Ivana, the first and foremost, is a wonderful person, as is her cuisine, simple and delicious! Besides having a great time, when it came time to pay the bill, she gave us a tart, lemon cake, and focaccia. Highly recommended 🔝🔝🔝

I want to say wonderful things about this place. I organized my father's 70th birthday party and was greeted with warmth, kindness, and professionalism by the owner, Ivana. She was able to advise me perfectly on the pairings for the various courses, from appetizers to dessert, all locally sourced. It was a wonderful evening, everything was taken care of, down to the smallest details. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants healthy, authentic food, all accompanied by Ivana's smile, which makes you feel at home, among family. ❤️

Good evening, I was in this restaurant last Sunday at a table near the crackling fireplace. We have been going there for years, even though we come from Rome. We like the atmosphere, the food, and Ivana's cooking, which is always special. She is a unique person, she immediately puts you at ease. You don't have time to sit down and the fried food arrives, always piping hot. What can I say about the truly exceptional white pizza, and then the tonnarelli with porcini mushrooms. What can I say about the excellent service, as well as the bill? A truly special dinner, and it doesn't matter if we travel a bit, it's really worth it. Listen up, people. Listen up.

On my way to Fiuggi, I read "Polenta Today" on Via Anticolana. My partner and I decided to stop in. This crisp air was perfect. A fantastic surprise, Chef Ivana. The polenta was delicious. Even though we were full, we also wanted to try the fettuccine with mushrooms. They were sublime! And when she found out that today was our anniversary, she pampered us and made the day special! Must try!

I've been to this place several times, including to celebrate a special event, and what can I say other than the undisputed professionalism and generous dishes at fair prices for the quality of the locally sourced products? A must-try when you're in the Fiuggi area. Ivana makes you feel at home, and that's priceless.

The grilled meat, cooked directly over the fireplace in the dining room, is flavorful, tender, and expertly prepared. The dessert, prepared by Ivana, is homemade, delicious, and meticulously crafted, the perfect end to the meal. The hospitality is top-notch, and the food is passionate. Highly recommended!

Today for lunch we went to this fantastic location. We tasted typical local products, particularly impressed by the pan-cooked focaccia and pumpkin ravioli. Ivana, the hostess, made us feel right at home. The location was stunning, with a roaring fireplace where Ivana toasted two delicious slices of bread for us to enjoy with her fantastic olive oil. Today my husband and I decided to take a walk in the first snow of the season. On the way back, we were looking for a nice place to eat something home-cooked. We stopped, drawn by a delightful location in Ivana's olive grove valley. We loved the location, the welcome, and the amazing food. You can taste and see that everything is prepared and cared for with love; it's authentic yet gourmet cuisine. We truly relaxed and felt at home, and it was our first time ever at this restaurant.
