15/08/2024: Mid-August lunch 2024. La Perla always remains a point of reference and a guarantee of the quality of the products. Even though the restaurant was full the service was always attentive and fast. Well done

06/08/2024: This place is always wonderful. We eat well. The location is beautiful. The only note I would like to make is that the quantity of wine poured into the glass should be revisited correctly.

24/07/2024: Overall the restaurant does not give enough food on the plate . I ordered the ravioli that was over $30.00 and literally got 3 raviolis on my plate . My husband ordered the lamb and there was a lot of fat on the chops that were undercooked. The manager of the restaurant was very rude as showed no hospitality towards his guests . Also there was no bread served before the meal .If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant, there are better options to choose from in the Oakville area.

04/08/2024: In my opinion it has lost its being home cooking and wine bar with dishes that are absolutely not in the tradition of the innkeeper of the castles and the lake. No more wine on tap, but a wine from the castles at 8 euros for 75cl that our grandparents used for gargling. The porchetta is of poor quality and not even well cooked, the bread is good but cut at the end of the loaf. In line with the now widespread fake bourgeois catering, with the glasses of the average Italian in the mood to feel like a gentleman but who doesn't even know how to make a boiled egg at home, we see Masterchef. The end of Italian cuisine, unfortunately. I continue to frequent it because it reminds me of my childhood with my father and mother, the memory of the lake under the tavern and the trout to which we threw bread and porchetta. This is why I am even more saddened to see part of the castle tradition lost. Like many other places, it is now just a memory. Too much black in the new furniture.

16/08/2024: Bellissima la location, buono il cibo, però prezzi sinceramente un pò troppo alti. Ottima la cantina museo ai piani interrati, merita sicuramente di essere visitata.
