30/11/2025: It's been a while since I last ate here, and I had fond memories of the place. The positive feedback has been confirmed, if not increased, for the quality and variety of the dishes. If you're looking for a good sandwich in Monterotondo, Rima is the place to go.

08/11/2025: Courteous and punctual service with a good pizza. Perhaps, if I had to make a comment, the citrus flavor was too strong, overpowering the other flavors. See you next time.

11/10/2025: So-so food: excellent porcini mushroom tagliatelle, amatriciana with charred bacon. The cod was good, but the fried anchovies weren't. They had too strong a flavor, and I was wrong not to send them back (they were probably frozen). Terrible service, with dishes arriving in fits and starts. The grape sorbet was excellent. The place was crowded and very noisy. But it was Saturday night... If everything had been good, the bill would have been fair. I'll give it another chance, obviously during the week, and I'll be happy to change my review.

The menu offers a variety of dishes that are different from the norm, with top-quality, expertly prepared ingredients. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and you immediately feel welcomed and pampered... Highly recommended! You should try it and come back!

07/11/2025: A unique experience. We tried the tasting menu, and every dish was a triumph of flavors and colors. Super fresh fish and a truly well-stocked wine cellar. The service lived up to expectations, always present and never intrusive. I recommend the tasting menu to sample numerous hot and cold dishes. The raw seafood is top-notch. Reserved parking and a very welcoming atmosphere. The desserts are delicious.

15/11/2025: We had dinner as a couple at this fabulous restaurant, and everything was perfect. Let's start with the service: incredibly refined, the fantastic Sara served us from start to finish, taking care of every detail of the dinner. A huge plus was her meticulous knowledge of wines, which allowed her to recommend the perfect pairings to accompany the dishes served. The cuisine: delicious and innovative dishes, we really appreciated the inclusion of fresh truffles on the menu. I personally had the sea urchin gnocco with saffron and fresh truffle, and it was a fantastic experience. The appetizers were quality, and another plus was the freshness of the ingredients, which was evident from the first bite. So, a big round of applause also to the kitchen team for all the effort and care they put into their dishes. Finally, the gift box as a bill holder was a really nice idea. Well done Davide, the owner, a delightful person with great, innovative and high-quality ideas. We had the pleasure of chatting with him at the end of the evening. We were intrigued by his vision of cooking and the care he takes in selecting the ingredients he uses. Congratulations to everyone, we'll be back soon to delight in your cuisine.

13/11/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to give it 3 stars because this morning I ordered 6 filled croissants, but the filling was very thin. Since they charge a lot for them, I think they should also be filled well. P.S.: It hasn't been like this before; I don't know if they've changed the staff.

02/11/2025: Discovered by chance it was a pleasant surprise, a simple but welcoming place like the owner and his cuisine characterized by simple but tasty dishes, I would only note the quantity of fried potatoes, very few, if I really have to find something, everything delicious we will see you again soon!!

20/10/2025: Beautiful location, fast and attentive service. However, the sandwich was tasteless, the ingredients didn't seem to blend together, and the fries were cold as soon as they arrived. For €13.90 a sandwich, we definitely expected something more. Too bad.

From the outdoor tables, at the edge of an olive grove, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Roman countryside, from Mount Soratte to Terminillo. Excellent preparations. They also serve pizza for lunch. The grilled meats are delicious. Friendly staff and fast service. Average prices.

27/10/2025: Last Sunday, at the suggestion of a friend and encouraged by the good reviews I'd read, I came to this place. However, I realized the reviews weren't accurate: this place isn't comfortable, but GOOD, GOOD, GOOD! Ample, easily accessible parking; ample outdoor seating with a FANTASTIC view of the Minterotondo valley (it will become my "battlefield" next summer, when I go "out of town" for lunch/dinner); a casual atmosphere, but always characterized by the utmost courtesy and customer service. However, considering the core business of every restaurant—the quality of the cuisine—I can only give it a full TEN WITH HONOURS. A few dishes, all flavorful, demonstrating the use of fresh, quality products, supposedly (but I believe it) locally sourced! I especially ordered a sausage with mustard sauce, both homemade, which struck me as DELICIOUS, and as an experienced and seasoned gourmet like me, it's not easy to get carried away. The price was very fair, both for the amount ordered and for the average customer base of this type of restaurant. I'll definitely be back, and as an experienced contributor, I encourage community members to do the same. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
