A traditional trattoria where you can truly enjoy dishes made with local and seasonal ingredients. The crostini appetizers are truly delicious, as are the gnocchi and fettuccine. The local wine is exquisite, but Olevano Romano is also known for its excellent wine.

12/04/2026: Chicken, potatoes, and tomato with rice. Everything was delicious, very "homestyle," just like you'd cook at home. Great prices (I would have preferred a drizzle less oil, but that's a matter of taste).
