14/02/2025: Nella tarda mattinata di una domenica, in preda ad una voglia di amatriciana e carbonara, abbiamo prenotato per caso in questo ristorante. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Primi piatti eccellenti e secondi buonissimi, il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza e dal sorriso della signora Elisabetta. Assolutamente consigliato!

17/01/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant, me, my partner and our three year old daughter. I would go back tomorrow if it wasn't so far from our hotel. very kind and professional welcome, food that was nothing short of exquisite (from now on the meaning of Amatriciana has a new meaning for me :D) and any further attempt to describe the skilful combination of flavors would be useless for me, you have to taste it to be satisfied account of the love that those who cook put into those dishes. Finally the bill, for once it was pleasant to pay such an honest amount for an excellent meal. You are far away.....but I will be back!

07/01/2025: We were passing through in a camper and stopped for lunch. Delicious amatriciana and lamb, friendly staff, but above all an incredible value for money. Absolutely recommended.

23/02/2025: Enchanting place, set in wild and breathtaking nature, brand new location with attention to detail, EXCELLENT service. SPACE food, abundant and with the highest quality raw materials. Very honest prices. Highly recommended

23/02/2025: Very nice and spacious place, very good quality products, out of the ordinary Super abundant dishes, let's say you won't get up hungry The filet was so good it melted in your mouth The pasta gricia and amatriciana were really good The dessert is average Very fair price for the quality and quantity of the food I will definitely be back, I highly recommend you try it, you won't be disappointed 4 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 side dish, water, wine, desserts and coffee, we paid around €100

01/01/2025: It's really worth it, beyond the rubble of this splendid town, stands this restaurant which makes you feel at home right from the moment you welcome it. We had lunch with lots of brats in tow and I must admit that we had a great time, really high quality local food and products, good service and a truly suggestive location.

11/02/2025: On February 11th we happily had lunch at Patrizia's restaurant. Do you want my opinion? All FAN..TA..STI..CO... Quality, Quantity, Service, Location, Cleanliness, Cost. We took a fixed menu for €20 per person; gricia, mixed roast and side dish (baked potatoes and sautéed vegetables)... all plentiful and perfect seasonings!... a nice lunch. A piece of advice...If you go to Amatrice DO..VE.. YOU stop in this restaurant you won't regret it. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF...KEEP UP.👍👍👍👍🔝💯👏👏👏👏

01/01/2025: The kindness of the lady who welcomed us is priceless because we arrived late, despite this we were pampered and treated with warmth... A spectacular amatriciana, not to mention the gricia....guys you have to try it...it's absolutely worth it..

10/02/2025: Ogni volta che torno a mangiare al Ma-Trù mi sembra migliore. Lo chef Daniele prepara al meglio i piatti della tradizione locale, si percepisce la grande passione oltre alla qualità dei prodotti locali. Assaggiate la Gricia con il guanciale croccante al punto giusto, è probabilmente la migliore di tutta la zona ma anche le altre pietanze sono preparate con cura. Ottimi i vini da abbinare, oltre a una birra del posto davvero speciale. I prezzi sono davvero convenienti, specie per chi viene da Roma!
