16/04/2025: The restaurant is welcoming, is run by people who are always courteous and efficient and offers cuisine mainly inspired by local tradition. The quality of the raw materials used and the work of expert hands in the kitchen ensure that well-prepared and tasty dishes reach the table. We ordered, as a starter, an excellent culatello with buffalo mozzarella and, as first courses, we ate some spectacular fettuccine with asparagus and sausage cream and some extraordinary mezze sleeves alla zozzona.
We really appreciated the slices of "Easter pine cone" that were offered to us by the house... a dessert, made by them, truly very good!
It's not a piece of cake, but... it's worth it!
16/04/2025: We went for lunch, there aren't many seats, the place has a tidy and essential style. Excellent value for money. I had some really excellent ettuccine with asparagus and sausage, I would just have a few more pieces of sausage. As a side dish, the sautéed broccoli was good in flavor but a little too "moist" for my tastes. In short, clean and basic place, excellent value for money.

25/04/2025: It's been a while since I've found a restaurant with the right balance between good food, a welcoming and relaxed environment and extremely courteous managers. The choice of raw materials and their essential processing are excellent, so as to bring out the authentic flavors. The Maresciallo appetizer is absolutely recommended, full of local proposals and flavours.

03/05/2025: Restaurant with no more than 15 tables, in the center of Sora. You can eat well on meat and cod dishes cooked in a superlative way, the truly creative food plating is excellent. The manager is a very nice and kind person, it seems like he has always been your friend. Excellent liqueurs. Try the truly superlative Colazzngari brand sambuca.

01/01/2025: For them it is more important to serve takeaway customers and not those inside the restaurant. If they seat you near a door, you go away. The quality of the food was mediocre but we had to wait 15 minutes before ordering and almost 1 hour to eat I absolutely do not recommend it

Dolce Mimi

19/05/2025: This morning we decided to treat ourselves to breakfast in the square in Sora, choosing the “Dolce Mimì” bar. There were six of us, armed with good humor and empty stomachs. Our enthusiasm was promptly dampened by the waitress, who with the grace of a Monday morning without coffee, greeted us with a warm warning: “it will take a while”. And in fact, she wasn’t lying.
We ordered at 8:20: 3 cappuccinos, 3 Estathè al limone (a ready-made drink, we want to emphasize) and 5 croissants. At 9:15, when we had become familiar with every tile of the square and developed a slight abandonment syndrome, we were finally given the coveted loot.
In the meantime, tables that arrived well after us were served with the efficiency of a Formula 1 pit stop. Maybe our order was particularly complex, or maybe it was just a social experiment to test human patience.
In short, “Dolce Mimì” is the perfect place if you want to meditate on the ephemeral passage of time in front of a phantom cappuccino.
