night. Recommended for those willing to take a chance and return to the simplicity of life.

01/10/2025: Inspired by the good reviews, I decided to stop for dinner. I ate a practically cold and flavorless amatriciana and a medium-rare beef steak that was hard to cut due to its toughness, with 1/2 liter of house red wine. Total cost was €25, which I thought was excessive for a restaurant offering a workers' menu.
25/09/2025: I have been coming to eat at this restaurant for years and I have never been disappointed, both in the food as always, it is good and the owners and the staff are also good.

19/10/2025: An unsatisfactory experience. We waited 40 minutes for five small, frozen supplì, which were very overpriced given their size. After another 30 minutes, the first courses arrived, which, while good, again had a significant discrepancy between price and quantity. The service was very disorganized, so much so that we had to wait another 20 minutes for the second courses, which we had to remind the waiters about. Overall, we weren't able to enjoy lunch as we'd have liked. We're all aware of the challenges that can arise in the restaurant industry, but it would have been nice to be informed of the many difficulties encountered during service.

02/05/2025: Posto carino e accogliente, qualità del cibo alta, purtroppo il servizio lento,per una semplice pasta al pomodoro per la bambina più piccola del tavolo abbiamo aspettato quasi 50 minuti.
Inoltre è stata l' ultima portata ad essere servita. Ovviamente dopo una lunga attesa l' appetito era passato.
Da rivedere il servizio e osservare chi siede al tavolo

Il pranzo diventa un’esperienza grazie a Marco che accompagna i pasti dalla scelta della carne al caffè con interessanti e sorprendenti spiegazioni e informazioni sui prodotti! Complimenti! Stiamo già programmando il nostro ritorno!
