09/03/2026: Calling it a trattoria is an understatement. Chef Tassa's skill and creativity are evident here too. The plant-based appetizers are truly incredible, especially the cabbage and artichoke! The homemade pasta is noteworthy, with special mention for the fact that the lady who prepares it makes it right there in the dining room. Overall, an experience worth repeating at a super fair price!
07/03/2026: A true culinary gem in Lazio, definitely worth a try. Traditional dishes revisited with masterful skill, using top-quality ingredients and a predilection for plant-based dishes. The tasting menu is rich and varied. The service is excellent, too!

05/04/2026: I had the opportunity to have lunch on Easter Sunday at this restaurant, famous for having participated and won the competition "4 Ristoranti" with Alessandro Borghese, and I was particularly pleased. Everything was delicious and of the highest quality, with carefully prepared dishes and prompt but impeccable service, and friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere, with attention to every detail, made the convivial experience pleasant and informal.

19/03/2026: Ivana, the first and foremost, is a wonderful person, as is her cuisine, simple and delicious! Besides having a great time, when it came time to pay the bill, she gave us a tart, lemon cake, and focaccia. Highly recommended 🔝🔝🔝
27/02/2026: A truly unique experience, to say the least. We stopped at this place we found along the way. From the outside, it looked abandoned, but the owner showed up shortly after we parked and welcomed us inside. The venue was decorated as if for a reception (balloons, ribbons, etc.), with no guests present. Cleanliness didn't seem to be the place's strong point; I had to swap glasses for those from the next table. A little attention to dish hygiene wouldn't be a bad thing, especially since we were the only customers. She seated us at a table near a fireplace and introduced us to the day's specials without offering us a menu. We opted for a first course. The owner offered us a warm focaccia to start. Next came the first courses: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. They tasted good, but I couldn't help but notice the presence of small larvae on the plate. No problem, it's not the first time this has happened to me. I understand that it can happen. In fact, I don't point it out, but the owner himself notices that I was skipping something, so I tell her it can happen and not to worry. My companion, meanwhile, leaves her plate half-eaten, noticing the larvae problem. We finish lunch and head to the counter to pay. Without further ado, he tells us €45 for two entrees and a bottle of water, and at this point, I assume, for the focaccia too. We were drawn in by the signs for fresh mushrooms and polenta. A mistake that cost us dearly. I recommend asking for a menu once you arrive so you have a clear idea of ​​the prices and avoid unpleasant surprises like we did!

22/04/2025: Siamo stati una sera per mangiare la pizza. Servizio lentissimo. Ai bambini era stata ordinata la carne che non è arrivata mai, se non dopo un sollecito (e molto dopo la pizza degli adulti): pur sapendo che erano per due bambini di 2 e 5 anni, sono arrivate salsicce piccantissime e per loro immangiabili (io adoro il piccante, premetto che fossero state per noi adulti avremmo apprezzato). Esperienza che non sarebbe da ripetere, ma a cui daremo una seconda possibilità vista la buona nomina che hanno. Consiglio più attenzione al cliente.

18/11/2023: Che dire..solo avere la fortuna di sedere al tavolo con ampia vetrata che si affaccia sulla vallata, sei ad un passo dal cielo. Antipasti,primi con pasta fatta in casa, secondi e contorni conditi con ingredienti propri da leccarsi i baffi, e per finire un tiramisù spettacolare. Rita in cucina è una garanzia e Loredana una buona intrattenitrice di sala. Se volete mangiare bene e abbondante e non cercate gli impiattamenti decorativi.... Non Esitate... ANDATE AD OCCHI CHIUSI.
