05/05/2025: Abbiamo fatto tappa in questo luogo d’incanto fra ulivi e cipressi per pranzare lungo il trasferimento da sud a nord. A pochi km dall’uscita del casello di Orte è comodo per una sosta ma soggiornarvi dev’essere stupendo, al confine tra Lazio e Umbria. Cibo ottimo e accoglienza cordiale. Da segnare e tornare.

19/01/2025: a beautiful experience, excellent food, fantastic owners, a beautiful place surrounded by greenery and nature, typical products of their farm
08/12/2024: The beds are old and uncomfortable, the rooms furnished really modestly, with makeshift blankets and heating not always working. The two owners are absolutely not suited to welcome visitors accustomed to good, but not even average, hospitality situations. Misunderstandings during the payment phase, in which they had increased all the agreed rates and a rather crude attempt at recovery.

03/05/2025: The owner's kindness turned our evening around, we arrived in Orte during a major storm with almost all the places closed, here they welcomed us with a smile and two fabulous pinsas. The classic cacio è pepe and a delicious off-menu one with ortano artichoke and carbonara.

04/05/2025: great italian food, especially for the truck drivers. Friendly stuff and kind atmosphere. For one person it's about 19 - 20 euro, but you will eat enough and very tasty food. Free parking for the truck drivers, clean toilet for ladys and man's and also shower. Perfect place for truck drivers!
24/04/2025: Excellent restaurant, really tasty and plentiful dishes with really reasonable prices. If you pass through Orte on the motorway I recommend you stop and eat.

03/05/2025: En route to Rasiglia we stopped for a quick lunch at the Albergo Aquila in Caldare. The restaurant is simple and has a family atmosphere, with a classic menu of the Umbrian tradition. Quick and courteous service, perfect for those who are passing through but don't want to give up a hot and tasty meal. Correct price for what is offered. A practical and satisfying stop.

30/04/2025: Entering the bar, I asked the lady to use the toilets. He arrogantly replied that the bathroom floor was wet. He also told me that I had to buy a product to use the toilet. Shortly afterwards I returned to use the bathroom urgently and he replied with the exact words: There are many plants around, you do your business there. Making the people who were there laugh. I believe this is a serious act of humiliation towards me.

01/04/2025: C'è poca correttezza nei prezzi delle pizze da asporto. Una sera.spendi 21 euro per 5 pizze e una sera ne spendi 26 per 4 pizze....sempre stessi gusti e per di più senza rilascio dello scontrino fiscale. Consiglio di mettere in vista un menù oltre a quello visibile tramite QR code.
04/02/2025: Abbiamo prenotato al telefono per due a cena in questo agriturismo senza pensare di chiedere se accettassero piccoli cani. Avevamo infatti dato per scontato che in un agriturismo fosse accolto senza alcun problema. Il cane in questione è un bassotto nano che per le sue dimensioni davvero minute rimane tutto il tempo seduto a dormire sulle gambe del proprio padrone. Entrando nel locale il bassotto era già tra le braccia del suo padrone e i camerieri accompagnandoci al tavolo non l’hanno nemmeno notato. Io per correttezza prima di sederci al tavolo dico che mi ero scordato di avvisarli del piccolo bassotto indicandolo al cameriere che solo allora si accorge del piccoletto e ci dice che NON SONO AMMESSI CANI se non dentro il trasportino. Parlo coi proprietari che rincarano la dose non ammettendo alcuna eccezione.
Non avendo con noi il trasportino siamo ovviamente andati via.
