Located near the historic center of Olevano Romano, where the Disney film on the Meredith crime was filmed in recent days, it offers a culinary experience that combines tradition and innovation. Together with my friends we savored the excellent starters and meat-based main courses, which melt in your mouth. Each dish is presented with care and attention to detail, demonstrating the passion of the chef, who is also the owner, for cooking. The service provided by Giulia is impeccable: the staff is kind, helpful and well-informed about the dishes on the menu, ready to recommend wine pairings, especially the Cesanese di Olevano, which together with the PREGIO oil, produced by the local Cooperativa Olibanum, further enhance the flavors. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or a family party. 13/10/2024: Alas I give 3 stars because less would be too bad, so I'll give it 50/50. Beautiful place, as a farmhouse I would have expected a nice place but a little more rustic inside, without white tables and chairs and restaurant-type settings (but these are personal choices). The food was a bit sparse, the platter for 2 people was not a platter but a plated appetizer that I would have easily finished on my own (either lower the price because €18 is a bit much or increase the dose a bit). The other dishes are also a little small, I have to say the lamb skewer is good but 2 mini skewers for €15 are a bit poor, the tagliatelle with mushrooms are also a bit smaller. The ravioli with ricotta is good, a single dish of the right size, a suggestion based on taste, but this is very personal, I would avoid the raw oil on top, because after the second bite you begin to feel a bit of off-color acidity in the mouth. 06/11/2024: Years pass at Sergio's but it remains my favorite place to eat in Olevano Romano! Let me start by saying that Sergio is a fantastic person full of life and joy! Every time I go I am always satisfied with the dishes which change according to the seasons and I can guarantee you that Sergio only has genuine zero km products!! The pizza is also fantastic! The atmosphere you feel in his restaurant is positive both for the food and for the welcome and friendliness! Don't preclude your culinary experience in this restaurant and knowing Sergio who is special!! See you soon!

18/10/2024: Absolutely delicious food, everything was freshly prepared, even the dessert. The owner was really friendly and helpful and the prices were quite affordable.
