15/06/2025: Attracted by the reviews we arrived at this place. Sterile place, cold and without a minimum of music or family atmosphere. It seemed to be even annoying. A waiter who for goodness sake, may be young and polite but repeated the menu variations in a rambling manner without emphasis or explanations, which I asked several times to understand but he started again with the litany learned by heart. We order a cutting board for 29.90 which is worth it (good quality) but without any explanation. Be careful: they ask you if you want focaccia to accompany and you think "well of course, with what do I eat cured meats, we are in Italy.." and instead not only are there 5 6 pieces but they cost €4 per mini basket and the bill increases. Ask for information to order more but the usual unappetizing litany arrives. In summary: a cutting board, 2 sparkling waters, 2 coffees and two "focaccias" €45. When I asked what I had paid the owner replied all annoyed. Absurd. Highly discouraged because it is Ariccia, famous for its conviviality and hospitality.

11/05/2025: Buono e verace, come da titolo. Panini con ingredienti di qualità e ripieni di una porchetta squisita. Io ho preso il centenario, e non me ne sono assolutamente pentito. Unica pecca? Un po' esoso.

13/06/2025: Consigliatoci da amici romani, abbiamo deciso di prenotare su stasera un tavolo per una cena con bambini. Ambiente informale, ma personale molto gentile e alla mano.
Proposte di menù interessanti. Antipasti davvero ottimi e primi da leccarsi i baffi... o fare la scarpetta col pane, come ha fatto mio figlio! 😅
Prezzi onestissimi.
Se fate un salto ad Ariccia, fermatevi qui, non ve ne pentirete!

13/06/2025: We came on Monday for lunch.... speechless from the appetizer to the first courses and the arrosticini. Everything was fantastic. I am a cook's assistant and my husband is a baker and we came with my daughter to spend a day in Ariccia. We came in for the photos of Alessandro Borghese.....and we read outside about the red shrimp, we will return for the friendliness and friendliness of the staff and the goodness of the food. 30/03/2025: Been for a quick lunch (even if the service didn't make it so) for the first time today. Prices for 2 main courses and side dishes a little higher than average, but still acceptable.
We only made the mistake of asking for a cutting board they called "small" of raw ham for 1 person as an appetizer, discovering when it came to the bill that the "small cutting board", which must have been a maximum of 60/70 grams, only cost 14 euros!! Eating at a diner, no matter how good it is, you certainly don't expect these prices, especially since who knows why they aren't listed on the menu sheet. It's okay to be robbed, but this is a little too much... right?

20/10/2024: Negozio molto piccolo, dall esterno ispirava molto, invece poi la porchetta era piccole ed asciutta, secca...per lo stesso prezzo c è di meglio non molto lontano!

12/09/2024: Dopo tanti anni in cui abbiamo sempre trovato un prodotto eccezionale, abbiamo trovato una porchetta pessima, sembrava bollita e cruda , tant è che la carne era quasi violacea. La cotenna, a riprova che fosse bollita non era croccante come al solito ma molle. Speriamo sia solo un incidente di percorso.

17/10/2023: Ho pernottato una sola notte un una camera del Casale di Ariccia.
Esperienza orripilante.ala camera era piccolissima e sporchissima.a il wc era sporco di escrementi datati,il bidet pieno di peli di chi sa chi è la Foggia sporca e arrugginita.

08/09/2023: Posto perfetto per ogni occasione, accogliente, tranquillo, paesaggio stupendo. Ottima pinsa, ingredienti di qualita', soffice e leggerissima, impasto a lunga lievitazione. Supplì spettacolari, i più buoni che io abbia mai mangiato. Personale cordiale e simpatico. Esperienza super positiva e sicuramente ritorneremo in questo locale. Massimo delle stelle, ne avrei date anche di più.
