We stumbled upon it by chance after a lovely hike in the mountains above Sora. We were greeted by a scent that wafted all the way down the street, and by the exquisite taste of the young sales assistant who, with care and passion, guided us through a delectable array of delicacies. The tasting confirmed what our eyes and instinct had already discerned!! Splendid, fresh products, flavors that are rare to find.
We'll be back soon!!! Bravo!
I loved the traditional anise bread; it costs €1.30 for a small one. And today I tried a small pie with authentic, homemade apricot jam. Nicoleta is very kind and helpful. If you have room in your suitcase, there are also souvenirs to take home.
