Located near the historic center of Olevano Romano, where the Disney film on the Meredith crime was filmed in recent days, it offers a culinary experience that combines tradition and innovation. Together with my friends we savored the excellent starters and meat-based main courses, which melt in your mouth. Each dish is presented with care and attention to detail, demonstrating the passion of the chef, who is also the owner, for cooking. The service provided by Giulia is impeccable: the staff is kind, helpful and well-informed about the dishes on the menu, ready to recommend wine pairings, especially the Cesanese di Olevano, which together with the PREGIO oil, produced by the local Cooperativa Olibanum, further enhance the flavors. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or a family party. 31/08/2024: We celebrated my mum and dad's 70th birthday at the Le Cerquette farmhouse. Incredible friendliness from the first contact for the reservation, postponed for personal health reasons. When we finally got back, everything was perfect. The position of the table in a large side room, the starters of surprising richness and quality. The first courses are elaborate and refined (excellent gnocchi a sassetto with duck ragù and red fruits) so abundant that they leave no room for the second courses. The cake, ordered at the time of booking, was artisanal, simple chocolate millefeuille but of great quality raw materials. The final bill was very honest, we can't wait to return and discover new seasonal menus. Thank you :)

20/08/2024: The farmhouse is located in the countryside overlooking the hills. The food is good, but it should be lightened as it is too heavy and then becomes heavy. Slow service

06/11/2024: Years pass at Sergio's but it remains my favorite place to eat in Olevano Romano! Let me start by saying that Sergio is a fantastic person full of life and joy! Every time I go I am always satisfied with the dishes which change according to the seasons and I can guarantee you that Sergio only has genuine zero km products!! The pizza is also fantastic! The atmosphere you feel in his restaurant is positive both for the food and for the welcome and friendliness! Don't preclude your culinary experience in this restaurant and knowing Sergio who is special!! See you soon!

18/10/2024: Absolutely delicious food, everything was freshly prepared, even the dessert. The owner was really friendly and helpful and the prices were quite affordable.

16/08/2024: Mai piu ...antipasto scarso primi da dimenticare secondi da mensa aziendale contorni immangiabili vino meno meno Buono del tavernello esperienza da dimenticare .

20/08/2024: Everything delicious, abundant dishes and friendly and kind staff. Definitely coming back!! Franco and Maria are two such exquisite and welcoming people that you rarely find similar warmth. PS: The calamarata al Cesanese as a first course is very particular and equally pleasant.

20/08/2024: Tutto squisito, piatti abbondantissimi e personale cordiale e gentile. Da ritornarci sicuramente!! Franco e Maria sono due persone cosi squisite e e accoglienti che raramente si trova una calorosità simile. PS: Molto particolare ed altrettanto gradevole la calamarata al Cesanese come primo piatto.
